Uhaul location 1003 Zimalcrest Dr was not a pleasant experience I would not recommend this service to anyone at all the work was not very helpful nor accommodating I went there for a Uhaul truck and storage space both were a major issue although I had a reservation there was no truck available after about 45 mins of being there someone rode up with a truck smaller than the 1 I requested the whole experience from the beginning was very stressful I was also charged a different price than what was expected was told to call customer service which did not help a manager or supervisor was not available not even a phone number just a email

I'm a long time customer he'd give me a 10 x15 for price of 10 by 10 at. 80.00. dp planned to move stuff soon to my normal storage broker
