I was charged for 2 Dollie's and did not receive them. I told the manager before I left that they were not in there and upon my return. When I received the receipt being charged, I called and he said he checked in the vehicle and marked no Dollie's. He then told me to come in the next day. Poor customer service. I will chargeback with my credit card since U-Haul cannot charge the correct amount

The storage manager, Brittany Richard, was the most unprofessional employee that I've ever encountered! They lied about the amount of days that we had the Uhaul truck, adding 3 days onto the bill. I was charged $1100 for a truck for 3 days.

The folks who work here are great. Friendly and helpful. I've rented from this location twice in the last month and have been very satisfied. I will return here for my rental needs in the future. My only complaint is that the location has a relatively small lot so space is limited. Be patient and take your time. It's not that big a deal.

After an incorrectly scheduled appointment needing to make the drive down a second time, my car drivers side door was scratched and dented. The GM was upfront and will cover the costs. I feel for the manager being so short staffed and doing the best with what they've got, but I'm still out loads of time with multiple trips, needing to find an auto body shop, not having a car while being repaired etc. are all a major drain on resources.

We love the people here friendly and professional! Mike welcomed me into the "hitch install area" efficiently and professionally installed a hitch and even gave a call when it was finished! Great experience!

I was told that I would receive a $200 discount for returning my equipment to an alternative location (Malden instead of Cambridge). I never received that discount. While the service at all locations was excellent, the corporate shenanigans are deplorable.

U-haul sent me an hour away from the location where I originally rented a truck from them only to give me a broken truck. They managed to get me a truck the following day, which ended up running fine. However, the overall experience was bad and U-Haul didn't even try to make it up to us.

while the staff was friendly more than 1/2 the people didn't have the experience to solve the card reader issues i was having. i would have to have the card reprogramed every time i went in. I will not be returning, the location sucked to get in and out of. The parking lot was poorly laid out so it was always blocked in some manner.

The GM was there when we pulled in. Fast and efficient while being friendly and helpful. We thought of hiring movers but UHaul made the first part of the move in October so easy - we knew this was the best way to go.

I requested extended service for 24 hours. I arrive with 6 guys with a 20ft truck that rented from you for move my stuff and the code doesn't work. I called customer service and they told is a local store problem and they can't do nothing. So payed for your truck, pay for staff that can't be able to complete the moving. So really bad service

I had knee surgery and wish you would have had an elevator. I had to get fluid removed from my knee because of the stairs.

An elevator should be installed for the basement units and only one thinking conveyer belt is functioning. Not ideal for large and heavy items needing to be stored.

We ended up not needing the storage unit. I'm not sure what we would have done if we did because there was rarely any parking anywhere near the storage unit which was indoors.

There is no ramps, only stairs so that was really difficult. There were too many vehicles parked in front of the loading dock, so also difficult. One of the conveyer belts was broken so had to walk around to find another one. The person at the desk was super friendly but had no idea to any of our questions. There was no lock in the unit, the top of it had been cut like someone was trying to break in previously. The price is better than a lot of others in the area and the people were friendly

The whole process for getting set up with a storage space was efficient and fast! I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get a storage unit. I was also impressed with there being a conveyor belt for the units on a higher or lower floor as well as being able to use carts to help move everything in and out. The staff was always friendly with any questions. The check out process was easy and quick. I've already recommended U-Haul storage to family and friends. U-Haul needs to share its secrets to the hotel world when it comes to checking people in and out.

The key card system could be better. Using RFID like they do in credit cards would save a lot of time swiping and reswiping.

The employee on duty was very helpful and quite busy at the moment we checked in. She was doing a great job handling a lot of people as I understand one of her colleagues it called out sick. The facility is very clean and easy to use we were so grateful to get the last unit!

I had this storage unit for quite a few years ! Honestly I had several ups & downs in terms of making payments on time. Management & staff were always polite & helpful & accommodating through everything - & I greatly appreciate it.

This storage facility is the best. I have used others in the past and none come close to U-haul. I have storage my belongings for 6 years there and previously years ago.. The staff is friendly , always willing to help. The storage areas themselves are immaculate. The hallways glow as well as the units themselves. Cleanliness is amazing . They are heated, moisture free. Would recommend this facility to anyone and it would be the only one I'd ever use

The team leader aka Obi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi Mickey LaHaye is the best so Zen So helpful so FN cool and calm…. Always takes care of every situation good bad or ugly! He's the Clint Eastwood of UHaul sans the bloodshed! Faye and Taylor light up the place with their smiles and willingness to always help! It's always a fun experience there! And the conveyor belt feature is awesome… this location rocks! In a world of so much loneliness and separation this team makes you feel right at home! Love the fact that carts and a conveyor belt was available to use and when I came at night, both the outside and inside had plenty of light.

Had to carry boxes and totes upstairs to get to storage unit. No elevator where my storage unit was located. Reserved a storage unit online but when I got to the u-haul location, I was told that reserving a unit online does not secure a unit. Isn't that the whole point of making a reservation??

customer service was great here. They helped me out, got me a deal, and were very clear on how the storage works. Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation because we needed a larger storage space, but even then the customer service canceling the storage was top notch.

The manager and staff at Hanover Street UHaul in Lebanon are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It is a very well run location that I have used at least six times for both local and one-way moves along with two uses of storage in the building and a UBox. This time I even needed to tow my car. It has always been a very good experience that made all the work easier.

I didn't expect a dark, end of a long hall on a different floor than the loading dock storage room. There is no light switch in the unit and it's dark and dingy. I'll be moving my things out ASAP.

The code we were given with the online check-in process didn't work, and the woman manning the desk had no idea how to fix it. She found another woman who tried to fix it and couldn't. Then they asked another man who worked there who tried to give me a key card and the key card wouldn't work. So I went back and waited with my stuff (and crew of people who were helping unload the truck) until they got me a keycard that could access the place where my unit was. On to the unit. The storage unit we were given was marketed as a 10 x 15, but when we arrived there was a massive square removed from it (for I'm assuming stairs to the upstairs). For 200 dollars a month I was expecting (and needed) a full 10 x 15 storage unit. Very disappointed about this.

The people at U Haul were very helpful. My daughter and I were moving things into storage and there were a couple of furniture items that we needed help with and one U Haul employee gladly assisted us. We are very grateful. He also brought us water as it was in the 90s. We were well taken care of.
