Nykia F | Expérience généraleBecause of finding roaches in my unit upon move out I was dissatisfied in the facility not keeping these type of things down. Every unit needs to be sprayed before or after and I believe that would keep pest away to a degree. Besides having very long at times it was never a time a associate wasn't helpful.

Went inside to talk to a staff member and was not completely heard and was put through the process of registering for a unit all over again. He was the only person working with a showroom full of customers…I was made to wait just to be given a card. The door card I was given did not work, the staff member told me the door is broken and just call us when you want to get in. The unit was not described well online and will not suit my needs. Ultimately I will not be using the unit and will be canceling my contract
