Everyone was very helpful. At one point, the the truck door wouldn't lift and two employees came out to help get the door de-iced and unstuck even though it was below thirty degrees.

After standing in line for 15 minutes I was told, just leave the keys in the truck, somebody will check it in, really? Is your company really comfortable with people just leaving equipment with no attendant.

I tried to check in via my phone, but the key box I was told to go to was empty. I had to go inside multiple time to fix the issue, which I was trying to avoid because of the current COVID wave. Some customers were not wearing masks and at least one employee had their mask under their nose. The vehicle assigned to me in the system was different from the one assigned to me over the phone. An employee suggested I just use the key for the one assigned in their system despite the online assignment being different and I told him I wouldn't do that. They finally got the online system and their internal system consistent. This whole process took around 30 minutes of the rental time.

Made reservation six weeks ago. Went to pickup equipment and they had neither. Had to drive larger truck to another location to pickup my tow bar. Mileage and gas was not reimbursed. Seven hundred miles with a twenty foot truck when I only needed a ten footer.

Everyone was very helpful and cordial. I rented a unit "on-line" and when I arrived there was not one of the units available- as I was unable to NOT have one I had to rent a larger unit. I do not hold this location responsible for the problem- it is a CORPORATE issue and they should be held responsible for their technical website processing error. The location and the employees working there are outstanding and went out of their way to help with my truck and the storage issues. I highly recommend the location.

Uncouple the question about the equipment being both clean and well maintained. Yes clean, but I'm not sure that truck was well-maintained. Also, I didn't know you had to turn the steering wheel in order to turn the ignition key, so I couldn't start the truck for 20 minutes. There should also be a verbal warning about the default TOW/HAUL setting when it's raining that is required reading. I saw the sticker and it was indeed raining the day we moved, so doing so possibly avoided an accident. It's a nice service though overall. Check-in on mobile required more documentation than I expected, so I couldn't complete it that way. As a precaution, I set my check-in time for during business hours.

The front desk workers were rude and not willing to help with anything, not explaining anything, I had never rented a truck before and they did not explain anything to me, they made me walk out to the parking lot in the rain and get it not going with me to explain how everything works at all!!!!! I will never rent from this location again ever! The staff is young and rude, and back talked me rudely when I ask for help!!! None of them should be working there! When the young girl in front of me came in they were all over her helping with whatever she needed. Seems I was old and the wrong color to rent there!!! Horrible experience!!! HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE!!

It took me over an hour to return my 10' truck after the location closed. I had to call Go-U-Haul (on hold more than 20 minutes) to find out how to adjust the settings on my iPad to use the return app. (The app would not identify the location so I couldn't upload photos etc.) Your agent was helpful in an a situation that was very annoying.

Although we had checked in online, we had to wait 45 minutes for the truck. We had to drive to another location and then back, to the original location. Because we had hired a moving company, we had to pay extra for the time they had to wait.

Definitely needs to be a thing where customers know if the furniture dolly is not "generally available" then to let customers know after they book it, unfortunately between this store and the one in Garner, each time the furniture dolly was not there when I reserved it.

I showed images I took with my phone of the urine inside cab that was detected when I picked up truck, and service staff stated he could smell something that was not right and they would properly clean inside the cab. Urine, lysol and enzyme clean doesn't smell right but that is what I had to clean up the urine from the place I picked up.

Cargo van was very new, clean, and in good condition. Sales person helped me change out of a 15' box truck and into cargo van at the end of my box truck rental. That was convenient, and saved me some run-around hassle.

I took almost a full hour to get a trailer at 3PM on a Sunday - a transaction I have repeated at least half-a-dozen times with the same facility/uHaul in the last couple of months. It really makes no sense to have a "skip the line" online rental option and then have to wait in line for 40 minutes because there are only two people working the registers. This really feels like a 1986 experience.

Get me the right truck. Didn't have my truck available and didn't notify me or try to do anything about it. They wanted to make me drive to another location, which I didn't have time for and shouldn't have to do--it should be brought to me. That's the service I'm paying for. And they wouldn't do anything to try to compensate or make it better.

This was my worst u-haul drive experience. None of the two charging ports on the dashboard were working and I had a 450-mile drive. Had to stop and charge my phone. The truck also had very bad milage performance. As fully empty truck on I-85 and I-95 the milage green lines would not go beyond 2 small ones, as soon as I touch the accelerator. I also was unable to return the unused boxes while going to the store at 4,45 pm. The employee said that only manager can do the return processing and he is not there. If the store is not ready for service, I suggest you update the time on the webstite so that we dont have to make extra trips.

We had a free month rental with our trailer rental. Arrived after hours on 11/4 to move in but checked in online. Door code would not work. There was no lock in our unit as promised. Moved in 11/4 with our own lock, tried to move more items in on 11/10 but there was a facility lock on our door preventing us from accessing the unit. Looked at our online account, it says we are past due but a month has not passed therefore we should not be locked out. Tried calling number posted for after hrs 3x with no answer. Found office unlocked and sliding door still operational. Looked to see if someone was still on site, found no one. Tried calling number again, finally reached someone who said they would try to find someone to come out. Someone did finally arrive but only secured office. Said he couldn't help us access our unit. We are now left with a truckload of belongings and nowhere to store them. This is completely unacceptable behavior!

Basically it’s a bait and switch your offer the free month of storage when you rent a trailer and then you get to this place and you’re on the second floor and they don’t tell you there are stairs to get to the second floor when your offer the free storage and they don’t tell you that there’s no elevator to get to the second floor so it just sucks or you can pay like 50 bucks more and then you can go anywhere else and find the same amount storage on the first floor so it just stinks

Called ahead to try and update my reservation to a first floor reservation. Was unable to do it over the phone and had problems initially with the first person I spoke to and gave up on getting a first floor storage. Then TraShawn Chambers got involved and had the situation resolved in no time. Very grateful for his assistance and the assistance of the other employee at the time. He also helped and explained how the facility security worked after we triggered the alarm accidentally. Facility condition was clean and move in was quick and easy. Great overall experience!

The instructions to access the building worked perfectly, but the doors didn't work. Additionally, there was still a lock on my unit when I arrived at at 7:50pm. This is 10 minutes before they close. When I went to the front, they asked me if I had ever been there before. I said no I reserved online. I can only imagine they're supposed to keep track of those with online move-ins to unlock units before tenants arrive. I was told by the employee, "Word of advice, don't arrive 10 minutes before we close." He went and unlocked the lock I said Thank you and he said nothing in return. Additionally, the climate in that side was reading 88 which is outside the range they promise for climate controlled storage. It's supposed to be maintained from 75-85 degrees. Finally, they promise you a free lock in the unit. There was no lock provided. Online process was easy, but this facility is a disaster. I DO NOT recommend anyone move into this location.
