Was supposed to pickup at another location, arrived and no truck. Waited 45 minutes to understand I had to go to another location to pick up. I got there at 9 o'clock last Sunday, the computers were down and back up wasn't working I stood around for an hour and a half. I wound up having to pay people that I had hired to help me on the move. There should've been a way that you could've handwritten the contracts.Barry R.

i heard a strange noise coming from the truck while leaving the lot... when I stopped to look in the back, an employee came over and told me that it was just the sound from the dolly. he never walked around the truck or offered to help adjust my mirror... I didn't realize it at the time, but the side of right side of the truck had got to close to the chain link fence. instead of saying something to me.. so I could have backed up... he told me everything was fine. the fence was damaged and the truck had a scratch. I was told that my insurance I put on the truck didn't cover it. The store said I "ran over the fence and was negligent" this is not an accurate description of what happened.Karen H.

U-Haul site also claimed that you could self-return by following steps at the return location. At which time, site kept advising that location services were not enabled, though they were. Tried from 2 different devices 3 times before giving up, leaving the truck there, and putting keys in the drop box. Had to call to follow up and ensure the return was recorded. Nothing about the process from reservation to drop off was organized. All in all, not a good experience.Christel B.

The U-Haul website did not work properly for dropping off my truck after hours. Even though I had enabled it, the website kept telling me that they couldn't enable my location, which prevented me from using the website to complete the check inTERRENCE S.

Well 1st vied in get the gentleman's name there was a location on Grant road in Tucson Arizona black gentleman was very helpful the promises I misplace the keys we eventually found him but roadside assistance won't take care of it and I'm gonna have to pay out of my own pocket on a Sunday to have a locksmith come out I think that's horrible you should have duplicate keys when you lose them and/or have a charge at the you haul this experience very well soured me from you haul. The only reason I use you because you have the lowest prices but I'm going to shop around next time and probly never use you again.FRANKLIN B.
I was quoted two different prices, by two different agents. One agent told me that when I rented the truck it was based on a 24 hour period one day. The second agent quoted me for the same vehicle and the same price however if I didn't not have vehicle back by 5 pm or I would be charged for an extra day. This compromised my safety, having to rush across town.Jessie B.
