I started renting here about 2008 so it's been 13 years. Over that time this facility has changed from being clean and well run to being dirty (especially at the loading dock). There is also a stink inside the facility that covers about 1/3 of the downstairs which has been present at least for the past 4-5 months. Something is inside one of the units that indicates decay of some type. The managers don't seem to be concerned. I was also promised security to the facility in the beginning, but that no longer applies. The door is always open and my access card is no longer needed. Access to the loading dock is usually limited to only one vehicle on the steep side because U-Haul trucks are parked too close to allow a second vehicle to back up to the dock. It's a bad situation to need to be there and not be able to pull a vehicle close. The high tent installed to accommodate returning rented trucks is too close to the turning point where you need to circle near the loading dock. If a vehicle is parked in one of the spaces on the corner of the loading dock, it makes it nearly impossible to pull a pickup truck through. Bottom line is this is a poorly run, badly maintained, and improperly designed facility. I would not rent here again. There are several other options in the area which are all better.CHARLES F. Vehicle has prior damage that was not indicated on the photos during checkout. Completed checkout and check-in myself. Checkout was to much like work that should have been preformed by the employees not the customer. The truck I rented didn't even have the same front bumper as the pictures indicated during checkout, right front fender and left outside cargo area damage wasn't updated.ERVIN G.

The staff was not helpful when I needed assistance. I needed to contact the main office for an issue and the staff did not help me at all. 3 of them sat behind the desk and did nothing. I always use u haul, but this made me want to go elsewhere. I had a great experience there. Everybody was really pleasant and professional. Nice workmanship by the installer. The reason I didn't quite give an excellent rating is because I tried to call and confirm my appointment, and was told I'd have to wait 12 minutes to talk to someone. So I drove over, and went back 90 minutes later only to find the wrong part had been ordered. It wasn't a huge deal for me to wait another couple of hours, but that all should have been sorted out before I ever got there.Doug Z.

The staff was excellent! The truck was clean and functioned well, but the accumulation of damage from previous rentals had not been repaired. This included a cracked windshield, damage to the lower body of the truck box, as well as damage to the fenders, and front bumpers on both sides. The damage is unsightly, and a is a disincentive to new renters to take good care of the truck. If it is U-haul policy not to repair cosmetic damage to vehicles (including cracked windshields), I believe this is a counterproductive policy.STEPHEN F.

I was very upset with this Location!! I had book a truck for a 2 day local move. When I arrived I asked for a quote to drive the truck to Florida I was told over a thousand dollars which not in my budget because I had just spent a lot of money purchasing a new homeThe general manager Rodrigo Guerrero would not change the quote that his work Sarah had messed up I had to call corporate which I was on the phone an hour and was charged 1 000 $deposit because they felt that I could be a flight risk with their U-Haul!!! Also the representative on the one 800 number kept questioning me if I was going to take the U-Haul to Florida just tell her !! I was very insulted and embarrassed by the whole incident !! The truck was returned on time Monday morning in perfect condition and I was charged 100 $. I had to use a credit card unnecessarily and put 1 000 $on it I would not recommend this location the way I was treated they employees need to be replaced or re-trained immediately! I hope there's a follow up to this incident now that I'm putting a review and I also called corporate to make a complaint!TAMMI B.

My app didn't work so I had to go inside with a bunch of non mask wearers including Mr Guerro. The first assigned truck had bad breaks and poor A/C. And to learn my rental was not 24 hrs put too much return pressure on me to finish my project. Lucky me there was a Hertz rental.ARPELL P.

The only negative feedback is the location. It's very hard to get in and out during certain hours because of traffic on 124! The facility and staff are exceptional.ROBERT M.
The only problem was that the order was initially placed to pick up at a different location. 7:00 a.m. call notified I would need to pick up at this location in Snellville which was over 10 miles away. The location was great and service was excellent but it was an extra hour added to the day to go there to get the trailer and bring it back to our house to load up.Elinda E.

I rented a Uhaul 8/20/202, when I check the vehicle over, it looks like they gave me the worst vehicle on the lot, the fuel level was less than what was on the contract, when I told that to the person that helped me, he said take a picture, so I did. I returned the vehicle that same night with more fuel than when it was checked out. When I checked my account I notice they charged me more than they should have. I immediately call the office and was told they charged me 27 $for gas, because it was less than what it was when I checked it out, I was so upset. he hung the phone up on me. I will never recommend this location again for anything. The people they hired are lazy.Dionne N.

The young man who reserved my unit was friendly, professional, and helpful. However, the young lady who checked me in was indifferent, unfriendly and unengaging. She neither smiled nor thanked me for my service. Additionally the office area is much too cluttered and hazardous and the loading dock platform had jagged something or other hanging around the edge in some areas and there were loose rocks in the parking lot near the front, which one of my helpers almost tripped over. These issues lower the rating considerably for my experience and made me reconsider using the more professional, safer, and convenient higher priced Extra Storage Space.Doris W. | Premières impressions

We had issue while dropping off the vehicle after hours. The issue was the picture of odometer and miles run. Rodrigo went above and beyond for me and my family after we lost everything been owned in a apartment fire... I have concern with the amount I've been charged after returning the rental the last two times. It seems I'm told one thing when I pick up the van regarding pricing and told another after I complete my return. This is misleading and frustrating to the customer.TAMIKA S.
I had a very poor experience at this location. The first cargo van was clean however the key was bent so I was unable to start the vehicle. The second van was absolutely filthy. We were told that we would receive a prorated reimbursement due to moving out at the end of the month but not getting to the facility to turn in the card before the next draft occurred. The trailers for ex. 4x7 utility trailer. are not measured properly. The inside of that trailer is 39 inches, not actually 4 ft. The exact demensions should be listed on the website. This caused me quite a problem swapping out trailers for the right size.PHILLIP J.

First of all, the item I reserved online was not the item that they tried to give me. I requested a an appliance dolly. They tried to give me a furniture dolly. That was the reservation agent's mistake. They gave me a utility dolly. Made my job difficult. Also, most of the employees were not wearing mask. Due to recent CDC guidelines for vaxxed and unvaxed to wear masks, I found this disappointing. Safety first.Adalia B.
My experience was better after speaking with a manager and rectified monetarily.. I would however recommend that the techs dont take shortcuts. I discovered that my rear interior tail light was broken while installing the electrical circuit and was then patched with tape. The main power wire wasnt properly strain relieved causing intermittent functionality.james R.

The second unit - which I had booked online - had no lock inside as promised according to the rep. When I went to the office, I realized I needed an additional (3rd) unit. The rep decided it was more important for her to sell me my third unit and THEN charge me for a lock, rather than to inform me that I would get a free lock if I stood there and booked the unit online. If there were a star rating below 1 I will rate it as that. This storage facility have no type of loading and unloading space. Every time I went there were no parking, there was always an odor very horrible, it smelled like death. The employees there seem to be all young and playful (speaking only on the young ladies). The only thing was, some guys called me to ask, if I had two storage units. I said yes but when I came back to the storage, they had cut off my lock, and nothing was on my unit 1605. Thank goodness nothing was missing. But that was a big time error!!!! They removed my lock and did not replace it. I told them that I had the two units?
