For one you moved my pick up location second I could not get a hand truck to use.

Jim W.I reserved an appliance dolly with my trailer. I had to move washer/dryer and refrigerator. When I arrived and waited in line to get trailer the lady told me they did not have any dollies and said I needed to call 1800 go uhaul. I should have been sent an email or called by uhaul and told there would be an issue. The trailer was no use without dolly. I ended up getting the trailer and driving across town and rent dolly at 183 Uhaul. This was timing consuming and expensive with extra gas. I am very disappointed and would like to be compensated somehow for this.

Salahuddin K.I came to get my rental using the mobile check in. Neither of the two people I spoke too seemed to have an idea of how this process works. I requested an appliance dolly and was given a utility dolly. I also requested 2-3 moving boxes I never received.

Kevin K.Upon picking up I was told none of the equipment I had reserved was available, including dollys which makes moving considerably harder and it is unacceptable to spring that on people the day of. The truck also shook violently at any speed over 45 mph.

It saved me from having to haul the trailer around until they reopened the next day. He went above and beyond in a day and time when most people avoid helping others. I will definitely recommend this location to others!

Tina T.I was frustrated by the fact that the location of my pickup was changed by Uhaul without informing me. I went to the location I signed up to pick up the truck at, and was told that my reservation had been changed to another location. You should inform the customer if the location of their reservation has been switched. When I went onto the website to view my reservation while standing in the store at the location I originally picked, it said my pickup was at that location, but then I was told it had been moved.
Matthew L.D and Brittney (not sure which spelling to use) have been great every time I've been to this location. They're super friendly and helpful. I've been to a handful of U-Haul locations around town, and this is by far my favorite one due to the enjoyable interactions with the staff. Merci!

They were professional and got me out quick and my return was quick and the general manager guided me back to hook up my trailer rental. This is definitely my new location to rent and they made me laugh, that alone made my day. Check them out you want be disappointed.

Sandra M.They gave me the wrong truck. Got to Corpus Christi and there was confusion that I brought it back to the 4344 S Parde Isl location. Ron who checked me in called someone and said he got it straighten out. Next day at 1210 pm I get a call asking me where the truck was. Then another person called and said the truck could not be found on the property. At that point I drove over and found Ron. Ask Ron if he remembered me. Brought back the phone call he made and then it came back to him. we both looked a little around but the truck was gone. WE went to the office and they checked the film from the day before and had a tape recording of me and the truck. Waited another 20 minutes going on 45 minutes total and was told it be another 10 minutes. I told the associate give me a hard copy and sign it then send me a final copy to my email. Felt I had been there long enough. No apology. No thank you for coming in and help straighten this out My gas tank in the wrong truck said a quarter tank not the half that was on the contract. Did not see it till I drove away. Closed my storage unit 4 miles away and drove 4 miles back to the N Lamar store. Told the associate {women) that this was the case and she said she would put a note on the contract. She returned right back and ask me to spell my last name and my first also? (wrong truck?) Filled the truck 121 dollars. 40 dollars per quarter tank. I put 26 dollars in to make it a half tank and skip the hassle of notes ect.. I would like my 40 dollars back for the extra quarter tank of gas. It may help the healing.

Jaden B.UHaul sent reservations and receipts to wrong email address (mine). Despite my numerous attempts to inform UHaul of this issue, nobody from Uhaul responded. Instead, they sent additional emails to me. Now I have all of your customer's personal information (including their address, phone #, DL, etc.). I do know that they used AMEX to pay for their rental. I like the caption below that implores the customer not to enter any personal information. RIGHT, U-Haul will do it for you.

Michael P.This was an absolutely excruciating experience. I was given a truck without air conditioning, on a 105-degree day, and had to drive it 9 hours a day in sweltering, dangerous conditions. It is absolutely criminally negligent to rent a customer a truck without working AC in JULY in the Southwest. Unbelievable.
