Need more workers it was a long line and only one person was working it took forever

The store attendant is very very slow and all the information I entered to reserve the truck for example distance didn't take in your system. Seems like you need to work on your IT.

Other than that everything went well as usual, however, I overfilled the tank beyond what was required by more than a half of a tank but did not receive a gas credit. I submitted a request to inquire about this and have not heard back yet.

I had reached out several times to u-haul customer service to extend my rental but there were long hold times and tried to chat /e-mail them but never got a response. Finally when I was able to speak to a representative they told me that my reservation had been cancelled and therefore could not be extended. They said I could only start a new reservation. I never heard from the Good Hope Rd. location, but they claimed they tried to reach me via Facebook and to the police. The police called me today and said I was being charged with stealing their U-Haul and is a Felony. They also provided me with a bunch of fees and a receipt of $2 300 for a period of about a week or 2. No apology for the miscommunication, no discount on our bill for the unnecessary threats and false claims, when I was never reached out to prior to the police contacting me and the threatening me with felony charges. I would avoid them unless you want to be threatened by the police, a ridiculous bill, and extremely poor customer service.

The staff member SCREAMED at me in my face like an unprofessional scary person instead of offering instructions in a calm and unprofessional manner. She was quite disrespectful.

There should always be on acetylene torch around for that issue. My kids mother received a letter that I was late with my payment a week and half after I paid it and then another week and a half later I get the same letter. Not good people don't get notifications out early enough. I guess this is a reoccurring problem because when I went to pay I told her I never got a notice and she waive the late fee…been there twice and they still didn't change the name to the correct name. Didn't affect me I dropped the ballI was just thinking about others. Could lead to serious altercations. Fix ASAP! Thank you.

Asking me to move the vehicle I said I couldn't unless it was towed and I am not paying another tow to move it to a different spot. The employee told me to park the car there and that is what I did. Now there are asking me how long til I move out the parking spot when I just moved in the parking spot a few days ago.

The storage unit rented to me was too small for the 26 foot U-Haul truck that I also rented from U-Haul. There was trash everywhere. John David checked us in this morning though and he was awesome and very efficient. The outside guys were great. Inside staff not so much.

Two months later they claim I wasn't moved out but I was because they told me something was there but I know it wasn't and the last time I was there I told them I was moving then and they said fine just take the lock with me which I did after clearing out.... This was over a year ago and yet they keeping saying I owe money for a unit I am not occupying. My mother told them I had nothing in the unit and I have told them this as well. So no I have nothing good to say.

My issues were not consistent enough to give a "No" response to some of the above questions even though if there was a rating scale of 1 - 5, this location would be in the middle or lower. There was some kind of water leak into the indoor unit that I had that soaked the lower stacked boxes. The boxes then collapsed under the weight of the boxes on top and some thing got crushed. Clothing ended up having mold in them. All of the boxes on the floor were stuck to the floor and things that were wood had water damage. Dealing with the staff was a crap shoot. In person I've never had a problem. Especially in leaving the facility for the last time. That gentleman was VERY helpful. Any conversation over the phone was met with hostility. When a mistake, that was not mine was made, I was met with a nasty attitude.

Aside from it I felt hassled a month ago I received a call from an agent who was very rude and augmentative. Out of that it event I was prompted to end my contract with U-Haul.
