The price quoted online was different than what I paid in store. I returned the truck early but the onsite team never checked it back in. I had to contact customer service twice to get them to finally check it back in and get my final receipt. Using the truck for my move was a breeze but dealing with the team members made it more stressful.

JORGE AOnly would recommend because of the amount of equipment available. Workers were polite, but seemed over worked. Truck was dirty in the cab. Dashboard was dirty, remnants of spills and old drinks still in cup holders. . Windshield has not been cleaned in a very long time.

MICHELLE PNot happy about the price I ended up paying. While making my request online I was quoted around $47 after taxes, milage and fees. Once at the store my quote went up to around $50. The lady at the store could not tell me why. I understand its just a few dollars, however I wanted to pay the amount it said my reservation was for. I knew there could be extra charges because of milage overage. However after everything was said and done, my $19,95 rental ended up costing about $60. Not happy!
Chelsi LWe have rented from this location multiple times and have always had a good experience. The one small challenge I see is that they seem to be understaffed, so wait times can be long, depending on what time you arrive. The app makes things a lot easier, but it could be improved, as it sometimes just seems to stop responding to inputs, and the interface sometimes makes it confusing about what to do next.

Elie MWalked into the store, 6 employees there, one waiting on someone. The rest were standing there talking then all but the one walked away. 15 minutes later a nice guy helped me out. / Make customers the priority. No one even acknowledged me before someone finally helped.
GARY TWaiting for my call back from management. I already called to file a claim. Please train your employees to pay attention to their surroundings, and check the vehicle before driving off.

JEFFREY HDoor didn't close completely on the van. Tire sensor not working. They tell me to take pictures of the damage so I won't be charged. Shouldn't they take pictures, not me the renter. Personal conversation of lady behind the counter, I was embarrassed to listen to her. But I guess she didn't care if I heard about her young childs father, and much more I care not to write about
Clayton HUnfortunately, we wasted our time and money. We rented a trailer to pick up a mower and specifically needed the 6 foot width. We chose the 6x12 trailer only for the opening to the trailer was estimated to be about 4x8. This was a false advertisement from uhaul corporate.

KHADGA RI was charged for 50 more miles that I drove, it was impossible for me to drive that many miles in the 90 minutes I had the cargo van, I submitted a complaint and am expecting a refund
LOGAN CThe GM assisted me and could not have been more helpful and nice. Outstanding customer service. The truck worked great but did have mud on several of the tires and rims.
EDWARD AEmployees seemed really busy. It was a snowy week. I rented a trailer but ended up cancelling it and taking a moving truck becuase the trailers were all stuck in snow. I made a reservation 24 hours in advance. I guess my recommendation for improvement is that if you know you have a reservation in the system a day in advance, make sure you have it ready to use when the customer arrives. The team at the store were friendly and helpful, but the systems seemed antiquated (reservation for a trailer could not be changed to a truck. Reservation had to be cancelled and the entire process started over).

THOMAS GThe staff was very unorganized and running around frantically. There was really only one lady there that seemed to know what she was doing and was trying to help and direct everyone else at the same time. Took almost an hour just to pick up a trailer.
MICHAEL BTerrible equipment. Left me stranded on the road for over an hour waiting on roadside assistance. Trailer lights wouldn't work. Roadside assistance took pictures and was appalled at the state of the trailer wiring. Had to rewire the trailer. Had to get a hotel room for the night since we lost so much time.

ROBERT ROn line app was difficult to use. Uploading driver's license and little to no instructions on the return process.
LOUIS MRegular check or maintenance wasn't done on the truck, which resulted in battery dead while getting ready to return the track to drop-off location. Roadside assistance help took a little longer but was pleased with results after help arrived.

DELONDO MUsing the app to check and return could be very useful. The only problem is, I was not able to check-in with the app because it wouldn't scan my driver's license. If you can fix the app , the overall experience would be perfect.

Elizabeth GI have used U-Haul twice in the distant past and was happy, but this most recent service was awful. The 5×10' for truck I was provided had 3/16ths gas, a broken right small mirror, a low pressure right tire with a dashboard warnings advising to fill the tire with air as well as an lit engine warning light. I had to spend time finding a gas station and putting enough gas in to make the move with time I was paying for moving. The woman who rented me the truck spent more time socializing with customers than doing her job and when I brought the truck back, she had taken the rest of the day to go to the doctor for the injured finger she had complained about, and her replacement admitted that the truck should never have been put into service and was kind enough to give me a significant refund (bless her). But, the experience was highly stressful and if I was the owner of that franchise, the very unprofessional woman who rented me the truck would be unemployed as she seemed to act with impunity and disregard for customer's time and welfare. I will consider this experience to be an anomaly as I consider U-Haul to be the best in class for the service you provide and that the other employees at this franchise were both courteous, helpful and professional.
STEPHEN MI was given the van on empty. I had to fill it up immediately just so it could make the drive, and then I had to fill it up again to get to the quarter tank and avoid the gas fee
DALE FI would not use uhaul again, I was charged for 2 days in which I only use the truck for 8 hours and I was I don’t receive anything back when I I explained to customer service I do not need 2 days so I was forced to take that when it should have been less
WILLIAM MI will not use contactless again, should I need a rental. Entirely too much. Some of this stuff could be done at reservation!

GEORGE BAfter the experience I had, I wouldn't recommend you hauled to anyone I had to visit at least five different uhals to start and complete my trip. Uhal will never get service from me and out of the 5 stores I had to use only two of the stores were helpful the Clinton, tn location Kuntrys produce went extremely above and beyond. If It wasnt for the hearts of the owner of their store I would of gave up on Uhal over all they. Brenda and her family gave me support like no other they were extremely helpful and amazing people. I will continue supporting their buisness but definitely a no with dealing with UHAL. If you are looking to rent a uhal near knoxville area the only one I would recommend is the Kruntys Produce in Clinton, tn they were beyond amazing and very helpful.
Jasmine Bloader hooked up my trailer with the emergency break on the trailer. It ripped my ball hitch clean off my truck.

Marc JWhen I picked up my trailer at 10:20am I was told I had it for 24 hours. I returned it at 9am and the return agent made a big show about how I was so late and i should be charged a second day but he is going to let me off this time and not charge me.......Sorry my business was such an inconvenience. If I did something wrong then make it clear so I don't do it again. I was told 24 hours, I brought it back in 23 hours. If I have it for less just tell me. Ironically every other staff member I worked with was great. But that one return agent's attitude was so bad I will now drive out of my way to never go there again.
TIMOTHY MI was told I wouldn't be charged for a second day because I was right at the 24-hour time frame, but I was still charged for an additional day. The line to check in/out is longer than it should be. It's not that the place is understaffed, but no one is eager to work or assist customers.

LATOYA D2 times we went to unload our truck and both times we were blocked in and couldn't get the truck out. Cause the people returning trucks pulled straight in and locked trucks couldn't be moved. So that delayed us 2 nights of getting our stuff moved in which pushed our moving days up. Which intelled charged us more extra days of moving. That's the only thing I had to complain about other than that the people were nice the storage is nice just the fact that it was our fault I guess but just letting y'all know

Even when I visited during business hours, it would sometimes take up to an hour to have someone move the truck blocking my unit so that I could access it. Towards the end of my stay, the phone lines to the office became rerouted to the automated system so it became even more difficult to get ahold of someone to move a truck. I planned on keeping my unit longer, but I couldn't keep being unable to access it at convenience like I could at other locations.

The office was closed when I scheduled to move in so I wasn't able to talk to anyone about it. It's pretty big and needs to be patched so that my things don't get water damaged. Office staff was gorgeous and very helpful, they need a raise!

It wasn't until we went back and visited in person, again, that the situation got resolved. You need better communication and execution among the staff for situations like ours.

I can assure you if i have a balance on my record i will be contacting a lawyer because no one at that facility gives a hoot. No security gates stay open and they dont check the lot otherwise they would have seen an empty unit that i left them prior to my due date.

Luckily by that time somebody returned a truck. Still had to find the keys before I got to rent it. I was in line longer than I had the truck. Terrible experience. The Gm was the only person working in the store. The guys ours where new.
