The truck leaked water in the cab and on our moving boxes. Most of the cab area was duct tape together. The passenger door was duct taped and falling apart. There were no door seals so the road noise was deafening. However, the engine was in good shape and the truck performance was good. Customer service was also good.Mark H.

Location was clean and neat, the location personnel were friendly and helpful, truck was clean, but old (149,000+ miles) and did make a strange whiney noise whenever more throttle was engaged. I neglected to check the mileage when leaving the facility and was surprised when the bill showed I travelled 100 miles more than my GPS indicated. I have filed a dispute hoping that it was just a case of fat fingering the keyboard - I am not suggesting anything malicious, and would certainly rent from U-Haul and this location again. I will make sure I verify mileage in the future to avoid this issue. Customer service was extremely helpful and understanding.James F.

I am a bit upset u-haul wants to charge me 20$ to check my rental iI drop off after hours ? I don't see the difference if I drove it in before my time expired. Hmmmm Anyhow as usual this is the best U-Haul with a great associates. Friendly, knowledgeable and take pride in the equipment by how clean and well maintained vehicles are. The cashiers were not well informed and left the lady that was training by herself to wait on us. She did her best, not knowing the dolly wasn't in the truck we didn't get the dolly we requested and when returning the truck notified them, they stated they would credit it, just leave and I would get a email in 10 min with the adjustment....Do NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! Thankfully I only lost 21 $but it's the point! They tried to get me to leave before they proceeded the paperwork which then would have made me late returning the vehicle...it was very scetchy...or they were just being lazy! I have to rent another truck but will be doing it from another location.KAMILLA L.
There are two things that you can do to improve: 1-Stop fucking people over. I was told that the truck was "full on fuel" and I drove that Uhaul from one end of town to the other, which was a distance of less than 5 miles one way. We loaded a studio apartment into that Uhaul. When I went to fill it up, it took over 8 gallons of fuel which indicates that either I was lied to about the tank being full, or that Uhaul gets less than 1 mile to the gallon, which I know it does not get that poor of fuel efficiency. 2-Upon drop off nobody was to be found. I went inside the store and there was a customer walking about yelling trying to find somebody. Then when they took the keys all they said was "you're all set". Why did I wait just to give the keys to somebody? Just have a drop box.LOGAN A.

There was no onsite parking when I rented my box truck for an overnight use which led to me receiving a parking ticket from the town because my car was not in an area which permitted overnight parking. The pick up location the manager was unable to send the correct charge and link to the bill through the mobile phone. He called during the transaction and I could not tell who he was talking to. One guy was wearing a mask that didn't cover his nose. I very politely mentioned this, and he didn't even acknowledge the comment. The van I rented was unsafe in snow. It got stuck more than once, and slid so badly that I thought I would be seriously injured or die in an accident.FRANCINE R.

I returned the trailer at around 8:30 PM. I followed the instructions on the website. All went well until I took a pic of the inside of the trailer. There was no "upload" method. I tried it three times. No luck. We called for phone help, waited 10 minutes or so, but the person could not help, got transferred to someone else who instructed me to send THREE pics to her via E mail. The code we were given with the online check-in process didn't work, and the woman manning the desk had no idea how to fix it. She found another woman who tried to fix it and couldn't. Then they asked another man who worked there who tried to give me a key card and the key card wouldn't work. So I went back and waited with my stuff (and crew of people who were helping unload the truck) until they got me a keycard that could access the place where my unit was. On to the unit. The storage unit we were given was marketed as a 10 x 15, but when we arrived there was a massive square removed from it (for I'm assuming stairs to the upstairs). For 200 dollars a month I was expecting (and needed) a full 10 x 15 storage unit. Very disappointed about this.Stephanie R. | Online Move In
