I ented a 10foot truck for approx 20hours and it cost me $192. That's really disgusting. There's no way it shouldve cost that much. I'll never use Uhaul again unless you can fix this. (780)964-0541

They are very slow in helping customers. I went one day before I got the rental and left because no one helped me for 15 mins. The day of pickup it was much speedier at 7 Am

Not happy about the forty five minute sign-in process...not happy about leaving my personal info on file...I do not trust UHaul with my data...the truck was “boy-cleaned”...box was still wet inside...cab was not very clean inside....stunk like cigarette smoke...unfriendly counter staff...

I had a amazing service at the location. But I had a very bad service when i called the U-HAUL main line for made my reservation. Mistake for day and time. So I waist a lot of time for find a solution. The peoples on 50 street help me very professionally for resolve this mistake.

The location from which I picked up my rental truck was great! They seemed short staffed and the computers were slow, which made for a longer time picking up the vehicle. But the staff were very friendly. Overall, my experience with UHaul was awful. I had to book my truck 4 times to get the right date, time and location. Your online booking system is ridiculous as it doesn't accurately report what you do and do not have available - so really why bother with it? After finally getting everything booked, I got a call the morning of my booking to advise that my pick up location had been moved to the other side of the city. The lady stated that I'm getting a free upgrade to a larger truck - but that does not make up for the fact that I incurred additional time/mileage/gas to go to this location which was totally out of the way for me - and I didn't need a larger truck so your "compensation" for the inconvenience was useless. In these cases, you should offer a discounted rate for the truck or some kind of reimbursement or discount for the additional mileage and gas that I had to pay for. Also, I asked for a utility dolly and furniture dolly, which I never received, making my moving experience quite labour intensive and longer than anticipated. I realize that you have a monopoly in your industry and your rates are very reasonable. However, understanding your customer base and actually wanting them to have a good experience should still be a priority. I'm pretty sure that you're aware that most people who are booking your larger trucks, especially at the end of the month, are moving. And when you inconvenience someone on their moving day, it can have significant consequences for that individual, which you don't seem to care about. I'd suggest in the future that you focus more attention on providing an outstanding experience and offer useful discounts or options when you put someone out. I have rented from UHaul every time I have moved in the past and this experience will see me taking my business elsewhere for all future rental truck needs.

I was overcharged on the mileage, back in July. Contacted customer service, the lady was quite rude, told me that someone would contact me back by email to resolve this, still no one has. As well I had a $50 reservation guarantee for a prior uhaul reservation that a manager had email me because they didnt have my reservation. Went to use it in July, told the booking agent, and the staff at desk when i picked up the truck, they said the $50 would be returned to me with the deposit when they truck is returned.....I did receive the deposit back, but not the $50.00.

The computer systems seem very slow and not very helpful. Your systems seem disjoint and not oriented to a good user experience or customer experience - I suggest an overhaul is badly needed to help your service agents. The time spent waiting in line at this outlet is always long, even when there is only one or two customers, and it is frustrating to stand and wait for over half an hour. The service, although good when you finally get it, is a long time coming. I have considered leaving and trying another company for our ongoing business.

I noticed that when I dropped the rental off that there was a very high number of returns and had to wait a considerable amount of time standing in line . It would've made things easier for both the customers and the employee on staff if there was another person working at the till. Thanks again.. I'll be sure to rent from you again if I need to

Called me the same day that i had to pick up truck for moving to tell me it was not available until 3:30. Truck was booked for 1 pm to move my place. Got there at 3:30 and only ine guy working. Took additional 30 min to get truck! Waste of 3 hours i could of been moving. Not impressed!!!!!

Get your DAMN reservation system updated and capable of handling reservations! EVERY single person in the lineup had a problem with their ONLINE reservation. Mine wasn't appearing there at all but I had a reservation number, another was told to be there for 8am but they didn't open till 9 and on and on. The people are great your system SUCKS!

Make sure units are clean when rented. Also hire some new staff that Care about their jobs. The only guy that seemed to know what was happening was the guy that I returned the vehicle to.
