99 % of the time my experience there is positive. It's just this one time that I received a piece of equipment that wasn't properly inspected. I rented a tow dolly and one side of it was completely busted and could've been dangerous, but I understand sometimes things get missed. I brought the equipment back and was quickly swapped out for a different one.

ANTHONY JNothing! Everyone was professional and courteous. I did have to wait for a second for your counter staff. The gentleman who waited on me was installing a hitch and there was no one else at the counter. It was during the lunch hour when I picked up my rental trailer.

EDGAR BThe manager was not nice or helpful. I was told by the agent over the phone that I could have a few extra days to remove my things without being charged. When I got to the physical location, the worker there was willing to let me pick my things up as well without being charged being that it was a few days after my due date. After he attempted to clear it with the manager, the manager came in looking angry and said absolutely not. He didn't care what I was told by the agent over the phone, he wasn't going to honor it. At the same time I'm attempting to save money being that I just paid a security deposit, first month rent, utilities & a uhaul, he refused to be remotely sympathetic and was actually really rude. He made a bad situation, worse.

LYNN SI would have given an excellent rating unfortunately I am going to give an average rating. This all boils down to disposal of trash, this particular facility doesn't have an adequate means for storage unit customers to dispose of trash. The receptacle that is provided is located in proximity to their maintenance area where they work on their equipment (the receptacle itself is quite small as well). On top of that there is an inconvenience fee that's charged of $10 dollars in order to use it. Plus there's also a fine of $100 that's charged for disposal of trash that's deemed unacceptable (what is U-Haul's definition of unacceptable trash to be dumped in your small trash receptacle?) As far as the trash I left inside of my storage unit, it was advised to me by Mr. Guerrero (general manager) that I would be charged $25 dollars per item for the removal of the trash that was left behind. The trash in the unit was organized in a manner that would make it easy for removal out of the unit. Mr. Guerrero further explained after I showed him a picture of the trash that was left behind in the storage unit the estimated total of removal of trash would be between $800 to $1 000 dollars which to penalize a customer who left trash in the unit in an organized manner for your personnel to clean out to me is a bit outrageous. Another reason why I'm leaving an average rating is due to the fact the monthly rate for a fourth time is going up on the unit. Originally when I had rented the unit back on March 10, 2021 the monthly rate was below $100 dollars which was very much reasonable and with in my budget. The previous monthly rate increase to $114,95 and now had I kept the unit beyond the move out date of November 7, 2024 and past the December 7, 2024 which the rate is increasing to $119,95 is sending customers the message that it's not viable to keep a storage unit at your facility especially those customers who rent 5x10x11 storage units. U-Haul is a large company with worldwide presence just as much worldwide presence as Walmart, in order to keep customers like myself happy would be to give instead of take. Give us a designated area closer towards the storage units for us to be able to discard trash our trash as opposed to making us pay money to use the trash receptacle ($10 in todays world can make or break somebody) Other than what I've stated in my comments, I was very happy with the service that was provided. Mr. Guerrero is an amazing General Manager of this facility and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Sshe asked me where I was headed to i said .y new ho.e was in palm coast she then instantly changed the drop off to palm coast after I specifically wanted thest augusti eocation and that is what erased theoriginal quote and gave us a new triple thecost qukte . Which the store manager said he couldnt reverse it and I spent way overan hour on the phone with customer support trying to fix the mess tbey had created.and after screwing up my original quote and erasing it from the computer they then told me I had to call customer service to fix the problem they created.

Shawn PI dropped of my vehicle on time and was told it would be approximately 2 hrs. After receiving no notification after 2,5hrs I went to the location and found my vehicle in the lot with the hitch on it. The staff seemed to be dealing with an irate customer issue, and when I checked out they failed to provide me with the hitch shaft and ball. I had to come back the next day when I realized what had happened.

Alton MThe vehicle was disgusting. The steering wheel was sticky and the cab was not clean. We were pressed for time so we could not request a different vehicle. In addition, the vehicle had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. I was very disappointed in the equipment and will not use this location again.
LaTonya HWalked in and they were charging me 150$ more than I was quoted. It then took 5 & 1/2 hours for them to do the job. I paid and left after he walked me over to "explain what I would have to do in order to hook up the electrical for the trailer. Which was not tucked so I now will have to have that tucked or continue closing my trunk on the cable which WILL damage the cord over time causing it to not work anymore. They were so rude and unprofessional when I showed up worried because I called multiple times to check on it and they were not answering. Stated it would be another hour so I walked out to ask about it with the technician and he said "okay what do you want me to do about it"? I mean - maybe know how to do your job and install hitches properly if I am paying top dollar on labor. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Will NEVER go to a uhaul if I can help it!

I put $30 in the tank and didn't receive the discount as promised. Will not be a returning customer, but will use 2 men and a truck next time due to these inconveniences.

The rep stated to make sure I don't commit fraud. His comment was rude and offensive and I will not be using Uhaul in the future. It's a proper way to speak to customers and this team member needs training 101

DN YMy experience with management was horrible. Too many lies and discrepancies between the fill in manager Jacob and GM. RODRIGO. BOTH Lied to me several times and made changes to my account without notifying me. They were both asked to call me to discuss my issue but I had to call them only to be lied to. It's unacceptable. Charges were made to my account without contacting me. And have not been reversed even after speaking to Rodrigo. Very disappointing.

ROLAND R | Expérience généraleThis u haul facility charge me to much money on my account and try to tell me that because of 5 days late and another 10 day late 15 each time then on top of that 50 for something else over all I paid 154 which is 80 over my expenses when I pay 75 a month and if I was late I paid Extra every month. This is not right I m going to report them over charge people for there money. I paid every month I move my stuff out when he tried telling me l was locked out when NO lock was on it Crooks here.

We rented the storage unit 5 x 10 and was surprised to see that that storage unit had a post on the side of it which really caused us to lose about a foot of storage space. My personal feeling is that it suited our needs however because you lose that foot of space that should not rent for the same rate as another 5 x 10 that would not have that post.
