It was a very quick drop off process that all took place in a couple of minutes while standing at the truck. I didn't have to go inside or stand in line. The employee helping me provided very good customer service.

My reservation got lost the the day of thankfully there was one truck left the size I requested 2 weeks prior. I asked about doing a walk around to talk about previous damage I was told they don’t do that anymore and that there was pictures of the truck and I had a email stating what was and was not wrong. The cashier ensured me it was better to have a beat up truck as they were less cautious about it being perfect. The next morning I was charged 320.00 because a apparently “hit a tree” I was told they had pictures and there was a branch on the top of the Uhaul. This was weird because I was in residential neighborhood the whole time. I explained this was not likely but willing to except I may have unknowingly hit a branch but I really doubted it. I asked if I could put the charges on my other card as I just moved money was right and really I do not think I hit anything. I was told he could not help me Of I wanted I could come in tomorrow to talk to the manager as he was out all day today. Overall it felt a bit like being robbed. I truly don’t think there were any branches anywhere I was and I just do not have time to go to Uhaul to dispute the whole thing. Moving is a time people are likely stressed and venerable In the past I have always related moving to Uhaulnow honestly I would never rent from there again. I don’t have an issue paying for something if I broke something “which I don’t think I did. This experience has left me feeling like that Uhaul shop is taking advantage of people. My guess is if you make up a charge here and there who would catch on it’s a one time thing to move so no repeat customer does not hurt them. Unsatisfied is how I feel in addition to hurt, taking advantage of and swindled. That was my experience

Vehicle was very dirty inside and out; it obviously had not been cleaned since the last customer. If it had, it was a really bad job.. First vehicle offered to me had a headlight out that they didn't know about and that I found on my own inspection. With the replacement vehicle, tire pressures were way off and I paid at an air pump to correct the deficiency. Engine oil was WAY overfilled' bad for engine life and fuel economy. Windshield wipers desperately needed replacing. During a rain at dusk, I could hardly see out the windshield due to wiper smearing. It didn't get any better the longer it rained. Safety issue: I was not told that there was a governor on the vehicle and that it would not exceed 75 mph. I discovered this while trying to pass a slow moving vehicle when the acceleration stopped. I was able to pass, but this information is critical to driver decision-making and it should be required to inform all vehicle renters. This is the second time I've rented from Uhaul, and neither experience has been good. Next time: Penske. They only cost a little bit more.

I declined the $10 extra insurance online and was still charged——while I was talking with a customer service representative about this charge, by the vehicle, as it was being turned in a mean cleaning lady showed up and she started using an air compressor that was so loud that there was a terrible ringing in my ears.....it was like she chose deliberately to the side of the car to start her cleaning with her air gun that was right by my ear as well as right by me and the attendant on duty trying to discuss the additional charge. this seems like passive aggressive, mean spirited behavior at worse and complete tactlessness and obliviousness at best and I do not appreciate it, nor will I recommend U-Haul to anyone I know when they can just as easily (like myself in the future) use Home Depot in the same capacity, it’s the same brand colors anyhow right? Totally furious and expect a call to address this further : 206-778-9708

The last two times I rented trucks there was an excessive wait time close to 30mins in my opinion that's unacceptable. I don't know why other than there was only one person behind the counter I have actually left and came back because there were 5 people waiting on trucks

I originally reserved a 17' truck, then changed it to the 15' because they said the 15' was available at the Clackamas location, whereas the 17' we would have had to pay more mileage and pick it up at 48th and Powell. When I reserved the 15' truck I was told to pick it up at the Clackamas location. When we went to pick it up they told us that we were to pick it up at the 48th and Powell location. This was very upsetting (the day before our wedding) because if I had known that we had to go out to Powell anyway, I would have just stuck with the original 17' foot truck. I expect a phone call from UHAUL with a resolution on how to fix this. At this point, in the future I will use other moving truck companies.

When I originally booked my truck I reserved a 10' and when I got the the store I wanted to upgrade to the 15'. When I entered the store, there were three employee's and no other customers. They were too busy in their own personal conversation to acknowledge us standing in front of them needing help. Once they finally knowledge us, I still didn't get the help I needed. The clerk told me I had to upgrade the truck myself on my phone. This was after he asked a fellow employee if I(the customer) had to do it myself, and he was told NO, that he could do it on the computer for me (the customer). He refused. Doing the upgrade on my phone was difficult to navigate and read all the fine print. When I brought the truck back, I asked for a receipt and was told no, they had to email it to me. It was sent in a png file that I could not open on my phone. It was not until I got home that I saw I was charged for insurance I had previously decline and charged for a dolly I didn't use. Had the clerk done the upgrade and asked the questions, I believe I would not have been overcharged the 21.99. Further, the driver who the receipt is addressed to in not the one who reserved and paid for the truck, I am. I had rented a truck from a "u-haul" affiliate a month a go and got stellar customer service. I will not rent from direct dealer again. The customer service is horrible and don't appreciate being over charged.

The service was awesome. The vehicle a little messy, not that it’s an issue as I was using it for work, I just wouldn’t want to be liable for someone else and their mess. The truck was awesome though. Great gas mileage and perfect for my needs. I’ll be coming to this location repeatedly.

make sure gas tank is really full when customer picks it up. in my case when I picked up the truck the gauge needle was considerably below where it was when I refilled before returning it.
