ANTONIA H.Unfortunately I had left my hitch drawbar at home (230 miles away). This required me to buy another for this tow, A rental or loaner drawbar to go with the auto hauler would have been nice. Otherwise the trailer functioned well and the shop personnel were excellent to deal with.

Agenia S.The above comments refer to the N. Lamar site. Also Jesse at 6610 Burnet Rd was especially helpful and should be commented. The remaining comments refer to the online booking system. I was booked for a remote 24/7 Truck share pickup at 830 am. Upon arriving at the 7500 Burnet Rd location, I discovered that the facility did not open until 1000. However, since there was supposed to be a key box, I faithfully followed the online instructions with my smart phone and logged on to my account. I then was told that it was not a "Truck share" check but a face to face check-in. Since I had an 830 reservation and the place didn't open until 1000. I was not too happy (this is a mild understatement). Fortunately, all I had to do was to visit Jesse at the 6610 Burnet facility and although he had no trucks available, he called around and found me one close by. So here's to people to people contact and a royal raspberry to an online system that booked me for 830 at a facility that opened at 1000.

Michael M.Had reserved uhaul and two minutes before getting there to pick up. I received a call from Brittany Who asked me who I was and if I was rented a 20' truck. I said yes and she said “well we ain't got noneâ€. She was extremely rude and did not even try to help until I got frustrated because I was moving that day. She finally put me on hold then came back on and said “we ain't got no trucks availableâ€. The customer service from her was horrible. I should have received a call the night before. I ended up having to rent an in town vehicle for my move from Austin to Burleson tx. Cost me a fortune. After my move I had to drive three hours back to Austin to drop off. I will not use Uhaul again.

Elena B.It took too long to be verified. Then, there was no one at the counter to give me a key. I literally chose the 24/7 pick up option so I wouldn't need to go in the store. I had to walk behind the counter to get the key â€" there were no instructions that said that's the appropriate thing to do.

BRIAN P.The worst customer service that I have ever gotten at any place of business no matter what type! The people here are extremely rude both to each other and the customers. When I came in during open hours to return my truck, I was greeted by the clerk eating McDonald's behind the desk with his feet up. When I said that I was there to return the truck, he rolled his eyes at me and sighed loudly. I apologized for disturbing his meal and he shrugged and stuck his hand out for the key. Just a disgusting place staffed with rude people. Thanks for nothing.

They reviewed the job prior to starting and were very informative so there were no surprises at the end of the job. Which was quick and packed to perfection. Services were so good I used them the next day and will use them for all further moving jobs.
