Charged me for 49 miles when we used 10 miles. We even submitted a picture of the milage through that link you sent us so because the milage was off to begin with. This is insane. We went up to 51st st that was 1 mile away to pick up 1 dresser and then we went up 38 1/2 to speedway and back to uhaul. We had it for 1 hour. Also charged me 25 dollars for gas when we added just a bit over what we had started with. When we returned it the guy working was upset we showed up right before closing. Told my husband to just throw the keys on the counter instead of a proper check in. He was rude and apparently messed up big time. Unless this is fixed we will never use uhaul again.DAVID S.

Didn't have truck ready, was sent to another location, reservation didn't get sent over. Understaffed at the next place. Just created new reservationJAMES A.
The store was understaffed. I checked in on the mobile app, in advance. The truck was supposed to be loaded with the items I ordered and ready to go. Instead, the counter person had me go and fetch the moving blankets and she went to a different part of the site to get me a dolly, then pointed me in the direction of the truck. This required her to leave the counter for some time, while the next customer waited in line. I had to wait similarly, for the customer in front of me. When I got to the truck, it had scratches that were not visible in the photos on the app, so the prior damage photos are not being kept up to date. The mileage and remaining gas figures also had errors. The trucks are not filled with gas on return, leaving the customer to have to guess at how much gas is needed to return the truck with same amount of gas. Lastly, no on- site parking is provided for customer cars being left during the rental period.Byron G.

The online system had overbooked their equipment, but the girl working at the desk did a great job of making up for it by finding us what we needed. She was helpful, resourceful, and kept her cool while others waiting were growing impatient. Kudos to her and THANK YOU for making our move easier! The only downside I had was nothing to do with the people working there - when I returned my truck afterhours, others had just parked their returns in the drieway, leaving barely enough room to get my 20' truck off the road and into the lot. I made sure I was a safe distance into the property and was then able to complete my return/online check-in. I know it isn't something the location can control, but it's worth noting for future rentals.Elizabeth H.
Get Apple Pay working. Very frustrated that I had to give the agent a different card so he could enter the numbers manually. Moronic, lacks privacy and security. Agents should not be swearing/dropping f-bombs. Have a little more professionalism. I admit, it may have been a mistake, or it may have been a devious attempt by the agent to get more money. Regardless, I had to question the dollar amount because it seemed high. Sure enough, basic insurance was included even though I had said "no" when I made the reservation and when I answered his question about it. Seriously, stop trying to upsell everything! The trailer had not been swept. I had to ask three times to get the furniture pads, and the site didn't have dolly's (I admit, I did not ask for one at the time of reservation).TIMOTHY R.
Person at the counter was very rude and impatient. I also declined the additional insurance and still got charged. I returned it after hours and got charged an extra fee. BUT unfortunately you have an employee who does not know what customer service is, and on top of that is rude and arrogant. She really ruined what would have been a nice rental experience. She is african american, long blonde dreadlocks, eyeglasses. Was rude to me over the phone and even more at the office. I was there this Sun 25 April at 2pm. I will not recommend this branch to anyone I care for - not worth to deal with people with such bad attitude as this girl.Pedro N.

First off.... you guys made me run around all over town to find a 20 foot truck. You changed my reservation in me at 7:22am when I'm about to pick up a truck at 8. Didnt have one anywhere near me despite me making a reservation 3 weeks ago. You guys forced me into a smaller truck, charged me 20 dollars more for it and then walking into this location, my mask had broken so I put my shirt over my nose and your guy tells me it's not good enough. Luckily another customer came in with an extra. But this was complete bs for me to be running around all over town to find a truck that should have been available to me at the original location I had chosen. Not a very cool experience.ERIC Y.

The gas was syphoned by the homeless people. So when we picked up the truck it had NO gas in it. It was on E. We barely made it to a gas station to put gas. Then when we got home we noticed leaking gas. It was where the gas was syphoned and the uhaul location didn't make the choice to put it back together before we picked up.Bobby G.

I reserved the truck online. I had problems with the website, then figured out it worked on MS Edge, but not Mozilla. Not a big deal once I figured that out. The reservation and return I did on my smart phone. Overall it worked well. Now that I have been through the process, next time it will go that much better.WILLIAM O.
