Service was not the best. Had to aske several times for packing blankets and bags. Had to remind the guy to take pic of hitch after he hooked it up. Trailer was dirty on inside. Glad I put mattress in plastic bag or it would have been ruined

This location messed up my truck rental for 11/30/18 which caused me to pay a full months storage on the 12/1/18. They sent me different times to pick up the truck including a text for pick up in Vidor Tx at 2:00am. Then I received a call to pick up truck at 5:00 pm. When I arrived there was no truck. Not to mention when I called the customer service they hung up on me argued with me and called me a lie until I sent the email of the text to a employee email.Then the manager at the Milan store was rude and argue with me that it was not his fault.HORRIBLE SERVICE

They opened right at 7 am and came out to help us. The lady who helped us did a great job directing us and checking everything. Answered our questions about getting movers to help unload from moving help.com. Very friendly and professional.

Check trucks more often. Wednesday the truck I rented has transmission problems... causing bumpy rides an today the truck I had the a/c did not work. Then I returned 7 packs of moving pads wednesday an two today... Not open an received no refunds. As much as I rent from uhaul I still get treated unfairly. Not right. Not sure if I would recommend anyone

The truck needs to be serviced. It jerks an pulls as if the transmission is going out. While driving it seemed to be straining. I assume the last person that rented it didn't report it.

Each and every time I have had to use a Uhaul truck or trailer, the experience have been great from the time I booked, picked up, returned and the prices have fit my budget for help moving from one place to another place within the city, at this location, never have had to use another location so far.

Make sure that people completely do their jobs to ensure that pick up before store hours can actually happen. Also, the 24/7 number provided never answered the phone so I don't understand why it was provided. A lock for the truck was not given to us so we had to purchase our own. The furniture pads smelled like mildew and it was only 5 in the bag instead of 6. The customer service from some of that team was horrible as well.

I rented a trailer from this location and made an appointment for them to put a hitch on my car. They said they had a hitch in stock and could get it done on a Monday. While the car was up on their lift in their shop, they discovered they didn't have the hitch. They called me and said they could get it overnighted from Houston and they would call the next day. They didn't call. The next day, after I called them, and then finally went back to the location, it was apparent they had not even looked for the part, and didn't know if they had it. They finally figured out that they didn't have it and it would now be Friday before they got it. Houston is only about an hour drive away. I could have driven over and picked it up myself. I could have ordered one off Amazon and gotten it before they would have it. They did add some extra days to my trailer rental, but I was delayed about 3 days because of their screw up. Overall, the employees there didn't seem to know what they were doing, and even worse, didn't care and didn't seem interested in fixing the problem. I will NEVER use that uhaul location again.

Train employees to tighten down trailer hitches on transports. Train employees to give customers correct information on what time rentals are due back. I usually never do surveys and especially negative ones, but i was very misled on the return date and time. My time was up on the rental before i pulled out of my driveway with it and i had no idea. I have rented equipment before and as long as you had it turned in by the end of the day you where ok. Anyway, the whole experience was a nightmare and i pray i NEVER have to rent another piece of equipment from anyone again.

As i got the confirmation from Central line for returning vehicle on near to my location and then i returned there, bu then also this location is charging me extra, and they can't coordinate by their system, which has already provided me confirmation for return of the vehicle on the same day.. very poor coordination..

Had only one person work front counter. I canceled my order the same day I thknk it was within a hour and couldn't get a full refund back didn't even walk out of the store the truck says 19.00 a day but by the time the salesman finished the bill was over 79.00 what a reap off.

Sent me on my 12 hundred mile trip with a utility trailer with no turn signals or brake lights. When we went to connect them, we were not provided any wiring or an adapter to connect them. Had to spend my travel time and money to purchase equipment that should have been provided. No regard for safety. A refund and apology is warranted in this situation.

There were only 2 workers and many customers. Long wait. Also I asked for a truck to hold 3 2nd rooms. They recommended the 15 ft but we had to make 3 trips instead of 1 and it cost more in mileage. 30 miles instead of 10. Not acceptable.
