the last couple of times I have rented a truck, the transmission has been horrible. I'm not even a car person and I know the transmission is not in good shape on these trucks. You should maintain your vehicles.

The team at this location does a great job. The General Manager onsite did an excellent job checking me in. She processed my paperwork and payment promptly. The hook up team was quick, professional and ensured the trailer was clean and ready to go. I highly recommend this team and this location. Thank you for taking care of us!

Couldn't find a place to park at this site upon arrival to pick up the vehicle. Truck was clean, but engine ran rough and steering was hard. I recommend this location for the convenient location.

My reservation was at a different location. With no heads up, my reservation won't work until I call UHAUL and they show that my reservation is now at a later time at a different location than I had reserved. So I had to drive farther to get the UHAUL, causing me to drive more miles and thus pay more for using it. I have never had a good experience with this company. I feel bad for all the customer service reps that must be yelled at on a daily basis because they are forced to work within a broken system.

Trailer I reserved was not returned by the previous renter, so zero stars to incompetent clientele. However, the Uhaul staff was excellent to assist me with an alternative trailer option with no time lost out of my moving day. Merci!

Dropped off my trailer at this location. 101 degrees out... D'Yonise who handled my disconnect was fantastic; very cordial and pleasant. I was in and out of there in no time, and my receipt was emailed to me by the time I left the parking lot. Very efficient operation. Merci!

The location is great, your website is not. When I tried to change my reservation because I needed a bigger vehicle, the website just made a second reservation. Then when I tried to cancel the first reservation, it wouldn't. Then when I used chat support on your site to cancel it, the representative said they would do it right away. But it never got cancelled. In fact, the chat application just timed out. So I would ask that you invest in improving you website because that is where your biggest problems are.

I have always been a good customer and I feel like I was taken advantage this time. I decided to cancel use of the trailer and in les than 30 min went 7 miles out and 7 return and I was told no charge because I decided to cancel and of course I was in a hurry when I made the reservation and I did t see that pads and 2 dolly were already in the system and All I need was a dolly to move washer and dryer. And I was going to move all my things but like I said I decided to cancel nothing was used and I got charged a full amount except the miles that I went. And I could understand the charges but the lady in the office made it even move difficult to even talk to. She just wanted me out of there I won't do business anymore

I was charged for a furniture dolly & 6 pads which I Never got. I even told them when I picked up the truck that I don't need the dolly but I didn't know they also charged me for pads. So that is $ 10 of useless charges

I rented a truck for 2 hours on 5/20/2022. I drove 14 miles (accurately shown on my receipt). I put 3 gallons of gas in the tank before returning the truck. When I got my receipt, I was charged for 9 more gallons of gas. After waiting in line at this shop the next day and querying the employee about the charges, I was told that there was absolutely nothing she could do. The bill is what it is. Rip off! I will not be back and I will caution others to avoid this place. On to Yelp.

1) $20 after hours service fee not shown on web site or explained. Not justifiable if customer not informed. 2) I tried to contact U-Haul the night before the extra day. I spent interminable amount of time waiting for customer service and finally gave up. Extremely poor customer service.

I was annoyed that your online system charged me a petty 2,7 or something for les than a mile over allotted. Otherwise all was fine and good. You guys have a great staff on the phone and at locations.

I wanted to pickup and leave at the Burnett/Justin Lane location. That would have been much easier for me. Also, I much preferred when you had it that the gas tank was full at pickup and we returned it full. Now, customers have to guess how much gas it takes to bring back 3/4 full or whatever.

No improvements other than getting help for the WONDERFUL check in/out person at the counter (was workin around 10:30 on Sat, 5/14 (didn't get her name). There was a long line, but she worked so quickly and efficiently that she got through the customers so fast! I swear she was working like three employees at once! She was checking customers in, out, addressing customers questions, and going outside to look at equipment, all while staying positive, upbeat, and friendly! Please, please, please do whatever you can to keep her! My whole view about U-Haul from this one experience changed to VERY positive when past experience was bot positive (slow service, not friendly, etc.)

As with previous locations, leaving with a trick rental takes at least 15 minutes that "eats" into your rental time. Checkout should be faster. Driver license self scan never works. Attendant had to do it which added time to the process.

The uhaul was closed for the day . And I could not get into the system to return uhaul and when I called it was 45 minute wait . It was a long Hot day here in Austin and I was extremely tired. So I left the truck and keys in slot. I have yet to hear from there. Now it says I'm going to be charged an extra $20 convenience fee because Jo one answered and website was useless to me. Not fair. Oh I returned it after using the truck for half day . So im being penalised for returning it early.. again not fair.

For U-Haul as a whole, it was unnecessarily difficult to get a rental for the time needed with an extension without incurring a fee. I tried at numerous locations in the area, and all vehicle types would incur a fee if I requested an extension in advance. That's ridiculous. The mobile check-in is atrocious and does not work in a timely manner. As for this location, the truck was clean and drivable. It took an additional 30 minutes to get the reservation completed at the front desk after wasting 15 minutes trying to check in via mobile device. This led to a loss of 45 minutes in my rental time. I asked the owner for an extension twice and was told any extension would incur a fee. I tried requesting it via my account and the U-Haul phone number, but to no avail I was unable to get any help with this matter. Ultimately, I was charged a late fee and harassed by staff wanting the truck returned immediately after informing them I needed extra time. I was asked if I at least put gas into the vehicle, which did not have much in it to begin with. I have always used U-Haul for my moving needs, but this experience has left me very disappointed and unsure of utilizing U-Haul going forward.

Dishonest business practices, undisclosed or hidden fines, up charges, and sudden reservation cancellations if you are even 30 minutes late to pick up. I will be contacting the manager or owner to lodge a complaint if the $20 fee for returning the truck at night is not refunded.

My truck was not available at reservation time. My reserved truck was supposed to have 1/2 tank of gas. My replacement truck was a nightmare and unsafe. I had only a 1/4 tank of gas. The turn signals stopped working while I was driving. I did 30 miles in city and highway with no working turn signals and no one in passenger seat to help on right turns. Garbage vehicle inventory and maintenance!
