Booked Pickup at Cortaro and did not receive sufficient notice the location was changed by Uhaul. Employee at Cortaro was incredibly combative about it. Truck was picked up with a quarter tank of gas. Moving help is a complete scam, our credit card was charged over 500 $and the movers kept delaying the job and ultimately ended up saying they couldn't do it because they were out of state. No customer service to talk to to help navigate the changes or issues with the contracted labor. Looking forward to hiring real professionals next time.James F.

Location was wonderful. Scheduling office was HORRIBLE ! Called an hour before pickup to say that the truck we needed was available. There was one 20 miles away. We would have to pay the extra 40 $in mileage. We wouldn't be compensated for any of this. Just very rude.Lisa W.

It would be helpful if the equipment was actually checked in when it was dropped off with store personnel. The person I checked in with failed to complete the checkin process. I had to call two days later to get the issue corrected (the gentleman that I spoke to about the issue was very helpful and dealt the problem.)Raymond C.

U-Haul has started charging these â€œextra chargesâ€ n order to make more money. When asked to explain the extra charges, I got no reply! So they charge you more because YOU drove safely. And YOU had a safe trip! PLEASE STOP THESE STUPID CHARGES -or- JUST SAY YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE MORE! Don't make up asinine charges, for Christ sake's, you are U-Haul! Your the Harley Davison of moving, no advertising needed, because we see you everyday and everywhere! Moving cost enough , financially, physically and emotionally. David and team went above and beyond to get me hooked up and out the door. They made this experience so painless. They were helpful accommodating and truly went the extra mile. I use this location regularly. I am always pleased with their service but this experience was the best ever. They knew I was in a hurry and took care of me and got me out the door in record time. Trucks should be equipped with cruise control. The track approval website should allow users to upload photos when they wish to dispute a photo and not tell them that there's a memory issue.VASILEIOS P.

I had to make 2 trips due to not having the pickup truck I reserved available, and using a van instead. I don't think the mileage charge is fair because if the equipment I reserved was available, I would have only needed one trip.Cheyenne P.

The location was scheduled to open at 9A; my reservation was for 10A. I arrived at 9:45 and the location was not yet open. I waited until 10:20A and left to try and source a truck somewhere else as the location was still not open. I returned at 12:30P the location was open but my reservation was canceled by the general manager and I waited for him to rebook the reservation. I left at 1P. This delay destroyed my plans for the day and at not time was I offered an apology or an compensatory gestures for my inconvenience. Total failureCLARENCE M.

Took for ever in line to return vehicle this was not the first time. They never have enough people working at the site. The manager needs to get a system in place for when the store is busy and not have people wait. I waited 35 minutes with only 3 people ahead me.ARTHUR L.

Honestly, I think doing a video walk around with the customer would be helpful! Then we don't have to stress about pointing out every single scratch or dent that already exists. Just a suggestion. The process for validating what is good/bad with the vehicle isn't very easy with the online pictures and such. When people are moving, they aren't trying to think about capturing every scratch/dent on a truck. They are stressed and under pressure with their move. Anyway, great experience with the trucks we ended up getting. I started with a 26, came back a day later and grabbed a 20, and then another day later and got another 26 (two locations in total). We had a LOT to move and we just had no idea! Super grateful the trucks were available. We got all our moves done and we are happy campers.Michelle L.

My POOR rating is not specific to this location, but to the overall online booking and pick up experience. The location for pick up received via email confirmation DID NOT match the text pick up location. Furthermore, the "real" pick up location was NOT open at the time I needed to pick up the vehicle. I was not informed that I would need to conduct the VERY LONG online check in, verification, and key unlocking experience (took about an hour with the phone clerk). Furthermore, when I booked online, I requested an extra hand truck and rolling platform. Neither was in the truck when I picked it up. Not sure what the issue is booking online, but overall VERY BAD!!!! I've rented from the Ina location in the past, and have had no issues. I feel the online booking gave this site a bad rep.Damian S.

When I scheduled this, I was told over the phone the drop off and my storage unit would be Oracle Road. I called back the day before I was arriving and they said that's not what's in the system. They sent me to Golf Links for storage but when I got there, there was no unit available for me. Finally, when I was redirected to Ina Rd., I was still given a hard time before finally receiving the smallest possible unit to store the contents of your 6x12 trailer. Poorly managed expectations and underwhelming delivery/execution of service. Overpromised and under delivered. To add insult to injury, I was unable to access any online platform to return trailer and have to return again during business hours to tell them I left a trailer in their lot. The only rental on my account is the storage unit and despite talking with the local scheduling manager, I was not easily able to remove the trailer or check it back in.James S. | Premières impressions

All I can find is Sonia Weaver on my receipt I'm not sure if that was the lady that I had dealt with but she was very frustrated and huffing/puffing the entire time. Her and another worker were complaining about someone not cleaning up the storage unit I had reserved. To me that is unprofessional and doesn't need to be talked about in front of customers. She told me she will have it cleaned out by 3. I had arrived after 3 & the unit was untouched. My fiancé had to go ask for a broom and a male worker told my fiancé to wait so he can ask if the manager wanted him to clean it out & a female worker said "no he can clean it himself" that is very rude! Pisses me off more that I gave Sonia the extra time to have it cleaned just to have my fiancé clean it out instead. My overwhelming primary purpose/need for a storage unit was to have a place 2 park 2 excellent like new condition motorcycles inside and to be able to access and drive them daily. However i was informed by the GM of the facility that Uhaul corporate policy precludes motorcycles from storage units unless the machine is drained of all fluids and the batteries removed. Therefore mt uhaul storage unit was worthless to me. That is an absolutely ridiculous overly conservative policy rule. I then comparison shopped across 8 other storage facilities in the vicinity . not one of them had any rule against storing motorcycles.Christopher C. | Expérience générale
