She double charged me even though the employee told me I could have the truck for another day for the price, no problem. She charges my interruption fee, rude and the truck was disgusting

Business was closed, website said no equipment assigned. Uber had already dropped me off. After 20 minutes on hold I was told it was because I was late, I wasn't, after another 20 on hold for someone else I was told that location didn't rent one way. Even though I had a reservation. Had to call another Uber to go to another location, this all took so long that I lost my forklift availability, causing me to have to stay another day. Headlights on the truck I found out later pointed at the ground about 29 feet in front of it.

With your Vehicle Insurance, I paid 52,00 $plus 9,00 $ for Gas, for a one day van rental, of which I drove under 25 miles. Everything went exactly as I planned. U-Haul has excellent local employees and vehicles. I don't think there is anything you could do better. Perhaps look into if you would like to provide a reduced usage plan to customers who show loyalty, or take excellent care of your equipment.

Major issues with online reservation, couldn't locate order. Truck had a tire pressure notice showed up on the dashboard towards the end of my trip. I made it through the process but the online reservations were TERRIBLE!

I have mentioned it before. Keeping the windshield clean prevents accidents. It would not cost much for a squeegie at each location. Those windows are hard to reach for customers. A long squeegie and a clean window would go a long way to keep us safe. does u-haul care?

Comparing to the worst in Tucson, I would recommend it, but it's the best of the worst! But I have only tried two U-Hauls in Tucson. The staff is very blunt, NOT customer service-focused! U-Haul has made this move very miserable!

Great location . The staff were helpful prior to my move and after I returned the truck. I would recommend this site to any potential new customers. Super patient with my questions when I had to change my reservation. The store there is very well equipped. The accessibility of the site is excellent.

We reserved a U-Haul. It was maintained well, it ran well, it got us moved really quickly. The only problem I had was we reserved without the insurance and the manager placed insurance on our reservation, which we didn't see until return. It was a 15 $upcharge so not a huge deal, we brought it up to the person checking us out and he said he couldn't do anything about it then proceeded to list the hoops we would need to jump through in order to get the money back. He ran our card and told us it was rejected and kind of looked at us like we didn't have the money to pay (just my interpretation of his look). We had to step inside and then their system was down. Overall the truck did what it was supposed to do, the service just left a little bit to be desired.

Was supposed to pickup at another location, arrived and no truck. Waited 45 minutes to understand I had to go to another location to pick up. When arriving at this location waited while the person was in the lunch room, no one else available. Could not do cash and card, only one method of payment.

This was an incredibly easy rental. The agent was really friendly and helpful. The little online questionnaire required after I got in the truck is brilliant! Kudos to U-Haul!

I got there at 9 o'clock last Sunday, the computers were down and back up wasn't working I stood around for an hour and a half. I wound up having to pay people that I had hired to help me on the move. There should've been a way that you could've handwritten the contracts.

i heard a strange noise coming from the truck while leaving the lot... when I stopped to look in the back, an employee came over and told me that it was just the sound from the dolly. he never walked around the truck or offered to help adjust my mirror... I didn't realize it at the time, but the side of right side of the truck had got to close to the chain link fence. instead of saying something to me.. so I could have backed up... he told me everything was fine. the fence was damaged and the truck had a scratch. I was told that my insurance I put on the truck didn't cover it. The store said I "ran over the fence and was negligent" this is not an accurate description of what happened.

Top Notch Customer Service. The U-Haul employees that worked on Saturday and Sunday were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Francisco is a true gentleman, in my opinion this employee is by far one of the best I have dealt with at U-Haul. The man deserves a raise, time off with pay or something Special. Merci.

U-Haul site also claimed that you could self-return by following steps at the return location. At which time, site kept advising that location services were not enabled, though they were. Tried from 2 different devices 3 times before giving up, leaving the truck there, and putting keys in the drop box. Had to call to follow up and ensure the return was recorded. Nothing about the process from reservation to drop off was organized. All in all, not a good experience.

Great service overall - new vehicle and reasonable price. Closer to the airport would have been a better location for me but Grant St was fine. Would definitely use U-Haul again.

Well 1st vied in get the gentleman's name there was a location on Grant road in Tucson Arizona black gentleman was very helpful the promises I misplace the keys we eventually found him but roadside assistance won't take care of it and I'm gonna have to pay out of my own pocket on a Sunday to have a locksmith come out I think that's horrible you should have duplicate keys when you lose them and/or have a charge at the you haul this experience very well soured me from you haul. The only reason I use you because you have the lowest prices but I'm going to shop around next time and probly never use you again.
