Misgana M | Overall ExperienceThe reason for the below average rating is that the seal on the outdoor lockers were not well sealed. I did get a lot of dirt excessive dirt and I did get mice in my locker. I had my unit for seven years so it got left for two years without me ever even going in it and when I went in, it was Miles poop and stuff everywhere but they did help me in the end wipe some of my stuff off because there was literally like so much dust on everything you could write your name and you’d have to go over a couple times to get down to whatever you were writing it on it was so dirty . The U-Haul on 50th St. in Edmonton was changed in management and the new manager I will say was very good to me by having one of her staff members help me and my friend for an hour the one day try to clean up the unit a little bit and my stuff and then also she honored what she said she would do to me like giving me the extra little bit of time in exchange for everything so I am very happy that I got to deal with the new management. I don’t remember the ladies name, but she was very nice. And that’s why I would recommend for people to go there.

I was so happy because I was short on money. Although there was a bit of a mix up the next day as our unit was rented out - we were given another one and everything was resolved rather quickly!
