Add oil light kept coming on in vehicle. I brought the truck back with the proper gas and was charged a fuel fee.. the picture that I was sent on my receipt was not how I brought truck back. Called and was left on hold for a unprofessional customer service rep at the local station who is not professional in person or on phone. I would have never brought the truck back that low. I booked by truck rental online. I received a call the same day that they have to change my location due to availability of the truck. The location change was OK by me. On the afternoon the day before the rental, I received another call changing my location and the truck and now telling me that the size truck I wanted wasn't available. It was too late for me to look for an alterative. I had to pay more money in mileage to pick up and drop of at a location that was further away. The staff at the location were fine. My only complaint is with the reservation system at UHaul. I'll look for other options next time before going back.Steve S.

The truck smelled like cigarettes and the air don't work properly, the window switch was broken. There was no way to have reported based on pick up and review. Take trucks out of commission you say no smoking but apparently people don't listen had burn marks in the driver's seat also. Let's start with how I ended up at this location. My first stop was on 7/Van Dyke and the guy that worked there Sunday,, August 14th morning front desk was rude and needs a hug. He does not need to be the face of your company! Whew, thats over with... Went online booked a truck and went tp pick it up and the location was closed. Frustrated, I called customer service and Shannon (phone customer service) was AMAZING! She re-booked our reservations and directed us to your Livernois location. The service here is above A grade.. They took care of business. We had a few laughs, and great equipment, memorable experience with this team. Shouts out to the gentleman named Ritzi that assisted us. He is the face that represents your company well. Professional level customer service. In having so many obstacles yesterday, he and Shannon made our day happen for us! I had to cancel my storage unit because I physically couldn't climb those stairs. There need to be an elevator in this facility which would make it easier to move in and out. I called UHaul main number explained my situation she sent email to the manager about a ground level unit. No response or call from manager even after I emailed him about a ground level unit. The staff who I first got the uhaul storage unit was AMAZING! The check out staff particularly the Caucasian man was rude, not helpful and combative instead of assisting when the gates and doors wouldn't open with my key! He just kept saying I was doing it wrong which I wasn't and that he has a work order in..
