I use your services often and I’ve never had a problem the trucks are always clean when I get in I’m in the gas is not extremely hard to refill prices depend on what I’m doing and where I am financially makes a difference.

While driving on the expressway with the vehicle I noticed a tremendous amount of shaking. The amount of scared me and forced me to take the streets to my destination which caused me to have to drive more miles then I wanted to. Which means I had to pay more for an issue not caused my be me. I filed a complaint with corporate and I've yet to hear back from the supervisor of that location. I'd also like to add that the very next day an employee called me stating my vehicle was late. I informed her that it was in fact there in front of the building she asked where and I told her . She then asked where the keys were and I explained to her that I dropped them in the Dropbox where they belong. I was very offended that I received a phone call about the equipment without the employees looking properly first.

I had put additional gas over the amount that was required and you guys charged me an extra $30. The worker had told a lie that the tank was not at the point it supposed to and it was. I truly would like my money put back into my account.

Woman working was very nice and helpful, especially considering that she was the only one working at that time. However, the location we were initially supposed to get the trailer from did not have the trailer and we were not sent an email about it before arriving. The trailer that we were able to get when going to a different location was dirty inside, and had 30+ nails on the ground and a bunch of cardboard. I am really disappointed with UHaul's system overall.

The uhaul was covered with snow. It was also parked between other trucks, they did not lull it up to the front of the store like they always do. The worker seemed lazy when it came to that. However everything else was smooth.

I would never recommend this place to anyone . This place is full of rats and roaches . I had to throw out ALL of my belongings due to mice pellets , dead mice , and roaches all in my things . Never ever ever store your belongings here .

I received a truck with no heat. The staff were very dismissive when I had an issue upon return. Except for one guy inside who helped resolve the issue. Do not recommend this location.

I am very displeased with service at this location. I dont rent uhauls often at all, and the this young african american woman manager was very unprofessional. At day of rental she explained she forwarded me a copy of receipt to my email. Because office printer was not working on rental date 11/11/23. I never received email. She also communicated that truck should be return with 1/4 tank of gas in vehicle. Truck did not have a 1/4 tank of gas in it when i received vehicle. I returned to location 11/17/23 inquiring why i received an additional $52,99 charge on credit card. Same manager communicated because of gas fees. I communicated several times i only had truck approx. 70mins, i only put 12 miles on truck and that truck did not have a 1/4 tank of gas in it when received it. I communicated to same manager i did put $6 of gas back into vehicle before returning the truck. Gas prices in Buffalo is approx $3,35/gal this week. She communicated $52,99 would be refunded but to call 800 number to discuss my issue. That customer service rep declined to give refund befund because a picture was not taken of gas gauge in truck. He said he spoke with specific female manager and she communicated her records were accurate. Truck was clean and ran well while in my possession. My only complaint is that no one told me that the 10' truck did not have a ramp. When I was called to confirm the reservation, I should have been told. It made for a rough move without the ramp that I assumed would be on the truck. Additionally, the appliance dolly that I rented was unavailable. That said the service and help I received at the rental site was very good. Despite my disappointment over the lack of ramp and dolly, the staff remained cheerful and helpful.

I rented a 10-ft truck for one day returned it the following day. Received a receipt stating the mileage and the amount I was charged almost a week later I get a call from the Genesee store asking me where the truck was I had nothing to do with whatever issue they had losing the keys or the truck find out two three days later they charged my account for something I had absolutely nothing to do with if someone stole the truck from the parking lot that was none of my business they should have never touched my account after I returned the truck and it was Keys given to the sales clerk and they viewed the mileage on the truck so obviously the truck was returned was the worst experience I have ever had

I reserved online, went to the location for pickup, and returned the truck to the same location on time. The entire process was smooth and easy. UHAUL provided me with everything I needed, there's nothing else to say.

This location is the worst uhaul location in Buffalo, NY. Employees there don't know how to serve or behave well with the customer. I booked a van for 24 hours and the female employee there tried to charge me $160.

The price was good and the staff was great. You do have a mouse/rat problem and some of my belongings were chewed up and eaten by them. Definitely will need an exterminator to get rid of them.

Mice ate through my boxes and damaged a lot of my stuff. Was not told they had such a huge mouse problem, and didn't notice it until we started moving out.

After not going into my unit for maybe 2/3 months my things were rearranged and there was mice dropping everywhere. I had to leave all of my items there

When placing reservations. Staff failed to provide information that I could not gain access to place heavy items on upper level. I was never notified that I would be using a upper level. So after arriving with a truck full I had to leave inconvenience place my items elsewhere until Monday morning to find another location!! I was charged mileage with truck , unexpected fees for movers and placing storage elsewhere!!

Unit (and likely the ones next to me) has some sort of bug and/or animal problem which is why I left. Walk areas are not salted when icy which makes it dangerous to move heavy items.

Mannnnn y'all need rat control in that joint. Highly disappointed that I paid that much for a month and it was so much rat feces all on my stuff like they had a party in my unit. Never putting my stuff in a storage unit ever again.

I drove cross-country with a 4x8 trailer and the associates, and managment, we're beyond exemplary. I would of also like to thank a gentleman named Mike, that helped me with the trailer hitch. I was really disappointed upon moving into my storage unit because the phone representative assured me I had a ground level unit. When i arrived it was not a ground level it was up high on top the floor level, and there were no other units available at this facility. This was a big disappointment due to the fact that I'm disabled and also I had my movers waiting to load my storage unit for me. I wouldn't have chose this facility had I known this unit would be unreachable for me. This really made me sad!

I had to throw away over $400 worth of college supplies and essentials for my daughter due to RAT droppings all over her things and ripped up papers, textbook, pictures, etc. my daughter is very upset this is the second time this has happened. My experience with uhaul I gave a 4 only because I spent 3 hours in there the lady over the phone in the call center told me she gave me the biggest storage unit they have which was not true I couldn’t even fit my furniture in. It was the size of a bathroom I was unaware of the 26 outside storage until I got to uhaul.
