Was ridiculous how long I had to wait in line to confirm a hitch installation that I had an appointment for that morning! You need a line for people that are coming in for installations only.

I was not told about a new fee for returning my rental after hours even though I told my representative Jackson that I would only be keeping the truck for a couple hours. I picked up my truck and 5 and informed I would be back by 8 pm; he did not informed about the new self return policy at that time and I was charge an additional $20 fee because of that.

Get new employees someone from the location called and told me that i needed to return the truck because they needed to change the oil ......before that i extended my rental and they said they had a reservation for it the truck did need oil change it had a light that was on the day irented it and it was just sitting on the lot why was it not changed then and they charged me for 5 days i had it only for 4 from 10/5at 152pm til 10/9at 155pm thats is exactly 4 days iexpect a refund on my card for these charges not to mention the fact it cost me an additional 30 miles i had to drive and pay for because wasnt available in nlr im going to contact the BBB really disappointed in uhaul

Match the web check out instructions--there were no signs for a 'Section C' or 'find the code at area X". Would have been nice to know the lock was in the back of the truck and not have to play a mystery game.

It should not take an hour to pick up a truck you reserved online the day prior and items you purchase should be ready when u get there. This location is definitely not adequately staffed. The older guy with the beard was awesome though.

Have more than two staff assisting customers with their reservations. One staff was experienced & the other staff seemed like he had been trained yesterday. I stood in line for approximately 45 minutes due to the lack of staff in the building.

There was only 1 person working the counter so they brought one of the outside guys inside to help us who didnt know what he was doing. Couldn't find my reservation rang in the wrong stuff I specifically put to have the safe move protection on there only to later see on my receipt he didnt put it on there. They just sent me outside to search for my truck didnt even walk out with me to show me where it was we had to go ask for our dolly and everything. And what's the point of express check in when he couldn't even find my reservation!! Schedules to pick up at 9 and didn't leave till 945 nothing express about that !! This location needs some serious organization

I ended my contract mid month and was expecting a pro-rated refund of the last month paid. That would be my only gripe and they raised my fees 2 months into my agreement. Bait and switch.

We had a great experience until we moved out. Our card was ran for the whole month with no prorating options. That is a cheap way to do business. U-haul should really look at amending the policy.

The staff was so slow at getting to the customers in the lobby. The older lady in the store has the most nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. She was rude, disrespectful, and not polite at all.
