JO A | Expérience généraleThe best Customer service ever!!
Monecia D | Premières impressionsVery nice people and yes I would recommend this place
Reva H | Expérience généraleThe climate control was not working last visit. It was over 100 degrees inside the building, way above the promised 85 degrees. The interior lighting was difficult as the lights kept going out while I occupied the unit. the motion sensor was down the hall and I had to stop working to walk down the hall to get the lights back on. Some of my stored materials developed mold from the high humidity. Not satisfactory for climate controlled storage. Also my temporary access card key quit working and I could not get out of the facility. Repeated calls to the posted number resulted in a very delayed response.
Mark M | Expérience généraleNeeded temporarily storage and this facility meet those needs, my only complaint was the random price increase after only my 1st month.
HASSAN H | Expérience généraleThe units are outdated. Pricing is horrible and poor lighting compared to other facilities in area
Tarshica R | Expérience généraleI would say that it is a great storage unit for the price they offered… I got the 5 x 5 which is the smallest period. It’s just what I needed it for to be honest with you. The only downfall is the doors that come down to lock have a little bit of space underneath which kind of gets to me as a pet peeve personally, some others may not mind it, but just seeing that there is a crack in the bottom of the door where somebody could probably like peek through is a little nerve-racking… Other than that, though it was very clean, they have rat traps inside the storage units, and staff were super friendly and helpful. Very good quality lock that comes with storage unit as well.
