BRANDON W | First ImpressionsThe staff at this location are mostly rude and unhelpful. The guy that cleans and takes care of the units is cool and super helpful. There is also one lady with blonde hair that was running her butt off and was really nice. One of the older ladies behind the counter that had an owner and general manager shirt on was sitting down right rude barking out orders to her team and the girl running around was overwhelmed. Being a director myself I would never treat people the way she did. You don’t act that way and U-Haul needs to do better. The owner and general manager has tattoos and older white lady.

lettie h | Overall ExperienceSometimes some of the staff were friendly but some of the staff were also very rude and very arrogant and seem like they didn't want to help you at all, but when I first put my things in storage 3 years ago the manager and his particular crew were very friendly very kind and very considerate but things changed after the manager left and his crew was replaced one by one. Then I started having problems with them threatening to lock my storage up even though my payment wasn't due till the 14th of the month I continue to have this problem for a long time without it getting resolved but if you check my records I always paid way before my time was up to pay, I'm glad that I was finally able to take my things out of storage.

Paul R | First ImpressionsThe only comment that I have this facility is maintained exceptionally well. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and always available. The owner is very conscientious and wants to make sure that you’re happy. The only reason that I had moved my belongings out. I need them to be closer to where I was living, it is not a U-Haul facility. It is less expensive but they don’t maintain the temperature the way you haul us the way this facility did also there is no loading and unloading at the new facility that I am renting at now. Only difference is the unit is larger. It is roughly about $50 less , it’s closer to where I live so it’s more convenient. I would say given the choice I would stay with U-Haul if I could’ve found a U-Haul close to my home that was a little less expensive, but that being said the quality of the service and the people definitely make up for the higher prices and the facility at U-Haul was always maintained exceptionally well , thank you
