I needed the trailer and was concerned by an email that said the trailer was already reserved for the original return date. While the wait on the phone took a while, was able to keep the trailer an additional day and complete our move.DAVID F.

They tried to say I didn't return the truck with a half tank but I did and had a picture to prove it. I had to call three times over a 2 day period just to get someone who actually tried to listen to my issue and tried to solve my problem and told me how to proceed so I could get the process started in order to get the dispute fuel overcharge credited back to my bank account. Sat afternoon I spoke to the rudest person I believe I have ever talked to, especially since the â€œmistakeâ€ was uhauls. He would not even write a note for the manager on duty the next morning asking her to call me. To top it off he said it was not His mistake and hung up on me.Kyle K.
Before making a reservation. Call to verify the size you want. Staff is great. But booked a larger storage unit. When u haul canceled all my trailers. They canceled my storage unit also after being told I needed it multiple times. When I called to ask why the storage unit was canceled. I was told they didn't have the size I needed in the first place and wouldn't rebook it.Scott R.
The return of the equipment was fast and easy. We had a trailer and never had to get out of the truck to return the trailer.William W.
I only needed to rent a dolly for about an hour. When I was checking out, the lady behind the desk told me she needed a second phone number. I don't have a second phone number. She replied she HAD to have one. I made one up. Since the process took so long on the inside, I loaded a dolly into my car while I waited. After I had finally completed the rental process, I was told I took the wrong dolly, since the two available dollys were numbered. Clerk said had to switch them out. That is absolutely ridiculous, she could've made a note in her files. It didn't matter because like I said the process of renting one, using it, and returning it took less than an hour. If you love slow poor customer service, use these guys.Sarah G.

Was not informed of "walk around" virtual procedure to dispute the level of gas in the tank. Crew was using the 10' I rented as a trailer hitch and vehicle was not ready upon my arrival. Uhaul Driver delivered the van to the front at alarming speed through the parking lot. The rental went smooth, but this was clearly the weekend crew.STEVEN S.

When I returned the truck, the person named Julia was extremely rude. She basically called me a liar. I told her the truck was given to me with a half a tank and she said, do you have your contract? Like o was not telling the truth. I told her how horrible the truck was and she said, did you do a walk around with the people you picked it up from? I said no, the barely spoke with me and didn't even strap down my car to the dolly with chains. She said â€œwell that isn't our problem, it happened at the place you picked it up from. I said â€œit was Uhaul, don't you work for Uhaul? Then she wanted me to pay for the cleaning. I told her it was filthy when I got it. She said I should have reported it at the other place. I had forgotten my contract and to fill it up. I asked if I could leave the truck there and go get my contract. She said no. So I filled the truck to half a tank like I got it and went to get the contract. The contract showed it was only half a tank of gas. No cleaned the inside and back. I've rented from Uhaul several times. No one has ever spoken to me like she did. She needs a lesson in customer care!! Especially sinnce this company put me and my car in jeopardy! I have pictures of it. I had no idea how it was supposed to be hooked up until I got here. This woman needs to be spoken to!. I'm so disappointed with this company. I will report this to whomever is responsible for safety of these trucks and trailer hook up along with the better business bureau. I don't appreciate my safety and my vehicles safety being take so nonchalantDEBBIE K.
