while the staff was friendly more than 1/2 the people didn't have the experience to solve the card reader issues i was having. i would have to have the card reprogramed every time i went in. I will not be returning, the location sucked to get in and out of. The parking lot was poorly laid out so it was always blocked in some manner.

I called customer service and they told is a local store problem and they can’t do nothing. So payed for your truck, pay for staff that can’t be able to complete the moving. So really bad service

Trent J | First ImpressionsWe ended up not needing the storage unit. I’m not sure what we would have done if we did because there was rarely any parking anywhere near the storage unit which was indoors.
Kristen B | Overall ExperienceThere is no ramps, only stairs so that was really difficult. There were too many vehicles parked in front of the loading dock, so also difficult. One of the conveyer belts was broken so had to walk around to find another one. The person at the desk was super friendly but had no idea to any of our questions. There was no lock in the unit, the top of it had been cut like someone was trying to break in previously. The price is better than a lot of others in the area and the people were friendly
