Pay attention to detail. I had ordered an Appliance Dolly and received a utility dolly, which I had no need for. but was still charged.SHAYNE H.

I was traveling to Dallas and back with a trailer and thought I would need to change to a tow dolly for the return home and asked would I have any problem, they said no. Well luckily I didn't need to because AR customer service is ðŸ’¯ compared to TX, they were rude and had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. And when I got home my u-haul was closed and the return equipment app wouldn't work, so I had to leave the trailer and called the 800 customer service to advise them of the issue. I was pleased to see the next day I had a email with the charges and I was NOT overcharged for the return. I was truly happy with the rental.MONICA D.

I was unhappy with the fact that your system was down and I had to pay cash. This necessitated me buying insurance with cash which I normally would not have done because my vehicle and trailer would've been covered by my USAA credit card. Only complaint I have is I called uhual in Sherwood Arkansas to reserve my truck and trailer. Get there to find out truck and trailer is in little rock Arkansas. Was not told that over the phone during reservations. But overall experience was excellent thank you.TERRY A.

Incredibly long wait. Employees didn't even acknowledged the line of 8+ people or apologize for the wait. I reserved my truck in advance and still waited more than 30 minutes in line. At drop off, my husband was the only one in the store and still had to walk up to one of the employees to get their attention only to have them push him off on someone else. We had already checked in the truck and simply needed to give them the keys but that was apparently that was too difficult for the employee to understand.Joshua G.
Customer service was decent. However, THE PERSON WHO PUT THE TRAILER ON DID NOT SECURE IT CORRECTLY. I ALMOST ENDED UP IN A SEVER ACCIDENT ON THE I-430 BRIDGE WHEN THE TRAILER DISLODGED FROM MY VEHICHLE, CAUSING ME TO DRAGE IT THROUGH IT CONSTRUCTION SITE ON THE BRIDGE. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND STAYED ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TWICE WITH NO PERSON ANSWERING. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company.ERIC N.
