When I picked up the Uhaul I told the sale associate that I was returning the UHaul on another city. Uhail waited three weeks to contact me to let me know that the Uhaul was not log in. They call me and to me that I was suppose to return the Uhaul back to that location. I specific told the associate I was returning to another city and gave him the location. The associate actually told me when the location close. This Uhaul in Beaumont have incapable people working. Why would you want three weeks to notified someone and they charge me additional $736.00. I called Uhaul in Beaumont eight straight times on the phone and didn't get no answer. Thanks to Uhaul on Pearland that straight the issue out. Beware of Uhaul on College street in Beaumont. I've used this UHaul before but when I showed up for my reserved truck on Saturday 5.8.2021 it was not available. They forgot to put our key in the lockbox so we had no way to access it. I had the truck set for pickup at 6:30am and we were not able to get another until almost 7am which made us late for our job. This was completely unacceptable.Colten H.

Overall my experience was good. I reserved my trailer online via phone. The line to pick up the equipment was pretty long. I waited about 45 min in line to be helped at the desk. While waiting in line I noticed their were other customers who didn't place a reservation online and needed extra help to find a rental truck. (Online reserving should be posted somewhere in the store or on brochures for those who have never reserved) It seems like a lot of ppl are use to first come first serve to get rentals. Most of the trucks there were already reserved. I believe it would've been a quicker pick up if there was another employee there to help the manager. By the time I got to the desk the line was right back where it started when I got there. My overall concern is to have more employees to help with faster customer service. However, all of my needs were met and I was satisfied. The return part was quick and easy. I used the return feature online, so I wouldn't have to wait again for help. Thanks!Cynthia C.
It was almost an hour wait to get the reserved trailer even though registration was done online ahead of time. There was not near enough employees to service customers during peak time.Nicholas P.

Philip is an amazing worker! He goes above and beyond and he is very knowledgable about the equiptment. However, the workers do ALOT! The lines are WAY TOO LONG. They need more workers at this location. There are seemingly 2 workers and one line. This is absured with the fact we have so many willing workers that can be hired. I am not sure on the pay rate or the benefits... But if the work environment is improved- good workers will come. AND WITH THAT... Great customers will come.SHERRI LYNN C.
I was not told there was a re stocking fee for after hours. The blankets were wet and unusable. I tried calling u haul and after 40 minutes on hold, hung up.MARY S.

My husband (who is also on the account) picked up the trailer for me. Not only was he asked to provide info other customers were not asked, he could not take the trailer until someone from the alternate ph # answered! The first try I was busy and couldn't get to the phone. He was told to go away until someone picked up that phone!! If I wasn't busy I would had picked it up!!! Once I did answer the phone, the guys apologizes for having a wrong number!!!! I could hear my husband in the back saying â€œNO, that's the right numberâ€! So I told the man who I was and I did reserve a trailer!!!! Long story short, this whole experience is one I will not go through again, if I have to go further away to pick up I will!Tyler A.

Pick up process. I waited at my pickup location for over 30min to find out that they didn't even have my uhaul so I had to wait til the next dayABRIAN B.
I'll return the trailer at 10:30 PM they didn't check my trailer in until the next day at 3:57 PM. Charge me another $29. I'm old and can't move fast like I used to and people like U-Haul wanna take it vantage of me he saidMICHAEL P.
I would recommend this Uhaul facility anytime. I have never had any problems with my reservation here. I tried changing it up and picking one up in Silsbee the day before. I drove 20 miles out of my way just to be told by the guy there that he didnt receive my reservation and my truck wasnt available and he wasnt coming in until 10am. I didnt have time to wait until 10am. He totally screwed up my plans. I guess the $50 guarantee wasnt in order there..that was my only dissapointment with uhaul. But it had nothing to do with this location. They were on it and doing their jpb.Kellie G.

I dropped the trailer off Monday 4/5/21. Call me Tuesday to bring the trailer in, told the young man I drop it off Monday he said he would go and check on it. Now I get a bill for twenty two dollars. I'm going raise he'll first thing in morning. Sorry son a b**thesRONALD B.
The manager Phillip Jarmon is the Worst!! I have ever experienced in all my times over the years of using this U-haul location. He very very Ruled!! He has a very very Bad Attitude!!! His Customer Skills are Awful!!! And he is very very slow!!. He leaves me at the counter and 4 other customers standing in line for 25 to 45 min on 4/2/2021. I will Not!! Recommend this location to anyone!! Transfer or Fire him!!STEPHANIE R.
be sure you have the supplies that I rented. Did not have furniture pads or a utility dolly. Also, this was a one-way rental and my return location was 45 minutes away when there was another one about 2 miles from where I moved. They did not ask anything about where I would like to return it...... very disappointed.RAYMOND S.
