Trent J. | First ImpressionsWe ended up not needing the storage unit. I'm not sure what we would have done if we did because there was rarely any parking anywhere near the storage unit which was indoors.
Kristen B. | Overall ExperienceThere is no ramps, only stairs so that was really difficult. There were too many vehicles parked in front of the loading dock, so also difficult. One of the conveyer belts was broken so had to walk around to find another one. The person at the desk was super friendly but had no idea to any of our questions. There was no lock in the unit, the top of it had been cut like someone was trying to break in previously. The price is better than a lot of others in the area and the people were friendly

I was also impressed with there being a conveyor belt for the units on a higher or lower floor as well as being able to use carts to help move everything in and out. The staff was always friendly with any questions. The check out process was easy and quick. I've already recommended U-Haul storage to family and friends. U-Haul needs to share its secrets to the hotel world when it comes to checking people in and out.
