MICHAEL LEON F.I rented a pick up for a particular pick up of a trampoline. I drove 4 blocks. The trick was too small. I returned it immediately and was in the process of reserving a 20 foot truck. I was charged for the full 24 hours, insurance and one mile. I talked with manager Jarod Haapapuro. He was rude and dismissive. I have rented here several times. I only wanted an upgrade. I thought the clerk was crediting my account and then reserving a larger truck. My experience today was frustrating. I felt they did not listen or care.

DEMOND REMEAL S.I was given a truck with 1/4th a tank of gas and asked to return it with the same amount of gas, therefore I did. Then I get a bill for 2 times what the rental should've been and two of the charges were for gas!!
Domonique C.The customer service was sub par. I expressed that I needed help picking out a hitch connector for my truck and the representative who was helping me rolled his eyes. He was rude for the first 5 - 10 minutes of our interaction. Then seemed to soften as we continued to talk and I would not become rude back. Overall not satisfied with the service. He also forgot to put the chains on the trailer attaching it to my truck, which I now understand was extremely unsafe.
Vittoria H.Returns guy took about 45 minutes to return my truck. It's cold so I kept the engine running. Lost a good chunk of gas and got charged for it which I think is completely ridiculous. Won't be using Uhaul again.

DERRICK H.I have been renting every Thursday for months and I returned the truck unfortunately I left behind my paycheck which had fallen off the seat I called and nothing was found supposedly the next day I called again and they said yes we saw it with your address on it and we mailed it however the check had been cashed the day I left it in the truck I am really really disappointed and will not go back there
Daniel H.Broken glass in driver seat, when I showed the manager his respond was "Sorry". I asked was that acceptable and nothing towards cleaning out. As I asked his name as he was walking away. Normally that is my go to uhaul spot but completely unprofessional. The young girl that was there was also unprofessional. I am sure I am not the only one unsatisfied with service at that location.

The staff was not helpful, they act as though they were doing me a favor to even look up at me when I came to the counter. The truck was struggling to perform.

I sat waiting in the vehicle for five minutes. I finally walked into the building and gave them the keys. That is the only reason I rated the people as not useful.

Even with mix ups from corporate the 7 mile staff stepped in with accountability and not only fixed the issues but also assured me as a consumer. Quality customer care is hard to come by which is why I only deal with this particular location. The staff are welcoming and upbeat , the facility is always spotless and theres never a problem that isn't fairly Negotiated !

This was actually my 2nd trip. I had come in the day before to pay my storage bill and reserve an additional storage unit, waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be told I'd have to return the following day because the team member was not able to service self-storage account matters.
