The advertised rates were 4 times higher than what I was billed. I was asked to give an "estimated" mileage, to which I way overestimated. I was then billed for the estimated mileage and not actual mileage. Deceptive business practice. Will do my best moving forward to discourage all friend and family to avoid this company. Enjoy the extra money you milked, hope your reputation was worth it.

The UHUAL will not get many points from me in customer service, and the cashiers I interacted with seemed robotic and rather be somewhere else or taking care of someone else. That being said the rental process was efficient, and the truck was given in good condition. Compared to some other UHUAL locations I have interacted with (like the '10811 Bissonnet St') the overall experience was satisfactory.

The U-Haul pick up facility was excellent; personnel were very helpful and allowed me to pick up the auto transport after loading the truck. The cab of the truck was nice and clean. The cargo area was clean and in very good condition/

Guys in the office very unfriendly. Have little customer service skills. And appeared to have rather been anywhere but there. This isn't my first experience with these guys either. They are the same every time.

The overall experience was good with the exception of our pods not getting picked up in the day promised and I didn't receive a call telling me that they weren't getting pick up until my actual pick up time. We had closed on our house that day and told the new buyers the pods would be pick up so that was disappointing. The pods did get picked up the next day.

The quality of the trucks needs to improve. Young people won't know how to drive these things. Automatic windshield wipers in rain would be a nice upgrade. They need to be more like modern vehicles.

I can't think of any area of improvement. I reserved truck online. When I went to pick it up I was done in 10 mins. When I returned the truck, I handed them the keys they asked if I had any problems, I said no, they said ok thank you. Less than 5 mins.

Allow drop off options instead of insisting on only one location. There are a number of U-Haul locations nearer to me, and insisting I drive 36 miles (one way) when other locations are closer; created an unnecessary waste of my time and money.

My only complaint, and it is definitely a factor in our discontinuing the use of the storage unit, is that the cost continued to rise at an unacceptable rate for us to continue to justify the use of the unit.

The team there is very nice they all help make the experience smooth and efficient! Glad to have worked with them. The Guy at the front desk was very nice and was interested in my current situation which made me feel like someone.actually cared the amount of work I was about to put in. From one 3rd floor to the next all by myself that meant the world to me. Great Experience,!

When I connected the trailer to the electric plug on my F150, I was given several messages stating the trailer was overdue for maintenance. You should check this for yourself.

This location could be much better if the staff actually want you to come in. Every time I would call during the week I always get a nice phone conversation about my last reservation but when I go on the weekend it is a completely different. Most all employees react to me as I'm a nuisance by going there and asking them to use my ubox. Finally I finished my reservation there, now I can use a better location.

When returning truck I informed employee there was sharp edges on the gas filler cap and showed him that it cut my hand in a couple spots. This is a safety issue and should be fixed but employee didn't appear to care as it was more important to get the truck to the next customer.

I've been here for two and a half years with four large storage units three of which are climate controlled. I couldn't have asked for a better crew anywhere. I am very appreciative for the job that this facility has provided and the extra help in tight spaces that I needed especially when I lost my mother. Merci.

It would be nice if u-haul in general gave discounts / coupons to its loyal customers for trailer, van, truck etc rentals it is disappointing that they don't show gratitude in some sort of fashion. That is all. Over all the facility is great and well kept!

There was roaches in the unit. Someone threw a rat trap down from the ceiling into my unit and got it stuck on my boxes. Then roaches were all over it. Totally disgusting! Roaches were on the outside of my boxes stuck to the tape as they tried to get in them. I told staff and they denied doing that but who else is going to drop a sticky rat trap in there? I have pictures to prove it too. There was also a hole on the inside of the unit door. I had a reservation for a moving truck I did through customer service yet the employee couldn't pull it up. He kept trying to make me one and I said no I already have a reservation. Then when he finally fobs it, he acted like no details were there and kept asking me questions I already answered. I told him this and he said well they didn't put the information in your reservation. Another employee came over after seeing my frustration and she showed him look it's right there. Very frustrating to have an employee not want to look properly at the computer screen to find the details of my reservation and want to just 'start over.' It shouldn't take 3 employees to figure out how to read details of a reservation on a computer screen. Also, this facility charged me for a late fee of 20 when I turned my equipment in on time. When I complained about these issues I'm told of talk to our manager Monday, I don't have nothing to do with that. Nobody seems to know how to do anything at this location except take your money.

Staff was helpful and the property was clean and the U-haul return was easy and the attendant was helpful with parking the trailer I rented.

I came to move out and the metal slide on my units door was very hard to open. It kept sticking and I ended up cutting my hand. Thankfully I had first aid items in my unit and the cut wasn't serious. I hope this issue gets fixed soon so no ine else will get hurt.

When I first moved in I asked for Charles Rackley to be added as an additional occupant but that never happened. Months later Charlie was denied access and that is how I found out. He was responsible for paying the storage bill but unfortunately he died in a tragic motorcycle accident. Im now left with a huge bill i cant afford to pay. I'm very upset over how this has turned out. I think due to the circumstances uhaul could cut me some slack on all the excessive fees. I'm going to need to rent a uhaul in about 2months but can't due to the inflated amount I now owe.

The only thing I did not like was having to get a locksmith to cut my lock off when I lost my key. I think customers need to know this in advance. I rented a grinder at Home Depot and the staff was sure if there would be any power to plug it up. And it wasn't any power. That was a waste of time.

When I went back to the storage to put my things in and drop the truck off the storage still had the lock on it. I was unable to put my things in storage and the facility was closed.

Kathy the manager is Amazing along with the rest of the staff! They are kind, courteous, and considerate. They go out of their way to make sure your items are safe and give you the time you need to pay for your unit without threatening your belongings! There were 10 of us in line and only one lady at the counter-you could tell she was stressed but handled it perfectly! The "E" building smelled like poop-and was very hot

First of all I never personally rented a storage unit at the above named facility in person nor on line with uhaul. Quite frankly I'm not even sure why I'm filling this out as you guys were sending me bills for a contract I never opened in the first place. My drivers license as well as my whole wallet was stolen last year somewhere around the end of June 2022 a few days before July 4, 2022 by a gentleman named Craig A. Pittman who come to found out had used my identity as well as my credit cards at his convenience. He was able to rent a uhaul truck and apparently a storage unit at the above named facility. How could this have happened, do you not check identification to confirm the individual is in fact who they claim to be

I have many storage units for my small business. Hands down this facility is the most staffed, the cleanest and mist cost efficient. There is not one drop of rat poo, I feel safe, I feel my inventory is safe and the restrooms are clean. They get busy and lots of traffic but they are the best.

Unfortunately mother nature left us with out a home, tornado struck our property. U- haul made it very easy for us to rent the truck and the u- haul storage facility not just that we have a month free. How wonderful is this. A big thank you to the understanding staff you guys were amazing!
