Staff was excellent for truck rental and storage. The whole team is friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this location to anybody. Hard working team members.

I was asked to estimate my trip one way I said 20miles when I checked at my arrival it was only 12 was charged 20 each the value of my estimate. And told that 's what the computer said. I didn't agree but paid anyway to keep peace.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY TODAY SO I DON'T PRESS SERIOUS CHARGES AGAINST THEM. THIS STORE IS A FRAUD BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AND I HAVE PROOF TO SUPPORT IT. I USE UHAUL ONCE A MONTH AND THIS STORE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. The rest are actually good.

The thing I liked about this uhaul location over others I've been to was the staff. Even though it was busy, they worked hard to help us out. This store gets an easy 5 stars because of their nimble, smart, and friendly staff. The staff at this location were fantastic. There was a problem but they were on point. I'd hire both of the young ladies at the counter in a heartbeat. Very impressive.
Karolyn S.Missing almost all of the equipment we ordered and then when we approached the location about what we were missing the man inside proceeded to be extremely rude yelling “we are closed go away†at my husband. And when i say rude i mean this man angrily yelled. We were not even upset before this knowing it was pooring rain and the location was very busy with receiving trucks back in. We did not even realize they were closed they were so busy. Luckily a very nice man was outside cleaning the trucks and was able to get us our missing equipment, but we still ended up not getting everything, which was our fault for not double checking. They did refund us for the missing piece though. I do not recommend this place and they need to seriously rethink how they treat people.

Daniel H.My experience with my pick up was great. The young lady was courteous and helpful. However, my experience at this location a few days before wasn't so nice. The man that was there didn't greet me when I walked in and was very rude. I was the only customer at that specific time so it wasn't like he was busy with another customer. I had a pricing discrepancy with some items I was purchasing to assist with my move. He was very rude and his ending comment to me wasâ€It is what it isâ€. This was not only rude but disrespectful. I notified the manager via phone message and never received a call back or acknowledgement of my customer service experience. On a lighter side, my experience picking up the truck with the lady who helped me was very pleasant.
Leslie M.Uhaul needs to better its return process. I returned a trailer 2 hours after picking it up and followed uhaul's after hours drop off instructions. Yet the store charged me for a 2nd day rental because they can't take the time to read the contract I signed and added notes to and dropped in the drop box per uhaul's very own return instructions. What a sham and taking advantage of people. Thankfully, the manager reimbursed me after I called and demanded a refund but it was clearly stated to me they don't read anything. Unacceptable.

robert B.The truck was in poor repair, needed brakes, oil change, steering was extremely loose, turn signals failed to operate most of the time, driver seat would not support a person, seat belt constantly locked and would not adjust. If we did not have to take this truck as no other was available even though we had a guaranteed reservation at another location, we would have returned it but our loaders were already working to wrap and pack. We were told the mileage would be discounted since this was not the location we had originally rented at but it appears to be full price and includes the additional mileage necessary to make a round trip to this locations. This rating is not as much about the location but this truck and how the reservation change was not handled well the original location, we have used several times and it has been good.

I do not remember everyone names but I do remember a young lady by the name of CoCo who helped me with a refund because I needed to cancel my storage unit. There was another young lady there that helped and a young man that had dreads who cool too. I would definitely recommend this location.

Andrew P.My reservation was not accurate, they tried to give me the wrong size truck. When we finally got it sorted out the truck that they gave me was in horrible condition. Seats ripped, the visor was broken on the drivers side, it kept falling into my view of the windshield and I had to hold it up with one hand while I was driving. I reserved for 5 hours but spent almost an hour of that at the location waiting in line to check in and trying to get the reservation straightened out.

I got a code for the gate to move stuff into storage, and it didn't work at all. I called the storage manager today to have a rude manager tell me "we only do that for out of state moves" and for the code "you have to get a card". No email I ever got told me about a card and the code didn't even work the initial time which was what she told me it was for. Also, why would the website tell me my first month was free when I signed up if it's not actually free! Poor advertising and exceptionally poor customer service.

Then had to walk all the way around to get back in because there is no key pad on that side of the bldging. Then tried to use the cart and ramps. The concrete ramp was broken on the end so created a VERY LARGE LIP to try and get over. The cart had a broken wheel most likely broken by the very large lip. Our furniture Dolly couldn't even maneuver well over this lip. Made it VERY MISERABLE AND DIFFICULT TO MOVE IN. ADDITIONALLY the door shut and locked us out while trying to move in so I had to walk to a different door to let us in. All in All it was a very frustrating move in with many a cuss word spoken!! . SO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!!

When we finally arrived with a huge 26ft uhaul and a car being towed, they told us there are no units available. You can imagine the panic we felt that moment. Apparently uhaul (corporate) will overbook things but the units themselves are "first come first serve" at this location. Having said that, the staff accommodated us rather quickly and ended up finding a unit that just emptied out which was perfect for our things. Their customer service was fantastic and the people working there are very accommodating and work hard. Can't say enough good things about this location. Hopefully uhaul corporate can correct this booking issue. Overall very satisfied with my experience after it was all said and done.
