I dropped off my rental at this location after hours so I didn't interact with anyone. However the lot was extremely full with rentals and I wasn't able to find a parking spot to put it in, so I left it at the front door return spot.

I reserved online and the ordered an appliance dolly. When I picked up the truck there was a utility dolly. We were running late and just took it. When I returned they still charged me for both the appliance dolly and the utility, after the employee told me that he took off the appliance dolly. I reached out to them Saturday and have yet to get a reply and it's Wednesday.

Major and very scary issue with vehicle. The radon is glitching so when it is low whenever you hit a bump in the road the radio goes all the way up, becoming a hazard for the driver. It started pouring outside and I turned the wipers on, blurred the whole windshield and could barely see!

The young staff at the desk could use some customer service training, perhaps it was her first day. Uhaul has excellent customer service, it is like going to a high end department store. My Ubox was clean and I felt secure in leaving my possessions for storage and then transport in 90 days. Uhaul made this my easiest move ever! Chris and Justin on the phone were STELLAR!

Staff was not helpful. Was given a key and sent on my way to search the parking lot for my rented truck. When told the size rented was too large, they Didnt even look to see if they had any of the smaller sizes available. Even though it was 3pm (they close at 5) and there were at least 4 smaller ones and 2 of the vans on the lot. They said they were all rented without checking. Upon return of my uhaul, all smaller ones listed were in the same spot and only larger ones had or same size ones were in the vehicle return. It just looked very lazy and like they were unwilling to help as I highly doubt all 6 had been rented for less than 2 hours and returned to their exact locations from when I left.

The H-Haul Representative knew exactly how to quickly process the paperwork. She explained how to gas it up before returning it to the drop off location. Then she walked me out to the truck location in the parking lot. Our 15' truck was very nice and clean and the back had recently been painted inside. We will definitely use this location again when needed. Everything was GREAT!

I did not like the only option for confirmation was to upload my driver's license especially given the fact that you had already asked for my banking information to reserve the truck. There have been too many INTERNAL personal information breaches recently for this to be a comfortable action for consumers.

Usual has a poor business model. Overcharged for mileage because they dont calculate you driving the vehicle from the lot to your house to load it and then to the new house to unload is deceptive. We will not be using uhaul ever again.

It was a good experience. The only trouble that I had was navigating the Uhaul, text on returning my truck. It never would share my location. I spoke to a lady the next morning and explained that to her, and she did not add additional fees to my rental. Very pleased. :)

Check the gas gauge because it shifts once you start driving. After I re gased up after use it did the same thing. So it started out reading correctly, then dropped.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me shoot the charges. I made a reservation for a small 1 bedroom apartment size truck and when I showed up I got this giant monster of a truck and it was more money than the reservation I made online. It only came with 50 miles which was nowhere near enough, so I got charged $20 for mileage (annoying but expected) and I also got charged another $60 for having a larger truck that I never wanted!! What are y'all doing u-haul?!?

We were told that our U-Pack would be available to unload on January 14. I just got an email saying now it will be available on the 29th. We are living out of suitcases until we get our container. This is unacceptable.

The young lady that waited on me and the road assistant even the guy when I checked the truck back in all Hackberry good customer service and I would recommend anyone fantastic customer service that's when I first checked in the young lady that waited on me the young lady that I last spoke to in roadside assistance and the young man when I checked out all hey good customer service

The hitch light connection was not functioning. This was not realized until the trailer that the truck was rented to move was hooked up and driven for 16 miles, only to find out the connection was broken and I had to return the truck immediately as it was not usable any longer. Originally I was scheduled to use it for 3 days. Not a good experience.

The inside customer service was poor and raised health concerns for Covid-19 transmission. The young man that checked me in had poor customer service and communication skills. He was not friendly nor polite. If I were not in need of the trailer being rented I would have walked out. He approached checking me out as an irritation or an interruption, not as an opportunity to serve a paying customer. More importantly he was NOT WEARING A MASK!!!!!!!! WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC AND HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WEARING A MASK!!!!!! I am in an elevated risk category to Covid-19 due to health issues and was highly angered that your employee was not wearing a face covering. The other two inside employees had on masks that were pulled down to their chins rendering the wearing of their face covering useless. This behavior is totally unacceptable and should be addressed by U-Haul management. There is good news in this comment. The outside associate that hooked up the trailer was exceptional. He was polite and provided excellent customer service. He also properly wearing a face covering and was wearing the appropriate PPE equipment (he wore gloves and work shoes - sneakers). Once the trailer was hooked up, he went through the safety checks, thanked me and told me to have a safe trip. The outside associate saved/rescued a U-Haul rental experience disaster. The most accurate overall rating would be average because the Inside experience was extremely Poor and Outside Experience EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT.

We asked for a dolly and did not get one. Then we were charged for the dolly and had to call for a refund. It would have helped with the move quite a bit, but thank you for refunding quickly.

Either this location or the dropoff location straight up lied and stole money ($82) from me. I picked up a one way from 2040 Scenic Hwy. (No blankets ljke I asked but I was in a rush) Used the self serve app to check in, even had me take pictures showing the gas and mileage before I drove off. The tank was at a quarter tank. I dropped off on Holcomb Bridge and suddenly charged for blankets I never got, and they LIED and said I got truck at half a tank (your app should have my proof!) and they also lied about where I returned it (slightly under a quarter- they put it dakn near on E). I will never use uhaul again. And I don't need that $80 its about right and wrong! I paid $150 upfront for a 30 mile one day. Returned it within 2 hours of my rental and Still git screwed! Also thw people at the dropoff waited until I left to charge me when we could have had this discussion right then and damn there!

There was a dead mouse inside of our rental truck and trash all over the cab. When the office staff was notified, the response from them was, "oh okay". There was a picture of it submitted also. Normally, this store is very nice but this experience was horrible.

Truck cab was dirty. Soda spilled on floor and in cup holders. Previous customer paperwork left in dash. Smelled of smoke from previous driver. I've rented several times from this location and this truck was the filthiest.

The only thing was, some guys called me to ask, if I had two storage units. I said yes but when I came back to the storage, they had cut off my lock, and nothing was on my unit 1605. Thank goodness nothing was missing. But that was a big time error!!!! They removed my lock and did not replace it. I told them that I had the two units? Big Mistake!!!!

Georgia location was great but when I picked up my U-Haul truck and Virginia it was horrible they did not charge for the hitch they put the wrong name on my account thenI had to come out of more money the experience was the worst I've ever imagined I did not like the fact that I had to pick up the U-Haul in one spot and go all the way across town to pick up the hitch I hope no one never have to experience the Heartbreak that the stress level that I experienced during my move.
