fix your trucks where atleast the damn mirror works not to mention the hole that was inside of the uhaul . putting my stuff in my nephew an my son fell i called as soon as i noticed it an all the worker can do was note ot in the computer the ramp wasnt working i will never again rent from hereCarmen C.

No one called me before I wasn't charged an extra fee for returning it. They called me after the time limit. And the truck has previous damage that was not recorded. Plus there was no clear deadline when I had to return the truck. It said anytime on that day. Turns out it had to be before three even though the location does not close at the time. They called me after five and did not inform me of the extra charge because I told them I was on my way. When I got there they charged me an additional $58. Communication could have been better.RYAN M.
