Extremely concerned about possibility of rodents in storage and homeless camp directly behind my unit. Would not recommend going after dark

One of the employees went in and stole my husband mom candles who was deceased. we made a police report it was Wendy daughter who done it. Secondly BRIAN HIBBS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL HE WAS THE REASON WHY WE LEFT HE TALKED TO ME AND MY HUSBAND LIKE WE WERE BENEATH HIM. HE WAS TALKING SO LOUD I ASKED COULD HE LOWER HIS VOICE YOU ARE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW OUR BUSINESS. HE SAID IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU ARE STILL BEHIND TWO PAYMENTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE BECAUSE IF YOU'RE NOT HIS COLOR WHICH IS EUROPEAN CAUCASIAN! HE WILL BE LITTLE YOU. AND HE WAS MAD THAT WE DID A PARTIAL PAYMENT WHICH WE DIDN'T KNOW WE COULDN'T DO AND ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES DID FOR US.
