But once I got here, while still challenging, the entire staff made me feel welcome, went out of their way to accommodate me in every possible way that they could. CAROL V | Overall ExperienceMy unit was infested with pack rats, spiders, and roaches. Due to a rotted seal under the door, it also allowed summer storms to blow water, dirt, and debris into the front of my unit. The seal was fixed, but the damage (mostly from rats) was already done.
