We had the truck for 3 hours and they charged us for 2 days. Plus gas and mileage. Ive never gotten a Uhaul and had this problem. My husband dropped the vehicle off while a worker was still there and was told to check out online and if he didn't they would F%#%^ like it. I was not impressed with this location. When I scheduled the vehicle the person I spoke with was very pleasant but the ending was bad. Thanks Misty Kendrick

I tried to tell them they were hooking the chains wrong (the guy was crossing the chains) abs he said that’s not wrong. You are supposed to hook chains straight. I had to leave the property to properly install the chains. Also, my wife was in the truck and it was cold outside and he made me turn off the truck to hook up the trailer. I told him my wife is on the truck with the heater on and he said safety first. Ummmm there’s nothing unsafe about leaving the truck running. I won’t be back here.

You don’t even deserve a star. If I could leave it starless I would. Awful service. I was stuck over an hour waiting for my 100 dollar deposit back. Customer service by phone was pathetic. I ended up hanging up because nobody would help me. they were giving me a completely wrong amount that I was suppose to get back. They told me it takes 7-10 business days to get a check of my deposit. (Yet at my pick up location they told me I’d get it cash back on the spot at the return destination) They said my deposit was 50 dollars even though it was ONE HUNDRED dollar deposit. They couldn’t even get the amount right. For a company as big as u haul how can you have such mediocre establishment. I was told my truck was swapped out, that I had to go back to Beaumont tx which is five hour drive and talk to them there, then I was told they put my return date for January 1st 1900 on the computer system. While on my last attempt to speak to customer service I was told their computer says error and they couldn’t pull up anything. And that’s when I decided to hang up and speak to the U-Haul workers at my drop off location. I was told so many excuses of why they couldn’t see that I was owed a deposit. I was transferred five times on the phone and not a single representative was able to tell me any information except for please hold. This was wrong on your company’s end not on mine. I returned the truck on time, and in the same condition I got it as. This was dreadful, I had to miss a VERY important business appointment because of this. This was more than an inconvenience this was a disaster. The drop off location understood the frustration and ended up resolving the situation . They were really sympathetic. For goodness sake even they told me to hang up the phone with U-Haul customer service! I am very unsatisfied and won’t rent from U-Haul any more. Oh and lastly, from 25 years this is my first time EVER writing a negative review online. This was such a horrible experience. Thanks for ruining my day U-Haul !

Check in Saturday 10 5 19 by Allen and the other male coworker was amazing. However, Sunday return at 5pm the young white female was extreamly rude, unprofessional with her tone and very impatient. My rental was there 10 minutes before 5pm and when I got to the desk to pay fees stated they were closed. To leave my key in the box and they would complete the billing later. When inquired about milage accura ccx y and check I was told that I would give a call to verify total but of course that didn't happen. I will call in am to inquire about bill and check milage and fees. I'm sure I didn't have more than 14 miles because rental was for local use. In all my rentals from Uhaul this was the worst experience ever.

Pick up location was flooded , couldn't get ahold of anyone at location for drop off . Call 1 -800 offered no assistance on the matter. I was charged for extra day because I couldn't drop vehicle at location due to high water . Was able to drop off later that day and charged for extra mileage. I will no longer use Uhaul as well as changing our truck rentals with my company.... You should check into your management at the Beaumont Location

I will not return to this company. I left the truck with more than half a tank of gas. My credit card was overcharged and customer service has been nothing but disrespectful and rude throughout the entire process. After first making the reservation and showing up to pick up my truck, I was told it was given to someone else, I then was told I wasn't going to be given a truck. Once I was finally given a truck I thought the experience was going to get better which it did not! The staff overcharged my card and refuse to fix the mistake. I also place a call this morning and asked to speak with the manager and was told "I don't understand what you want" and then hung up on! This was an absolutely horrible experience and I will never again spend my money here.

Ridiculous overpricing on what was at best ... two gallons of gas short ... $38.00!! Thank god for Penske ... they’ll get ALL my future business. Especially moving out of a flooded area. What the hell is wrong with you folks?

Would not recommend because of the time it took just to get the trailer. Almost two hours of waiting. No place to sit while waiting, I am handicapped and can not stand that long. Seemed that there was only one person there. Arrived and five people in line for trailers or trucks. On average, it took 42 minutes per person or 3.5 hours before I could pick up my reservation.

due to the circumstances of the flood the guy fail to explain the rental services basically just took the money and gave the key and when the truck was returned they charged me a 29.71 gas and never informed me that the truck had to be returned on the same amount that was in there I would have left and went to put gas. Then had to wait two days to get remaining deposit back would not recommend to my worse enemy.

You can employ more people that knows what they are doing. The person we were dealing with was very good but it appeared that he was the only one that was he had to stop processing our paperwork to do something for people that didn't know what was going on.

The instructions were not clear on the pick up app. I reserved two utility dollies but upon arriving I was told they did not have them. Customer service is always slow at this location.

The only problem I had was the door was difficult to lock because the hinges weren't quite straight, which made the holes in the door crooked where the lock was put on. Staff and facility was great!
