Nick and Bryan could not help me with any issues, like the location of my return drop off. both were rude and acted unable to help me, telling me to call 1800gouhaul. Thus, I asked if they would add a note to my contract stating my preferred drop off location, and nick called me â€œa Karenâ€. I was humiliated.MALCOLM W.

The person who checked me in ( Brian) was really rude. He says " if you loose MY keys, it's 100 dollars to replace them". In the 6 years I have rented a vehicle once a month I have never lost a key. Then having me go through taking a photo of my license when the employee always do it for me. Then ending up doing it as I was not going to give U-Haul permission to access my photos. Being 6 feet away he kept mumbling and I had to keep asking him to speak up. Then not pulling my van up just handing me the keys. Just rude and not the wonderful service I have had in 6 years. Only one comment. You can NEVER, EVER contact the Lebanon NH location by phone. No matter what day of week, no matter what time of day. You are on hold for eternity because no one ever answers the phone. Very frustrating especially after you pick up vehicle and they tell you to call if you are going to be a few minutes late dropping off vehicle. The phone is never answered!!ELIZABETH L.

The truck leaked water in the cab and on our moving boxes. Most of the cab area was duct tape together. The passenger door was duct taped and falling apart. There were no door seals so the road noise was deafening. However, the engine was in good shape and the truck performance was good. Customer service was also good.Mark H.

My entire experience with U-Haul has been positiveâ€”from reservation via phone through to the return of the vehicle. It might be helpful, however, to make sure the driver is familiar with the details of operating the particular vehicleâ€”lights, heat and other featuresâ€”before they depart the lot (an optional tutorial?). Location was clean and neat, the location personnel were friendly and helpful, truck was clean, but old (149,000+ miles) and did make a strange whiney noise whenever more throttle was engaged. I neglected to check the mileage when leaving the facility and was surprised when the bill showed I travelled 100 miles more than my GPS indicated. I have filed a dispute hoping that it was just a case of fat fingering the keyboard - I am not suggesting anything malicious, and would certainly rent from U-Haul and this location again. I will make sure I verify mileage in the future to avoid this issue. Customer service was extremely helpful and understanding.James F.
