The customer service at this location was absolutely TERRIBLE. We reserved, paid for, and checked in online for a vehicle tow, went to the location to pick it up and they told us that we had to load the uhaul truck that we would be using to tow the vehicle tow before attaching it. They assured us that this was typical and the vehicle tow would be there for us the following day. The following day, the vehicle tow we paid for had been given to another customer! The woman that helped us was incredibly rude and unapologetic. It took 2 hours for her to change the paperwork and give us one of the other vehicle tows that we're sitting on the lot. We had a long long drive ahead and this 2 hour delay caused us to get in at 1:30 am.

I would give this location 0 stars if possible. I drove 4 miles (round trip) to my new apartment, but was charged for 32 miles. I was given a truck with very little gas and was charged $50 to refill the tank for the amount of miles I drove (which was fabricated to begin with). I ended up being charged $126 for a $34 rental. It is not my job to make sure the trucks are full of gas, I probably used 0.5 gallons, and ended up being charged roughly $75 more than what I should have paid. I will never go back to this location and will actively tell people to avoid it at all costs so that nobody else has to waste their hard earned money on made-up charges.

The location is convenient, selection is wide, and staff is courteous.
I reserved a 5x8 and was given a 6x12 because â€˜that's all they had' at the location even though I made a reservation. Then when I returned the trailer I was charged for a 6x12. NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS FOR A CORRECTION OF THIS. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My charges were more than double what they were supposed to be for the 5x8. Absolutely ridiculous.
The location was dangerous at night. There were people SLEEPING in the trucks and between trucks on the lot and I was out next to the trucks scared trying to take photos of the vehicle. Even taking the keys to the Dropbox was scary as I had to walk between the areas that people were sleeping. This was completely unacceptable.
As always I enjoy doing business with the University U-haul location. They seem to give the best customer service. Thank you.
The front desk staff, especially Vincent, was rude and condescending. When I told Vincent that I was allergic to smoke and the truck smelled of smoke he called me a liar, that he knows what smoke smells like, his brothers smoke. The woman at the counter after much rude and acting like I was putting her out by helping me, gave me a different truck that was not clean, it was caked in mud, there were French fries on the floor. She sent me out to that filthy- possibly COVID-19 EXPOSED- truck, she did not check the mileage or the gas level. The key was something I had not seen before and Vincent refused to show me how it worked. I ended up using the smoke smelling truck as they both told me that the other 2-3 trucks in the lot were already reserved. I told them, if the truck doesn't smell, as Vincent kept insisting, and the other trucks were reserved for other people, why not give my truck to one of them and let me drive a truck that would not give me an allergy attack. The front desk staff made me wait while they helped everyone else, customers that came in after me and anyone who called, before they would tell me no. I could drive the truck i'd been assigned or the unclean one. I chose the smoke smelling one, the female angrily took a can of Febreeze and went out and sprayed it. I did have an asthma attack, I did have to stop in the middle of the activity I was renting the truck for the use my inhaler and wait for my lungs to work, making the 1 hour trip to pick up a chair and move it, turn into 3 hours. I will NEVER use UHaul again. I have never encountered such incompetence and rudeness in a service position. These two people should not be working at the front counter anywhere. On the bright side, the man who was outside, a different man, was polite and helpful, who took the key and told me he'd check me in. He was pleasant.
I was out the door and the truck in a timely manner. Returning the truck after hours through the night drop was easy. Price was fair.
When I arrived the first Truck Share vehicle the app assigned was inaccessible. When it cycled to another, the second had all the doors open and a lot of trash in open cargo area. I saw an employee walking through the lot, and asked her to answer a quick question. She rudely told me "no, she couldn't help me." She did not point me to someone else, or indicate where I could go to get my question answered. I asked, " Is there someone who could help me?" She responded, "I'm in the middle of something." This was the rudest lady, I've ever seen in a customer service oriented business. I was to just cancelling and going somewhere else, when I found a gentleman who asked if I was having trouble. He kindly explained to cycle the app again until I got to an accessible truck. Once I found one, he opened it up and saw it had some dirt and debris in it. He said, "let me pull this one forward and I'll blow it out for you." This was a 180% turn from the service I got from the lady. I'm submitting an Average overall, because the experience with the lady was poor, but the gentleman's service was excellent.

Customer service was non-existent. I was told to do everything online even while standing in front of a real live person. After having to ask for help to find my truck, the gas tank was on E and the mileage was wrong. I tried updating it online but the website froze. After walking back inside again, the woman at the front told me not to worry about it just take pictures and try to put it in the thingy-magiggy. Also told that renting the truck out with NO gas was â€œpolicyâ€ because people steal the gas. Upon returning the vehicle within reg store hours, I waited by the truck for 15 minutes like the signage said. Nobody helped me so I finally asked a guy in a uHaul shirt and he said, â€œleave the keys in it and you'll get a confirmation email in like 15 minutes.â€ I didn't get an email until the next day and was charged for mileage I did not use. I was charged at least $100 more than I was supposed to. Horrible experience.

We had a calm smooth transaction when picking up our u haul truck. The office was clean happy and friendly. I am now more impressed than ever having two u haul experiences two locations in one city. Only thing was the truck was on empty, due to people stealing gas. However, I was reimbursed for the gas I put in. Thank you. Overall it was great
It took 15 mins waiting with no others waiting to be attended to. The truck itself had a huge stain on the driver seat, we were flagged down by other drivers that a backlight was out while driving at night, there was a lighter and other personal belongings that weren't ours in the passenger side pocket. The paperwork also said that it had 1/2 a tank when we got it, but it was less than half.
Better customer service. Easier use of online checkout.
