The Snellville location was excellent, however it was 12 miles from me rather than the initial location I was given which was 1 mile from me. The dropoff location was no longer accepting one way rentals, which was not disclosed prior to the return. It was difficult to get through to customer service for an alternate drop off location which was another 30 minutes drive. Once there, it was difficult to get instructions for how to leave the keys (no drop box). The mobile instructions weren't accessible by phone, and customer service again took about 15 minutes to answer. I probably won't use Uhaul next time.Helen K.

When I brought my truck back Sunday the place was packed from people parking trucks everywhere, when I brought my truck in the staff was so helpful took my keys took my paperwork thanked me, even though they were super busy they were still super professional literally perfect!Hyderali S.
This location is starting to go down hill in my opinion. Check my records, I rent from here all the time. My last experience Saturday was horrible. My reservation that was made in advance wasn't honored. I had to cancel my plans and make another reservation for Sunday. The manager didn't care about the inconvenience it caused. He looked at several of us like, what you want me to do about it. Better luck next time. He didn't offer to make me another reservation for another, offer a discount for future reservation or nothing. The team member that handle was nice and took care of me on Sunday. Overall I'm very disappointed and this will more than likely be my last time at that location. The team members are working hard to make it right and remained professional.RESHARD A.

I wasn't satisfied with the overall service. I walked into the location looking for a truck or van earlier on Saturday, July 30th about 11am. They said they didn't have any trucks or vans probably wouldn't have any that day. I called U-Haul 800 number and I was able to reserve a truck about an hour later. I wasn't happy the the overall experience at this location. I felt very rush at check out.Obie M.

Parking area was very small. With all of the equipment they had to rent, there was very little room for customers to park.Mark B.
Reservation originally was made for champion self storage location 2415 Loganville Hwy SW, Grayson, GA 30017. I was given a phone call 40 MINUTES before my pickup time and NO voicemail or other forms of messaging to notify me last minute that my pickup location was changed on me. Once I arrived at that location after driving to the original one, I find that my truck size was changed without my clearance. What can be improved? This stupid shit that shouldn't be happening from a Fortune 500 company. Thanks for making me pay for more gas with a bigger unnecessary truck And giving me less than 24hours notice of reservation changes with the least amount of communication attempt as possible.Jonathan T.

Ensure that the truck is safe to drive. The vehicle felt like it had front end damage. It also needed a alignment. When you drive the steering wheel was not centered. The trailer door did not stay open. Which was a big issues for my move. You can tell that the previous renter had zip tied the door open. I returned the vehicle on Carrollton Ga. After I moved and informed the agent. She simply replied ok I'll get it in the shop. Well I hope so but what about the customer who was inconvenienced with this vehicle that should have never been in service.Lewis M.

I needed a 10x10 unit instead of the 5x10 and was told in the morning there were no larger units available. I checked back later that day with a different person at the front desk and he was able to get me a 10x10 unit after I had already moved into the smaller unit and found that my things would not fit. The lot is too small for the amount of traffic. I had a 26' truck with a 6x12 trailer attached. It was nearly impossible to maneuver through the lot. It's completely packed and not well thought out. An attendant needs to be outside to mediate the flow of traffic in and out safely.Odane S.

My selection to #4 was for NOT helpful. Prior to moving out I called to get assistance with a truck rental to move my items. Haley provided phone assistance to me however based on her recommendation for a truck, I had to make multiple trips. This not only caused me additional fees, it cost me time and other costs due to multiple trips. I was unable to get a larger truck at the time because of her lack of knowledge. The layout of the parking area is designed in such a way that it prevents people from having the sufficient space to maneuver their vehicles for loading/unloading. I started renting here about 2008 so it's been 13 years. Over that time this facility has changed from being clean and well run to being dirty (especially at the loading dock). There is also a stink inside the facility that covers about 1/3 of the downstairs which has been present at least for the past 4-5 months. Something is inside one of the units that indicates decay of some type. The managers don't seem to be concerned. I was also promised security to the facility in the beginning, but that no longer applies. The door is always open and my access card is no longer needed. Access to the loading dock is usually limited to only one vehicle on the steep side because U-Haul trucks are parked too close to allow a second vehicle to back up to the dock. It's a bad situation to need to be there and not be able to pull a vehicle close. The high tent installed to accommodate returning rented trucks is too close to the turning point where you need to circle near the loading dock. If a vehicle is parked in one of the spaces on the corner of the loading dock, it makes it nearly impossible to pull a pickup truck through. Bottom line is this is a poorly run, badly maintained, and improperly designed facility. I would not rent here again. There are several other options in the area which are all better.CHARLES F. The young man who reserved my unit was friendly, professional, and helpful. However, the young lady who checked me in was indifferent, unfriendly and unengaging. She neither smiled nor thanked me for my service. Additionally the office area is much too cluttered and hazardous and the loading dock platform had jagged something or other hanging around the edge in some areas and there were loose rocks in the parking lot near the front, which one of my helpers almost tripped over. The second unit - which I had booked online - had no lock inside as promised according to the rep. When I went to the office, I realized I needed an additional (3rd) unit. The rep decided it was more important for her to sell me my third unit and THEN charge me for a lock, rather than to inform me that I would get a free lock if I stood there and booked the unit online. Georgia location was great but when I picked up my U-Haul truck and Virginia it was horrible they did not charge for the hitch they put the wrong name on my account thenI had to come out of more money the experience was the worst I've ever imagined I did not like the fact that I had to pick up the U-Haul in one spot and go all the way across town to pick up the hitch I hope no one never have to experience the Heartbreak that the stress level that I experienced during my move.Paulette S. | Premières impressions

The morning staff ladies and gentleman were pleasant and eager to help. The afternoon crew seemed bothered and short tempered. I had to call customer service just to get an answer to a general question because the guy who checked me out was irritated and dismissive.
