xx t | Expérience généraleThis is the second trailer have rented from this location in the past month. Customer Service during check in was poor. The attendants could care less to.check me in. For this recent trailer, the man that hooked up the trailer did a terrible job. 2 of the trailer chains came loose/unattached in the highway, causing sparks. The police pulled me over. I like this location because it's convenient to me; however, i will not rent from here again.

LATOSHA MNo one came out to help check us in when we arrived. We had to go onto the store and ask if someone could come out and help. Once they recognized we were there, we were instructed to drive behind the building and someone would come out and take the trailer off the hitch. I'd say that was just average service.
JOHN WThis is ridiculous when I dropped back the truck gas was more than they gave me but still they charged me for 7 gallons of gas. I have the picture of before and after so I'm going to see my attorney for this . Everything I paid for end up using less so I was accepting a refund but they end up charging me more money. It is not the matter of the little amount of money but it is the matter of principle. This was the reason I took all the pictures which can and will be used in the court of the law.

THEODORE GThe truck wouldn't start. Every time I turned it off it was very very difficult to turn back on. I told the manager, Patrice, before I left and she did not offer me a different truck. She actually seemed annoyed that I was having trouble. She was very rude! She made a bad experience worst with her terrible attitude both at pick up and drop off!

STANLEY STeach people how to fill out rental applications correctly because of an error made on my rental agreement caused me so much stress
EDDIE TI did not think to check the back of the truck before I got to my location (it was 1º outside, and I was having trouble using the app to check in). When I opened it to use it at my destination, I found it was full of bags of leaves, a rake, and some device that (I assume) was used to gather the leaves. I called customer service immediately, but removing the bagged leaves (which weren't even tied, so leaves were scattered throughout the truck) and equipment meant that I was delayed cleaning it up so I could use it. I put the leaves, rake, and device back into the truck before I returned it, and I also told the desk personnel about it. They were apologetic, which I appreciated, but dealing with this on this frigid morning was still a pain! I rent trucks frequently, and I used to like using this location better than others because I felt the equipment was consistently well-maintained, clean, and up-to-date. This is the second truck I rented in less than optimal condition from this facility, so I'm considering this as strike 2! Let's hope there's not a third!

When I had questions the phone was always answered and everyone was so welcoming. Process was extremely quick because employees knew exactly what to do and were prepared for us. Customer service top notch at both locations. Especially the man who helped us hitch our trailer.
ELISE CA lot of my stuff was damaged in my unit. I had insurance for my unit and they made it seems as if I was lying about my items. I had to throw away a lot of my stuff from family pictures (of my chidren as babies and pics of my "DECEASED"brothers and my dad) I CAN NOT get the pictures back!, clothing, beds, bathroom items, and a stove and a TV! I've sent pictures after pictures and videos I'm hurt but what mostly hurt me are my family pictures #MYMEMORIES! Your insurance company that you guys uses took advantage of my situation and did what they wanted and wouldn't even listen to me! I'm the one that lost out on my items!!

SERINA WIt seems as If the staff is very poorly trained in call center customer service due to the U-Box chain of custody dynamic. The staff lacked the current up to date knowledge of my account and was not friendly or communicative.
rick hService at this location has improved a lot. I believe there's always room for improvement, the only thing I would say is better improvement with communication between employees. This is a common issue with service providers, but I believe this site will improve in this area. My last two visits have been very good.

He called my husband a MF just because we wanted a paper receipt and said our kind always feels entitled. We didn't understand where all this anger was coming from. Will never use this location again

Also, there is no longer a way to drop off the key after hours, which means I have to make a second trip just to do that. This used to be an exceptionally good location; now, I'd prefer to go somewhere else.

ClAUDIA GHighly DON'T recommend using the U-Haul on Good Hope Rd. My husband rented a truck from there today, and when he returned it the employee told him he didn't return it with the correct amount of gas. Even though he had filled it back up with the amount he used. When he told her he would leave and fill it, she refused to let him. She said it would be a $54 charge no matter what. Then she said "unless you tip me". Which, he laughed at. Then she said "no, l'm serious". So he tipped her $10 to get out of the situation. Which, completely cleared up the "$54 charge". I don't know why he actually did this and why he didn't call her manager or corporate. But... I just hope she really needed that $10. Because... that's a pretty horrible thing to do to somebody. Yet, here we are. I can't tell you what to do, but I highly suggest going somewhere else.

LA REven though before I returned the truck I had rented I stopped & put 2 1/2 gallons of gas into it (& only drove the truck 21 miles they charged me an extra $10 & some odd cents for 2 more gallons of gas. Makes you wonder how many miles to the gallon do these trucks get or is this just a way for u-haul to make a few more dollars
JOHN ZUpon renting the storage unit, the representative told me that the rental included a lock. I specifically told the representative that I had my own Uhaul lock. Upon reviewing the receipt once I got home, I discovered that I had been charged $9,95 for the lock. You should not mislead your customers into purchasing your locks.

I was asked repeatedly if I had cash, venmo or cashapp, when I said I had none of those the employee asked if I would be returning the rental by the end of the day and to make sure I bring cash as a tip. However the unit was very inconvenient to access and to exit. I asked one of the workers if he would drive the truck back around to the front and he said no he can't. I had to call my son to come to the uhaul place and he backed the truck out for me. That's how inconvenient exiting my storage unit is. Extremely frustrating very poor experience and service.
