I rented a uhaul for Saturday morning in which my 1230 rental was bumped until 3pm. This made me unable to move the items I needed as I was under a time crunch. I called customer service after being unable to reach 7 location to see if any had equipment for rent, and the main customer service line was extremely brash and rude. When I asked why I was bumped, she said that the equipment wasn't available at the location I requested, so then I asked why I was able to make a reservation if there was no equipment available she said thats what happens when you do it the morning of.

I put my property in storage boxed well and in bends as well. Nothing was stolen or missing. My property was full of mice drippings and i end up throwing away very special items. Very hurt and disappointed.

Needs serious improvement in cleaning of drivers cabin. Steering wheel and door storage areas sticky and grimy. Over all not even close to what I would expect from u-haul. Have rented in Alabama, Florida. Never had any complaints.

Representative behind the counter was neither friendly or professional. Truck cab had ash from cigarette, pipe or cigar smoking and truck itself ran "rough".

26 foot truck extremely loud due to no exhaust also had to keep windows open due to exhaust leaking into cab. Staff was extremely friendly though

pd 3000$ for rental. Trailer lights were inoperable, location tried to fix,holding us up for an hour and a half. Gave up and told us to take it anyway, and call roadside service. They wanted us to drive a car carrier with no br a key turn signals or flashers. Engine cowling cover inside truck was not attached on passenger side.,making it almost unbelievable to sit for 22hrs drive. Truck was given to us with gaslight on. After location could not figure out problem with trailer they forgot to replace fuses they pulled so we had to go back and have them put in. Transmission would not shift into high hear underload. In the last 4 weeks I have rented 2 car carriers 2 4x8 utility trailers,1 golf cart trailer. and one 20 ft truck. Will be my last with uhaul. You should be ashamed that you rented that truck in that condition.

Customer service was poor and unprofessional, and when we was trying to ask question they wasn't helpful. One person was outside on a personal phone call and the person helping us was helpful, and we had to find the uhaul by ourselves.

I waited in line for about 20 minutes then spent 30 minutes waiting for my reservation (made on-line prior evening) to be found, edited, stuck, edited, stuck, cancelled, then had a new reservation made. This is after having to go to this farther location to get a trailer. Then when I got to my mother's place, where we were packing her up to move into hospice care, the last customer's lock was still on! Brock did the right thing and came out to cut it off though.

First I had a 24 hour agreement to use the truck had to call back after it was made for 6 in the email I got+. I ordered a 17 foot truck they gave me a 10 year old 15 foot truck with a door that got stuck numerous times with a padlock that was seized and wouldn't turn despite the fact I had the key. Now my biggest issue with your trucks the fuel guages on the V10 Ford vans. I put $15 in the gas tank and the guage barely moved so despite I showed a receipt proving gas was put in 15 minutes before it was returned I was still charged extra for not returning the truck in the fuel agreement which isn't right. Any car or light truck you put $15 gas in it the guage moves to at least 3/4 full so I don't understand why the needle doesn't move I was charged extra despite the fact I had the reciept proof. I've had issues with this before even having one display a low fuel light and it even stayed on after $10 was put in it. So I don't believe its fair you charged me extra despite showing proof and being screwed out of not only $158 by uhaul but by the person that I moved out who refused to pay me for putting money on my card to rent the truck to move them. There is something on your trucks that prevent the gauge from moving past halfway and its not right you overcharge people for it. If you weren't the only rental company in the neighborhood I would have shopped elsewhere but since its the only place around guess I have no choice but to continue to rent from you

The manager ‘Brock'... This guy is over the top. His employees were all working. The shop was clean. The property was organized and beautifully ran. Why is this shocking? Because it is in the most dangerous, the highest gun discharged and highest murder rate area in all of western NewYork. It's like an oasis in the middle of the ghetto. Brock is actually above spectacular. I have my own companies. If you don't pay this man proportional to the dangers of being here... there's plenty of people that will. This man turned this place around. Kudos to Uhaul!

When I picked up my truck, I went back into the store and explained to the rep that the truck smelled extremely bad of marijuana. I asked if they had an air freshener and she said no and recommended to me to just open the windows. Luckily for me it wasn't raining. Because I had a lot to do with the truck, I took the truck home and cleaned and sprayed it with lysol. I'm thinking instead of telling me to put the windows down, I'm thinking the truck should have been re-cleaned and sprayed down, but to no avail. I had a headache for a day after I picked up the truck.

I was there 3 times, the extra time was My fault. I was a day early. Each time I Saw Thomas going over and above. However I didn't observe others. Maybe a Employee short. I know Companies like to get by with less. Each time I was there the place was busy with Customers. I had to wait In line all 3 times. However Your prices were perfect for My rental purposes. I had the pick up for 17 days. Although the ride to the Fishing Camp was 100 miles. The Harbor was 1/4 mile and I used the pickup to (Uhaul) My Boat. Total I put 400 miles during those 17 days. Had I rented a truck from the other rental companies I have paid $1500. Using Uhaul I paid $580. Thank You Uhaul, and Thomas for You excellent Customer Service ( God Bless!) See ya next year.

Reserved an appliance dolly knowing I would absolutely need it. Store did not reserve my dolly. I was not able to find any help for my appliances with it being last second so I had to muscle my stove, my fridge, my washer, my dryer and all my heavy belongings. I don't understand how I reserve something and then it's just not there. I've used uhaul at least 4-5 times and there always seems to be some issue. Last time you guys couldn't even reserve my damn truck after I recieved a confirmation it was fucking there, time after that the truck broke down. This will be the last time I used your services.

I had to throw away over $400 worth of college supplies and essentials for my daughter due to RAT droppings all over her things and ripped up papers, textbook, pictures, etc. my daughter is very upset this is the second time this has happened. There was NO food at all or anything that would lure them into her COVERED storage bins. I’m highly disappointed.

My experience with uhaul I gave a 4 only because I spent 3 hours in there the lady over the phone in the call center told me she gave me the biggest storage unit they have which was not true I couldn’t even fit my furniture in.
