Yesterday was my first time ever renting a uhaul was unaware of how to return the uhaul after hours by ANY employee, nor was i aware of a fee. My card was charged an extra $20 for not knowing so. I called to speak with someone at the location and was rudely told,"its located literally around at every register every door." But it was never mentioned before purchase. Due to the rudeness and inconvenience of the charge made to my card without notice, i will NEVER rent from this location EVER AGAIN.

Charge was way too much for the mileage and customer service could’ve been more helpful.. NEVER payed and shouldn’t have paid $180 for the truck priced at 39.95 is more than ridiculous .. I will not use this service again or refer anyone

I would be remiss as a customer to not provide my experience with this particular location. My wife and I rented a trailer this morning and returned it at 5:22 this afternoon. When we arrived is when the confusion, blatant disrespect, and unprofessional service began. And the sad part of this evening is that the two employees simply did not care how they were treating us, the arguments between us went on and on. The feeling was that we were inconveniencing them from whatever they were doing at the time (and at the time there were no other employees at the facility). I asked to speak to the manager and the response was a very curt "she is not here". We were then ordered to drive, back up, go forward, back up... until they could determine a spot for us to park their trailer. The drop-off was an experience that a paying customer should not have to go through, not to mention how unsafe it was for us during this process. At one point my wife heard the female employee tell the male employee "I am not going to argue with him any more". The argument was that I didn't feel like we should be parking their trailers in their parking places. Not that the process turned into a complete degrading experience, it was the arrogant, unprofessional employee ordering us around his lot in an offensive and smug attitude. It's obvious to me that they lack the training to do their job and certainly should not be working with the customer. After speaking to corporate I was told that I would get a call back from the manager. I hope my feedback is appreciated and improves their organization. Did I say that the employees were blatantly rude and aggressive?

Be sure trailer is secured. I had to tighten it myself after finding it was loose and almost disconnected on the highway.

Unorganized workers, under staffed compared to the amount of customers. The line was at the back of the store. Mobile check in sucks cause it’s a slow process. When returning vehicle the lady was eating a breakfast platter. I’m not renting here ever again.

Truck was clean but not in good condition. Transmission shifted very unevenly, and the engine surged a couple of times in low gear which nearly caused me to run into the car in front of me.

Nothing at all. It was excellent service. I alway use the Arline Blvd location. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, they make sure their customers are in and out at timely manner.

Terrible attitudes, lazy (I was given a key fob and told to go around the lot clicking it until I found the vehicle. What kind of customer service is that!?) Upon return, my GPS said I had travelled 76.4 miles (address to address) and was told I was being charged for 106 miles. There was NO WAY I travelled that far. I will never go to this location again and will probably go to another rental business. On a positive note, the people at the Call Center were great and the reservation process went smoothly.
