Bad attitude from young lady at the customer service desk. I could not rent a truck without a "Secondary phone number." WHY? I only have 1 cell phone. I had to bring the truck back 30 minutes before closing as they no longer have a night drop! What about the the 24/7 truck share app? NOPE. No night drop. This was a Sunday. If I dropped it of at opening time on Monday, I'd still be charged for a full day's rental! Absolute non-sense. Guess I'll be renting at Enterprise!JESUS C.

Ended up needing a tow truck to tow the van because it stopped running after the move tow to a few hoursDahlila H.
Quick and efficient pick up as well as easy drop off. However, the uHaul app has some problems during the drop off. In the past week, i rented a uHaul I rented a van three times. Each time, I was not able to utilize drop off service via app. The last time, I was assisted by Mr. Marquavis Cooper. MR.cooper was reachable via his cell phone and helped me during the van drop off. The agent who served me was a superb example of customer service in action. My mileage was incorrect/ overcharged and they charged me for gas after I filled the tank at a station 1 block away. Still working to fix but call holding is up to 30 minutes. Bad service UHaul in general. Manager at this store was ok and helpful but follow up horrible to consult about concernswendy M.

They were just fine! But the U-Haul android app is HORRIBLE!. For check-out, it just showed a blank screen. I had to go inside to check out. For return, it kept prompting me to take a picture of the gas and mileage. I took FIVE pictures, but none would upload. I called Customer service and waited 40 minutes on hold! Then I gave up and tried my android web browser. That finally got me checked in. The browser uploaded the picture without any problems. FIX YOUR MISERABLE APP!JAMES K.
Easy to rent and drop off. The pickup I rented was not in very good condition. Biggest issue was when I picked it up, both front tires were in need of air.ERNEST D.

Everything was great except for the very end when I came to return the truck. You're signs say during business hours to wait in the vehicle until someone comes to assist you. The gentleman who was working around noon saw me pull up to return the vehicle and didn't say anything to me, he just let me sit in the truck. At first I thought he needed to move the trucks in front of me and then he would get to me, so I would pull up further once he moved one truck until I was the only truck in the lane. As soon as he moved the last truck, he went inside and I just waited again thinking the best that maybe he needed to complete something and he would help me. After about 10 minutes I just went inside, he was playing on his phone with his headphones on and sitting at the counter. Since he didn't help me outside or seem to interested helping me inside, I moved in line to the next counter where someone else was. Your employee finally piped up and said "Oh you're good to go, sir. We'll email you a receipt." Why didn't say anything when I was waiting in the truck? Why couldn't have quickly walked past the truck and let me know I was free to go? A 10 second exchange turned into a 10 minute waste of time. I didn't need anyone to cater to me, I just wanted someone to tell me what I needed to do next. 3 stars because everything before that point was great. Please do better.LUIS C.

It didnt seem the basic maintenance had been upkept in the vehicle. Bad shocks, squeaky brakes, a "wheezing" engine with and without the AC on, sounded like it needed an oil change tbh which made my move a little nerve wracking. All of the customer service was pleasant, quick and helpfulBRIANNA K.

Total mileage on Truck was 38,000-ish. Right side mirror very loose (not at all useful for assessing danger from passing traffic). All 4x tires appear to have less than 1/8-inch tread. Hazardous exposure to hydroplaning under heavy downpour.Jadon M.

They marked the fuel incorrectly, the truck was not well maintained and when we had problems trying to mark everything that was wrong with the truck they were little to no help. They just told us to use the internet. They finally marked the crack in the windshield so that they would know it wasn't our fault when we returned it, but that was it. It took us almost an hour to rent the truck and we already had a reservation. It should have been seamless.HEATHER W.

I Rented a van online... very easy process. I went to pick up and everyone was friendly and helpful. I realized later when picking up my item the van wasn't big enough. This is the second time UHaul has cancelled a reservation without my knowledge. I have used UHaul extensively for the last 8 months without a problem. Then, upon a truck rental and a promised one-month-free storage usage, the reservation is cancelled, leaving me with a truck load of belongings without a place to store them. And this is after an 1800 mile drive, and three days of travel. Top this with the most recent rental of a trailer, of which I am told there is no record of my reservation upon pickup. No apologies, no offer of compensation, and now, no free month of storage.JOSEPH D.

The rental location only had one 1-box trailer available, and I had two Uboxes. This meant that my moving helpers had to go back and forth, which was a hassle. The same problem occurred again at the location at which my Uboxes arrived (in fact, at first there was no trailer available at all, such that the clerk had to get one from a different location). I strongly recommend you increase the number of trailers you have in rotation at your locations, including 2-box trailers, such that there are always enough trailers of the right kind available.Lucia S.

I originally reserved storage at E. Bensen location. However, they did not hold my reservation. Luckily a storage unit was available at the Grant location. The folks at he Grant location were spectacular and really ought to be commended.DAVID S.
This wasn't the pickup location we had originally booked for (supposed to be in Prescott Az). We were VERY disappointed to show up at 9:00 am on the 31st only to be told they didn't have our truck. Someone from Uhaul had called us the day before to confirm our pickup in Prescott. The cottonwood location is an hour drive away adding an additional two hours to our pickup. Put us way behind our move. Perhaps in the future, a heads up call letting us know that would be nice. Crappy crappy service!!RUSSELL B.
