I would suggest this storage to my friends and family , but when I came in to rent a truck the beginning of the month the interaction with the GM completely changed my mind . Very unprofessional and threatened to cancel a reservation because the truck wasn't available and you all have a reservation guarantee

I have 2 storages there and rent trucks all the time she Jaye wasn’t pleasant or very helpful Godfrey was assisting me and asked her to complete my new order and because she seemed unwilling he finished my order, customer service should be first in any establishment she needs to work on that
