Get oil change done when it say to do it soon
Due to the changing weather the Van's were very dirty on the outside. Inside can and box were clean.

Sales rep was VERY VERY rude and was belittling customers and displaying a level of arrogance not expected of a U-Haul representative. I will never ever rent from this location ever again.

I was given a free month of storage that went with the move i did.. i had my things in there for literally less then 2 weeks in total, they have been charging me even after i was out, for several months now and refused to listen when i told them several times i only used it for 2 weeks of my Free month.. they are con artest scammers and steal from people anyway they can..
Person at the counter was not a help person made very difficult for me and did not try to offer another way to help me call the costumers service let then l came back she or he had a bad additue..cause me alot of stress .when there could have been another option to deal with this ..l did get a truck for a few hour l had appointment was late there was no need for any person to go through that kind experience..l order the truck on line. And at the beginning of Jan I rent a truck on line went to pick up and the young man had paper work ready for me and was no problems..after that l will never come back and rent from U-Haul again .l put about my experience on Facebook and replies l got was a mazing..l got alot other options to rent other place. The women at the counter said she was a man what ever no a polite person rude aditdue..if that person dose not like her job she should not be there very disappointed
No good customer care
The uhaul smelled like manure, as if the person before me hauled manure with in and the scent was not eradicated. The first location I went to did not have the truck when I showed up the morning of my booking the attending did nothing to help aside from shooing me away. The location I picked my truck up from did not have one of the dolly's I needed
The front line staff was very rude.

- The location I booked online to pick up my plastic bins from didn't have them so they sent me to another location 25 minutes away. - When I booked the bins online it told me the order total and did not say it was a deposit. Then when I got there to pick them up they told me it was double what online said. Extremely misleading. - The plastic bins I rented were filthy and definitely not sanitized. I complained to 2 people when I was loading them into my car and neither of them did anything about it. - No one helps you load the bins into your vehicle and they're kinda heavy. - When I went to bring them back I called the original location I booked to make sure that's where I was still suppose to return them since that's what it said on the only email I received from Uhaul. She put me on hold for almost 15 minutes so I got there before she took me off hold. There was no one in the store so I brought all the bins in and waited then he told me I had to bring them to the other location 25 minutes away. A nice gentleman at the second location did give me a discount after I told him everything and showed him pictures of how dirty the bins were, but this whole situation was unacceptable. Not a pleasant first experience with Uhaul.
WORST EXPERIENCEI'm currently working in enterprise rent a car just thought to check with your service which is pretty close to where I work . However, I made a reservation a day before via an online website and followed all steps indicated but at last not process. I've desired to pick up a truck from south side but online poor perception my reservation didn't go through when I walked into one of your north side location, It was so frustrating when one of your north location said my reservation not showing in your system. I totally understand you are working hard specially at the end of days with crazy customer walkin's during that time I was checking with one of your staff for availability of vehicles strictly told me NO , even I ask her again can you check she barely rude to me than replied me NO . Since I would have been in a state to blow with her but I just walk away than I spoke to nick he seems like nice from everyone still in learning process I explained him my issue because of lady right next to her she won't even bother to me say sorry or sympathetic with her behaviour. Consecutively back and forth conversation finally manager jumped in our conversation than told me we might have a vehicle available around 3 pm on south side . Keep in mind I am getting the vehicle on south side I was so thrilled get the print out and start driving towards home. At the same time someone called me from their location than abruptly said ohh truck is ready to pick up the one where I was standing on NORTH SODE that hang up on me. Not even this they forcefully wants me to drop it in north location instead of south location .
I booked a 15' truck and 2 dollies but on getting there for pick up, I was told that the furniture and appliance dollies were not available for rent but i had to buy one. So, I ended up buying a one for $75 when I could have rented it for just $7.
They did not have the trolley I book online at their location, so I had to use a trolley that was less efficient.
The customer service I experienced was the worst I have ever experienced. I am in the same sort of industry and this was completely ridiculous. I will never deal with U-Haul again
I rent trailers here all the time. Lovely people
Website is horrible for uploading photos (at lowest possible pic size) for after hour drop off. Cell and free Wifi reception is good in this area but it still took 45 minutes due to problems with uploading photos. Latching hoods on trucks (especially 26 ft) needs to be watched carefully. Hood almost opened on the highway due to this complacency.

1 day I didn't look my unit correctly, they called me to let me know it was not secure,so I could get down to lock properly before my stuff grew legs and wondered away
Your system was down when I said I moved out of the storage locker. Was told I would receive my receipt following day. Never received it and you tried to charge me over 200 dollars for a unit I was no longer in.

1. Warn customers of the ridiculous deposit for those who pay cash or debit. It isn't even listed on the website. 2. Accept Debit Visa in lieu of Visa for booking reservations. That is literally the whole concept behind them. Especially when they aren't being charged. Not everyone has a credit card.
The first unit had non-working lights and the next unit required major hitch repairs before we could hook up this took an hour to rectify and no credit or consideration was provided. On the other hand the return process next day was extremely well done.
I moved out of my unit many months ago and you’ve still been charging me. My locks were taken off my stuff was all removed. Doors were left open. I let them know in the office. I had two units originally, and only one was a continuing charge.Long story short I’ll never use you guys again.
Service was exceptionally slow, customer service was poor... truck windows and mirrors were filthy. Not a great experience this time
So I got charged for cleaniness and also paid for insurance the trailer was super dirty I had taken pictures of it because you guys charged me for cleaniness plus when I went to drop off the guy on phone didn't know our name and we probably got charged for it 7807822952
I'm not sure what you can do to improve for the next customer. I was actually very impressed with this location. A staff member named Nick helped me and provided an experience like no other location has from whom I've rented. He was patient and took the time to not only explain everything but that I understood everything. All my questions were answered and felt as though I was helped through the process and not pushed through the process. Next time I rent a truck I will definitely be renting it from this location. Thank You!

Fast good service
Friendly staff! Efficient and very clean place. It was good to see that they're all maintaining Covid protocols (boxes infront of desk to maintain distance, clean spaces and wearing masks. Also sanitizer being provided)
the vehicle was clean ,however it got a bad odor which mademe feel uncomfortable
Excellent staff. Have dealt with another location in the past week and my experience there was not ideal. The service, and the friendly staff at the 50th Street location was above and beyond. I will likely only deal with this location in the future. I would not buy one of the last bottles of water on earth from the first. But go out of my way to get one from here.
I have rented from uhaul in the past and have really enjoyed the modernizations that have taken place for contactless efforts.
Please ensure that equipment is thoroughly cleaned, especially during covid. It was obvious that this wasn't the case because the last person's garbage had not even been removed.

One of the best ways to make people happy is having someone meet you out side help you with unhooking the trailer and having the information pad so you don't have to go inside when you dropped off the trailer so I maybe able to go on my way . OH WATE THIS DID HAPPEN UHAUL YOU PEOPLE ROCK THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS!!!
Whatever tires are on the unit I rented suck!
The show had no been cleared off the trailer. Other trailers had been swept.
The truck was certified for release to me even though there were 4 rear tires almost worn to the max. Knowing this truck was making a trip across the country they should have replaced the tires beforehand. We ended up getting a flat tire and when the Kal Tire repair technician saw the tires he said the tires should be replaced. Four new tires were installed which allowed us to get through the snowy conditions in Northern Ontario. Otherwise we would have been stuck.
Renting was done easily at this location with very helpful staff. Next time this location will be my first choice.

Excessively long waits for staff assistance, there were always large uhaul trucks parked in the way of the “drive up storage locker” and would have to go inside and request them to move the truck, and there was mouse poop all over the floor of the unit with no barriers to prevent mice from getting in. Would not recommend uhaul.
excellent except you need someone on the phone so customers don't wait on hold forever. Also when paying each month the wait is long. For years I had to pay a $10 fine for late payment, I can't see why I couldn't change my payment date yill the end of the month when the old age pension comes in. I was always 10 or 12 days late.
When matters did not go as planned The staff always retified the situation Farely quickly...
I had made online reservations, and for some reason the associate could not find them. I had to go through the whole initiation again with her. I also signed up online for the free lock promotion, but they didn’t have any in stock so I had to purchase a lock. The hold ups and disorganization is a typical experience at this location. When my friends had rented an indoor unit a few months back, we had about an hour of wasted time trying to deal with the swipe card not working for the facility, having to return in and out of the store to get help from an associate as nobody was willing to come outside to help deal with the problem, and the alarms going off constantly. The only reason why we returned is because of pricing and location.

Everthing was good except when the uhaul people in Calgary confirmed our 10 by 15 storage unit for us for 215 then when we got to Edmonton and they said we had no reservation for a storage unit so we had to take a 10 by 18. But it was 240. So we said okay we had no choice cause there wasn't any 10 by 15 left. We are fine with it not happy with the extra amount of money but there was nothing else we could do as we needed to unload our things.
Although I received the unit free of charge, if I were to purchase and spend money on it I would prefer to have a clean unit which was promised but never delivered. Also I had a very hard and difficult time opening up the roll up door which was promised to get fixed and tagged but wasn’t. Otherwise, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Would be a 5 star but had card issues which kept sounding alarm, They worked hard to correct the problem so I am happy with their dedication to the job
In these troubled time while we controlled and isolated by Corona Virus, your staff did a great job of treating people personally, kept their distance but service was close.
They didn’t honour the 167 online price, instead charge $179. with tax its a total of $188. Thats with no insurance, no 24 hours access and i don't feel the storage is secure, i will not store anything valuable here. I could of got the same price at storage mart on 127 street with insurance and they have gated 24/7 access. not happy

EMPLOYEES WERE NOT HELPFUL AND LOOKED AS IF THEY HAD WORN THE SAME CLOTHES FOR DAYS. PLACE WAS FILTHY AND A MESS. FELT LIKE I SHOULD TAKE A SHOWER AFTER I LEFT.

My only concern relates to your practice of charging for the month. In my case I vacated the storage locker prior to the end of the prepaid month. I expected a partial refund of my monthly payment. I was advised that would not be the case. I am sure U Haul will rent this unit to another client and collect twice for the same time period. I consider this an injustice and poor client service.
My belongings were all ruined by mice, I had to dispose of almost everything. A waste of my money and belongings.

Uhaul towed my over due cargo van with my stuff inside, telling me i had 5 days to collect stuff from a storage locker at their compound., over half my stuff was missing est. $35000. value staff stole

There was a bit of a wait because they were understaffed but if you are patient they provide excellent customer service. We rented trucks and a storage. Service was quick and efficient.

I moved out on my birthday May 28th, my friend Rita can vouch for me..i like how no daily evaluation is done. Uhaul took my lock and i was forced to vacate so my items were not stolen or auctioned..

I did not like the fact that I had to buy a lock from U-Haul when I already owned locks which I purchased from U- Haul a year earlier. I was up against time and felt I had no choice. That angered me.

Attendants kept people on hold for 42 minutes. (Have pictures) mouse traps where not filled. Couldnt access washroom or unlock door. Storage locker got infested with dead mice and bugs.service refused

The employers were very friendly even for being a new employer however the time waiting for an employee to help us find our storage and sign out trailer back in took almost 2.5hours. Not good at all

I had many problems with my storage unit. It flooded twice damaging a lot of my contents. When I moved all the stuff out ofy storage unit I discovered it had an infestation of mice once again damage
