Check in guy was very speedy, helpful, and super nice! Quick and easy process.
ANN CI have a discrepancy about what the gas was when I picked up the truck that they refused to honor or even show me the pictures I uploaded into the app at checkout that shower both the mileage and gas. It has lost me as a repeat customer with uhaul sadly. Strongly suggest taking your own pictures of everything since they cannot retrieve their own pictures they make you take for them.

DARLENE Mmore people checking out trucks, the line got very long because one customer tied up an associate for over a half hour while others waited while the other associate tried to burn down the line by himself
ADRIENNE SThen drop off the U-Haul they charge my card 144$ even though I filled the truck back up with gas ! The lady blantly told me since I had no proof there's nothing can be done about it.. basically they robbed me without a gun ! I'll NEVER RECOMMEND NOBODY TO THIS COMPANY !

THEODORE IStaff was discourteous the day I picked up my truck . The climate control units were not working . I was charged more money for a lower unit that I had to have due to temperature . The rodent traps were in poor condition . I have expensive furniture and I regret storing at your facility

JAMES E | Premières impressionsI had many complaints concerning the rude staff. Tamika was the worst. I would call all day trying to make my payment and they would keep telling me to hold on. I dont care if I called 15 times. They were rude over the phone. This happened for months! 10 months to be exact! If you ask to speak to the manager they lie and say he's not there. Seems like the employees were the ones running the place and not the manager. I went through so much just to have to pay them my hard earned money! The storage prices are way too high for such a extremely small unit. When I took out my belongings after storing them there since February of 2024 there mas a mouse trap with blue poison in a white bag that a mouse had bitten into and ate. So, there are mice or rats in there! And I had childrens toys in there. And so I have to disenfect the toys before any child can play with them. I moved out on December 7, 2024. My whole experience there was an absolute NIGHTMARE! I made 2 complaints to the customer service complaint line. I am happy to be done with them!!

SHERRY KI requested a dolly and when checking out the sale associate did not inform me that I had to grab one outside on the way out. When returning I informed a different sales associate and she said she would remove the dolly charge this one time and I should have called. I informed her that I called three times and never received an answer. She wanted to argue and pursued to be mean and unprofessional. She really needs retraining on customer service.

After I rented it , I put the key away and a day after I got a call I was being charged for another day because they couldn't find the key. (Even with a pictures and description of me putting it into the slot box) Broken uhaul. Crappy service. I've never had such a bad experience with a uhaul before so be careful with this location.
Meridith FI was unable to get in touch with location after pick up ( put on hold 4 times ) the equipment I ordered was not in trailer. Called central u haul and they said they would get in touch with location and they would get in touch with me ( never did ) now I've been charged with equipment I never had and I have to cont to follow up and through with this incident Very unhappy customer!!

LEINAALA MThis was like a UHaul megastore! Maybe 65 trucks in inventory and all services relating to moving. Far from the 3-5 trucks at a local garage. Check-in and check-out went very fast and efficient.
ROGER CThe Manager was rude I had paid my bill and it was late so I had a lock on it once I paid the manager refused to take it off because my next bill was due the next day and told me he would evict me. In which he couldn't because I told him you can't keep A look in if the bill is paid off my bill being the next day don't have nothing to do with anything

Chandra S | Expérience généraleThe overall process was ok. The storage unit appeared cleaned but it smelled very heavily of urine. I will be hesitant to move some of the things I planned to put in there for fear it will pick up that smell. There is also broken glass in the foundation joint across from our unit. The loading area was also very crowded with uHaul trucks, making it very difficult to leave as two other customers showed up while we were moving boxes in. Not being able to call the front desk to ask them to move the trucks at all was also very annoying.

The unit was small, like a box and the facility walking in you can smell mold once getting into the unit and open the door, the mold was so strong to the point it gave me a headache Caused my son eyes to water. We have very bad sinus issues and our sinuses irritated from the smell of the mold that we had to take medication was very disappointed in this location and unit.

Shatia T | Expérience généraleI don't like being lied to as a paying customer, the only reason I rented a Uhaul truck is because of the price. They say that your credit card is not kept on file, it was charged anyway and this caused a red mark on my credit, I had mentioned that to the manager and he really didn't seem to care about that. The only person that helped me was the nice young lady that works there, the manager is more concerned about making money instead of helping out a customer. My biggest concern is that the security guard at the Walmart store in the parking lot across from the storage area was keeping an eye on things at the time of my wife and kids were loading the truck, no Uhaul employees checking in on the customers safety and well being while on the property. Then you have strange people walking up to you. Asking you for help and they're not part of your family, Anybody from the street can walk in there and not be stopped, No one closes the garage door they leave it open... Not a safe place to be and there is minimal light outside. If I could give you zero stars I would.

I never worried about the security of my property. My only disappointment is that I was told on December 1st that I would receive a portion of my last payment, only to be told the next day that I would not receive any money back.

Sometimes the cars would be parked there for days. I had to ask several times to get them to block off the area so no one would park there so I could get my stuff out

Having to carry heavy furniture it's hard. I know not much can be done, but an elevator or something would help!

Jason G | Premières impressionsWell for starters I called earlier that day to reserve a larger space and due to I guess the lack of employees I was sitting on hold for 20 mins and then was told someone would call me back to finish the reservation. No one called me back so when I called back the unit I originally was told I would get was given to someone else. So I now have this tiny unit where all my stuff barely fits but I got it in there. Then I was told to do the online check in so that a lock could be placed in my unit orior to move in … no lock was in the unit. The next day I called about the lock they placed the lock on my unit and then could not find the keys. Not a horrible experience but definitely could have been better. Not 100 % unsatisfied but not 100 % happy either. Nonetheless I have moved that's the most important part

With rental trucks taking up most of the area it was tight to back the trailer up to the loading dock. Not impossible but tight. Everything else was great! Having moving dollies was a life saver!!!
