The online rental is a joke. I signed up in advance to make rental quick and easy, but then said I needed to see an associate. When I got there the line was 4 deep and your staff was busy doing other things. Took me 30 min to rent the truck. Ridiculous!! Don’t offer the online version, smartphone option if you don’t actually have it! Don’t lie to your customers, were not as dumb as you think.

Fast, friendly service. Even though their lot was very full, they accommodated us by arranging a spot for us to unload our 2 UBox containers into one of their trucks (which took several hours). The 20' truck was clean and maintained. Also, the return process was super quick and easy.

I told them I was supposed to return the trailer to that location and they demanded to see the paperwork, which I couldn’t produce. Rather than looking the order on the computer they demanded that I go get it from my truck. Still couldn’t find it and when I went in and showed them the order on my iPhone they still said they couldn’t take it but he decided to “go take care of this fucking shit” and walk out with me. He then saw that it was one of the trailers that had to be delivered back to that location and blamed me for not knowing it was an “HO”. NO APOLOGY FOR BEING WRONG. NEVER WILL RENT FROM THAT LOCATION EVER.

Firstly, I'm waiting on my billing mileage to be updated in-line with reality (~50 miles vs ~16). U-haul seems like they really want to be transparent but my god this location stands out to me as poorest/sketchiest service I've experienced anywhere in a long time.

U-Haul is in serious need of hiring professional representatives to cater to their customers, especially at 4021 N. Interstate 35 in Austin,Texas 78722. The agent Tontanisha Freeman at this location was extremely unprofessional and did not look me in the eye when speaking to her. She continued to speak to the customer behind me and proceeded to ignore me. When I asked her a question she continued to ignore me and still did not look me in the eye when asking her a question.

as soon as i drove in the parking area i was a bit confused because there wasnt a place to park so i was looking around being confused and when i was lost, the skinny black lady with a black uhaul baseball cap gave me the world's nasty look ever and signaled to go elsewhere. As an employee of the uhaul, she could have told me nicely to park my car on the side of the road instead of giving me the worst look and pointing her fingers. worst customer service i have experienced in my life. will never go to this uhaul place again.

The lady who checked me out was not only beyond rude but not helpful. I asked for a ford van over their Chevy options due to width (as I measured them out to confirm dimensions and my furniture) she flat out refused to provide a Ford - rudely even with 5-6 Ford van keys in front. She basically said she cannot do it and was comabtitive the whole time. I rarely provide feedback but management needs to know this

Computers were down clerk was eating her lunch while she made an attempt to help. Both clerks were on their cell phones. You might want to have a supervisor check in - when I called before hand to verify the reservation - the lady hung-up on me twice. The equipment worked fine and the rental moving stuff was clean and available after reserving on-line. Took over several hours to get checked-in and get in a truck.

1) No place for you to leave your vehicle other than on the side of the street (not even in the parking spot you pulled the rental van from). 2) The first van's rear-view mirror was shattered and they rented it out to me without comment. It also stank of cigarettes and had used tissues in the bed. 3) The second van had an issue with the fuel line which caused the pump to stop every 1/10th of a gallon, good luck refilling that to avoid the fuel charge. When I asked the person at the counter about it, he said they had received the same complaint before (but I guess they weren't interested in fixing it?)

The young lady was not a happy person, nor did she welcome me into the establishment. I had to say HELLO- HELLO for her to even acknowledge me in the store. The boxes and equipment is built so high around the counters that you can't see the staff. Needless to say her attitude wasn't any better. She kept telling me that I did not have to stay to check the truck in. So now I am being billed for gas inaccurately and paying for an additional day. NO HAPPY

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The issue was with Uhaul Direct. The app wasn't working and blocked the attendant from accessing my account. The process took over an hour and I was given a truck with no gas.

My truck was missing it’s battery when I tried to start it. The location has a lot of thefts so it wasn’t the workers faults but it would have been great if the truck was checked before I rented it. Otherwise customer service was excellent

Staff members were unable to access my information in a timely manner and my reservations took upwards of 20-30 minutes to retrieve due to staff members' inability to use computers and the uhaul cite.
