My vehicle was damaged by the manager when it was being unstrapped from the trailer Shattering a $400 windshield . Then I parked my vehicle where the manager told me to park it as there were “cameras” on that area. Then when I returned someone had sideswiped its driving a uhaul off property. It ended up costing another $3000 in repairs. This was within the first two hours of my arrival and all at the same uhaul location.

The advertised offer of $19.95 is deceiving. The cost to rent the van for 8 hours with mileage was very expensive, $157.84. Except for the price, all went well.

I used the online check-in procedure and it was VERY slow. Why do I have take photos with my smart phone at the UHaul location? I could have taken all those photos before and entered them in your system at home earlier. Then finalized it at my UHaul pick-up location. The speed of uploading was So slow and there was a huge cell tower about 150 feet away.

Your drop off system needs a lot of work I rented a truck twice in one weekend and both times I was charged $20 or dropping off a truck once early and the other time on time but was still charged $20. It wasn't corrected until I had to jump through hoops the next 2 days after renting.

I had a terrible experience with the mobile pickup option, but the folks working at the Powell location were great and helped me set up a new reservation quickly. Really appreciate them going the extra mile to compensate for U-Haul's terrible web option.

The employees did great, but they were fighting either bad internet connectivity or the UHaul web site being slow (it was a Saturday morning). The employees were trying all kinds of tricks to try and work around it and they did make (slow) progress. It looked like they were accustomed to the situation. UHaul should provide better tooling so their employees don't have to struggle.

You can always call me 206-818-2017 Check out was terrible, not enough room to discuss. Insurance info was vague, NO ONE explained the 26' Truck to me, just shook my hand, said have a nice trip and left for the next customer
