I filled out all the paperwork in advance, however, I did not note in any place where the size of the ball is listed as 2 inch. We have a 2 5/16 hitch and upon arrival and pick up, found that the trailer did not fit. Luckily we were able to buy a new hitch on site but we were highly inconvenienced, it cost us additional money and time that we didn't have. The website needs to be updated to clearly show this information. Also, when I tried to contact the local place after my reservation was changed to a different location at the last minute, I could not get through to anyone and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up.Stanford D.

The staff was unprofessional and rude when we moved in. We asked to speak to the manager; however she was on her cell phone on a personal call using profanity during our initial start of service. On our move out date, there was one employee working and her was overwhelmed with many customers coming in. He was professional but the building was clearly not staffed correctly. We reserved a 6x12 open trailer with a ramp. Upon getting it home we found that the 4'9" opening and ramp were to narrow to load the item we wanted to load. We picked up the trailer at 6:00 PM and brought it back the next day at 7:00 AM. It was never used. I am very disappointed that we were charged for a 1 day rental even though the trailer was brought right back unused.Paul H.

Have free boxes available as the advertisement stated. It sounds as though this was an ploy to draw in customers. Your word is very important to keep. The customer service here at this location is TERRIBLE! The paperwork and the renting out the trucks , and just the entire process is terrible! I returned the vehicle back where I picked it up from , and before I even got the vehicle the representative had already told me the paper work may be inaccurate . In so many words I was charged 143,00 $ for a small U-Haul with 38 miles used . NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!Kierra M.

I reserved online with a credit card and added a driver so he could pick it up. He attempted to pick it up but couldn't because they required the credit card on site to process it. That was never mentioned to me. I had to drive and hour to present the card. Once i arrived they were very busy and disorganized. Once i finally spoke with an agent he then told me they would see if they had a truck for me. After i waited over and hour with 3 men on the clock i finally got my truck while the agents joked around with each other and talked on their personal phone to there friends. when i asked one of them what time they closed on Sunday he told it was on the sign at the front! Going to use Hertz or another company next time, never U-haul again!James T.

Ordered half dozen moving pads... only 3 in the bag. Ordered a utility dolly... wasn't on the truck. Truck was out of alignment. If I went above 65 mph it shook. I had to go 20 mins from my house to pick up the truck. Wouldn't be that big of a deal if I wasn't already driving 15 hours for my move.Barbara D.

We pulled up to return the item in the return lane and waited several minutes. An employee saw us pull up and pulled a vehicle over and sat in it for several minutes never acknowledging our existence. My husband finally went in (we weren't sure what the Covid restrictions were) and the employee told him to park the trailer in the back. It was as if my husband had inconvenienced them by asking what to do. No one came out to help unhook the trailer or inspect it. We did not receive any paperwork. The trailer was returned one day early. This has to be the worst customer experience at a Uhaul we have ever had. Would not recommend this location!MICHAEL H.

I was very pleased with my entire UHaul renting experience until I received a final bill showing I was charged 25,5 for 8 gallons of gas. Not only did I put gas in the UHaul before returning it, but I only drove it 22 miles while I had it. There is absolutely no way I used 8 gallons of gas that day so I don't know why I was charged that much.MARGARET K.

He did not mention anything about extra charge of 20,00 $ on vehicle drop off at 7 pm. This location will cheat with pricing and leave headache on customer even it is their mistake.
