Customer service representatives were all on their phones. When I got my first truck it was not drivable so I had to come back to get another truck.Lameshia C.

First of all, your associates working the front were not very attentive and did not have a sense of urgency in regards to your customers. One of your associates was actually eating ribs as he checked people in. Also, once we were given our 10 foot moving truck (a truck that I repeatedly asked if it was the right one and was assured that it was), we received a call about two hours later stating that they had given us the wrong truck. We were supposed to have been given on one-way truck and were given a two-way truck. Your associate asked that we return the truck and pick up the other one. When we explained that we had already loaded the truck and were not willing to unload it and return it, your associate became very rude and hung up on my wife. Terrible location and terrible customer service. On the other hand, the associate we called at another number on the contract was very helpful, told us to keep the truck we were given, and apparently resolved the situation with your terrible location.DANIEL G.

When i arrived to return the trailer, i asked the lone attendant to assist me in parking it i to a spot. He told me he was supposed to get off work several hours ago and he was leaving. I asked him"so you are not going to help me?" To which he replied, "Nope" and walked away.John P.
I reserved my truck with mobile pick up .. came to pick up and the app would not work... tried 3 different search engines. Finally got it to partially work and went out to get my truck . The furniture pads I ordered were not in the truck, I went back in and the line was still 5 -6 people deep with 1 worker who says she's get with me soon. She gets the pads and I go get I my truck. She comes out and said I'm not finished checking in. After age assessed the situation, the truck had not been checked back into u haul store and that's why my app didn't work . She then tells me it's theft if I take the truck . She then tells me she has to take care of the people inside in line.... I tell her I was in line before them and had to insist she finish my check in first. It was a terrible experience, long line, equipment not ready , check in a nightmare . I was late for my movers . It was absolutely ridiculous...MELANIE J.
Horrible customer service. Waited forever to pickup truck and auto transport. Asked for assistance to load car onto transport. Told a "separate $40 cash charge". I found out that was not the case. Did not load my utility or furniture dolly and charged for it. Then I had order 100 pads, told not available. Gave me what they had and forgot to load them onto truck. Went back to pick up and 1/2 were stolen. Tremell Johnson said he would credit back and did note. He was also rep that took $40 cash to load auto transport. Avoid this location.....rip off!! I was suppose to pick up the truck at 11:00 and there was only one clerk working. I didn't actually drive away with the truck until 12:30 and they didn't change the time I drove off the lot so it was still showing 11:00 on my ticket I was suppose to have the truck for 3 hours starting from 12:30 and I have been charged double. I am highly upset and will be going up to the office to speak with a manager.TALISHA T.
I'm so extremely disappointed with my experience at Uhaul that I won't be using them again. I reserved a truck at a location close to me only for Uhaul to change the pickup and drop off location the day before. This created an inconvenience for me and added miles that I had to pay for! When I arrived at my pick up time, there were no trucks available. I had to wait 30 minutes for a truck. Meanwhile my movers were waiting on me. Once again money out of my pocket because of Uhaul's poor customer service.Deborah M.

They were understaffed and overbooked trucks that they did not have in stock. The worker that helped me was great, but everything was managed poorly and no one contacted anyone saying they didn't have their equipment in stock causing extremely long wait times and customers that couldn't get trucks.Shannon M.
The representative that worked with me at checkout had the worst attitude in the world. She had no respect and she was rude from the start. My understanding is the manager was up front and had guests. She continued to allow the lady to be very nasty. I have never dealt with this much disrespect from anyone. People are ridiculous.AARON B.
