The 26' truck was not brought out to be checked out. We rented a dolly and no one at Uhaul checked to see if the dolly was in the truck. My husband had to maneuver this 26' truck out of a tight parking space in a busy lot. We get all the way home only to find out there was no dolly so I had to go back and get it. They did not even load it in my car, basically just handed it to me. I am a 59 year old woman with a bad heart. I was now supposed to lift this dolly up and get it in my car by myself. I was also verbally abused by another customer in the lot as I sat waiting while my husband tried to get the truck out of the parking space without hitting anything that was around him.JEFFREY J.

I am under the impression that I if I did not sweep out the cargo area upon return of the truck I would be fined an additional 25 for a clean up fee. When I picked up the truck there was red clay all over the floor requiring me to sweep the truck twice. I can understand that this place was busy with the holiday weekend but if the pervious user of that truck did not sweep it out and was fined, as I have been led to believe they were, then the cargo area should have been cleaned by your staff when I picked it up as that is what the 25 dollar fine represents. In my opinion, if this person was fined it should be refunded to them.Andrew C.

This was an awesome experience, the Scenic Highway team was friendly, quick and efficient. From reservation, to pick up, to drop off it didn't even take 30 minutes combined!!! I will definitely be back when I have a need for a larger vehicle. Thanks for the great experience.SYBRON D.
The sun visor clip was missing and the visor kept moving around and was very annoying. Also the headlights were misaligned causing poor visibility at night.PAUL W.
If a customer reserved a dolly have one available or pull one off the floor. I've rented from this location several times and the company should order additional dollies. The appliance dolly is no good and when I complained about the condition of the dolly and how you couldn't use it, the manager apologize but doesn't do anything to make it right. I requested a regular dolly and received a broken appliance dolly as a workaround. I was very disappointed.My last reservation I reserved a dolly and they didn't have any available at my pickup time. I had to purchase a dolly. The manager didn't discount or Pull one off the floor. He just said, "I'm sorry about that." I was very disappointed. At least I'll never have to rent a dolly from you guys again. This could make a customer decide to use another company. Please be proactive and consider your customers.RESHARD A.

They should help customers more in making the right decision for what rental equipment is needed. Itd not always a customer have valid bank accounts. So people use prepaid cards. We had to go back and forth to put money on a card they didnt except. Then they tell us about a 100.00 deposit to get a truck we could have gotten from From the beining.VICKI B.

There was fresh black paint on the back bumper tailgate area that made the roll up door stick. It was gummy and was probably not cured enough. Next time make sure the paint is set before a customer leases a truck. We had to be careful not to get the black paint on us or our things.MARION C.
The furniture dollies requested not available. Went to nearby location and was only able to obtain 1 instead of the 2 requested. Additional equipment is not available the majority of the time I rent vehicles.KENNETH H.

The van I rented was new only 1800 miles on it. Unfortunately someone who had previously rented it had smoked heavily in the van, it's all you could smell. This is not Uhaul's fault but it's unfortunate that a brand new van was treated this way.Gary O.
