I am a little late with this review. Booked the end of October. Lori was absolutely wonderful and helpful with the storage unit. She was courteous and kind. Grant took my truck reservation and was also helpful. Seems like you have great people working at this site. Alicia Bass 520 345 2479

Emma C. | First ImpressionsThe staff was hard working and very helpful. Only issue is that when I went to put things in my unit at the threshold of the door there is a ledge. NOT GOOD! Trying to lift loaded carts over the threshold was awful. Items fell of carts on several occasions. Need to fill in with cement and smooth off so it is easy to roll cart into the building. Otherwise your employees at this location were super!!!

When we arrived at 5am to unload our truck, we discovered that it was an interior unit, with a three and a half inch lip at the door that made dollying our belongings challenging. The awesome upside was that the interior was air conditioned so we didn't roast.
