When I picked up the equipment, I rented the pads and dolly but didn’t know the fee was per day-I just saw the “$10 bundle” on the sign behind the register. I would not have spent $40 to rent pads and a dolly for the length of my trip. Because the rental agreement wasn’t printed, I never saw this until I got home and by that time we just needed to get on the road.

I got the truck with only 1/8th of a tank of gas. The digital gauge said I had 37 miles until empty. I'd recommend always having more gas in the vehicle at time of pickup.

It took U-Haul Roadside Assistance an hour to respond to my request. I didn't even know if it had been recieved. I would recommend calling your customer immediately when they place the request. I could have been hurt or in serious trouble. I was very unimpressed by that. Also, when I was in the branch, I was impressed that Uhaul is now so integrated with cel phones and technology but my phone died when i was trying to pick up the vehicle and I had to call Uhaul because there was some sort of hold on my account from a previous rental. The guy working the counter made me go charge my phone in the car rather than just letting me talk to the customer service rep on his phone. It takes forever to charge your phone in the car from a complete dead battery so I was pretty annoyed that they could provide some basic customer service. It added an additional 1.5 hours to my pickup.

Assistant Manager refused to rent me a auto transport because I asked her first if the utility trailer I rented had O-ring hooks for motorcycle which she said it does & I asked if a auto Transport was available one way she said yes but won't rent it to me because I already told her I'm transporting a motorcycle but I explained I also have a car to move n rather do that. She said not she won't rent it out because I'm going to put my bike on top which is ridiculous because I care about my property n I'm not willing to damage my stuff. I asked to speak to manager & she says that location only has assistant managers .

When someone calls the uhaul 800 number make sure whoever answers knows that a 5’ wide Polaris Ranger will not fit in a 6’x12’ trailer with ramp, because, for some unbelievable reason, the gate is only 4’9” wide! Would have been nice if the 800# operator would have told me this before I drove 3 1/2 hrs only to discover it wouldn’t fit. Had to rent a normal 6x12 trailer from tri-state rentals, which, by the way, has a 6’ wide gate! Amazing! Can anyone explain to me why your gate is only 4’9”? And why the operator neglected to mention this on the phone when he knew I had a 5’ wide UTV to pick up? And why I only got $80 off an $800 bill. Seems like $300 off would have been fair.

The manager was amazing!!! I got to phoenix right at closing time and he I formed I was not able to move my stuff i to storage. However we was accomadati g to allow me to park the truck there Infront of cameras and assured me it was going to be safe. He told me to come back at opening time and he would treat me right which he did. The manager and his employee were really welcoming and helpful, he even gave recommendations on where to find an apartment to live and what areas to stay away from. It was too notch service. I have never had issues with uhaul at all but their customer service was beyond any service I've experienced. I would recommend this specific uhaul to anyone. I'm greatful for their assistance and service in a stressful time.

I do believe their was a problem with the computer system at the location. I was not able to upload my license and when the worker sent my contract to my email it was ENCRYPTED. I let the worker view it on my phone, she informed me to just leave the key/truck when I returned. She stated she would leave a note that I had the problem and I would not be charged for the additional day, when they open up the next day. I was charged, I called and left two messages with the call center and have yet to have the correction or a call back.

truck had 153,000 miles, had dents on every part of the truck and kept breaking down.

Worst experience ever. The guy in charge there just points and yells and doesnt help with anything. I saw several fustrated customers. The truck was filthy and not full so I informed them and they said it was fine ( really, it was top to bottom dirty). I was going to return that evening but they said they were closing early and to return the truck on Sunday and they acted like they were giving me an extra day for closing early on Saturday night and letting me return on Sunday before 2pm which was my normal day anyway. It was an even more awful return process...the same guy pointing and yelling and not helping anyone. I do not want to ever go to this location again...I just want uhaul to know this location is awful....and ruining your reputation.

I scheduled a pickup truck online to be picked up after hours 24/7. When I arrived they had a 10' box truck for me. It had a slightly higher accident coverage than the truck so I had to spend more. I had no choice but to use it do to my urgent move. This is terrible service that I am still upset about and need some answers as to why this occured and whats going to happen In the future.

I called asking for a vehicle dolly or trailer that could tow a 1999 GMC K1500. I was told I needed a specific one and was sent to Phoenix. I was 20 min away and then was called on my way there saying I had to go to a different location which was farther. I was told the dolly would accomidate and tow the truck with no issues. I get all the way to casa grande to pick up the truck and attempt to load the truck only to find out this dolly is not even meant for a truck at all! I'm asking for a refund for the missguidence and roughly 80 miles of wasted fuel. I'm not very pleased and hope that uhaul will work with me on this.

Not a good experience in terms of the billing issues since renting the vehicle. There was a system issue the day I returned my vehicle and I have had to call multiple times just to pay the outstanding balance from my rental. This is not something I should be having to make 4 phone calls to do over a week and a half after returning the truck. I have promptly followed all instructions given to have my bill paid but I am constantly having to call back to advise my bill is paid and that I have the receipt. Every person I have spoken to has been helpful and friendly, however the infrastructure or technology the company uses is very inefficient and is wasting my time, as well as the time of your employees.

When someone rents a trailer for a few hours and asks if they can drop it off at another location dont lie and tell them no they have to bring it back to you. Also, replace your chains/turnbuckle rings so they are easier to remove. The way it was installed took me 20 min to remove just to dettach from my vehicle. Which in turn made the whole picture taking drop off procedure incredibly frustrating.

I split my head open on the trailer and the young man cleaned me up and got me on my way. I needed stitches, wasn't pretty. He was a past volunteer medic so he had a 1st aid kit there and knew what to do. I appriciate that care.

Thank goodness the mgr was there to help us. Without him we would have ended up paying a huge amount of $$ because we returned a trailer we didn’t need. The woman on the phone at 1-800-uhaul gave us incorrect information and the mgr at this location made it right for us!! Thank You.

The manager set up my rental. Said I didn’t want insurance and when I returned it I was charged for it. Never saw a return process like this location. Was accused of scratching the top because there was no yellow tab. After the checkin person climbed all ove the van he found no evidence. The guy beat the tires with a stick. All an all bad experience. Good by uhaul hello budget

This facility has set up with a good one way flow for dropping off equipment but no street sign to direct customers to the correct entry. When I drove onto the property I unknowingly was going the wrong way and the attendant responded to me disrespectfully and and without offering any help to back out.
